We went with This is It Entertainment for our wedding 9.13.24 at the Mill. Had a lovely experience communicating with Kelli, Will, James and Joe. Will did an amazing job with the MC and James took the time to get to know what kind of music we liked and did a great job DJing. James was able to adjust songs to what the guests and I were enjoying and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. I didn’t even need to request any songs because I was loving all of them!Joe was great with the photo booth and reminded my husband and I to go over to take photos as we hadn’t even gone over since we were so busy!! I really appreciated that because we probably would have forgotten to go ourselves. So glad I went with this company and again everyone was so easy to work with and made this process that much easier.

Had This Is It MC, DJ our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception along with a photobooth. Will and James were amazing, throughout the whole process they made sure everything was in place for how we wanted the day to go. The lighting setup and DJ set along with the MC's ability to keep the night flowing truly met what we had wanted. Highly recommend them as they were one of the easiest vendors to work with through the wedding planning process. They are true pros!

Don't think twice about booking with them! Both James (our DJ) and Moose really brought a fun and exciting vibe to our wedding. Everyone couldn't stop talking about the amazing time they had!

What a great experience from start to finish! We loved working with This Is It. James put together a fantastic mix of music that met many of our “must plays.” They even incorporated my husband’s school fight song into the reception!!! Will kept the party going without being TOO on the mic….my friends were obsessed and wanted more of him! We’ve gotten so many compliments about the music mix and our event host. We would definitely recommend This Is It!!!

This Is It Entertainment (Jimmy & Rob) did an amazing job at our wedding! Everyone is raving about how great the DJ was. We gave them the things we like to listen to and the age of the crowd and they totally nailed it since we were having such a hard time choosing music. Jimmy the MC was wonderful making sure to check in with us throughout the evening and would also confirm with us on the timing. We highly recommend them!

We are extremely happy with the service provided from This Is It. From the beginning with our intro meeting with Keli we felt like we would be taken care of from start to finish, not just used as a business transaction. Meeting with James provided the same exact feeling when I toured their studio. We knew we were in good hands! My husband and I just used TIIE for our wedding and we cannot recommend them enough! They provided the most amazing experience throughout the entire planning process and on our big day. We trusted This Is It to do our wedding and the experience was phenomenal! From the intake call with Keli, I could tell we were in good hands. She outlined how the planning process would go with our DJ and Emcee, was very thorough in asking about all of our details, and gave us some good info about how the event would go since we were having it at my in-laws house. DJ Rob Beats was a crowd favorite and Will was great at keeping the guests engaged and the event flowing smoothly. A few weeks before the wedding, we decided to upgrade our lighting package to “the works” so we started working with James and CJ about how our setup worked with the tent. James and CJ were there the morning of the event, rigging everything together and they created an awesome vibe for the night. I highly recommend This Is It!

Our wedding would have been nothing without This Is It Entertainment! We had the pleasure of working with Rob as our DJ and Andrew as our MC. They both went above & beyond to make sure we had the best night of our lives and were so thorough throughout the entire process, constantly checking up on us during all of the wedding planning! This Is It Entertainment made planning the music for our wedding so easy and enjoyable! Keli was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, and help set us up with Moose, our MC, and James E, our DJ. Both Moose and James spent time speaking to me and my husband about our vision and preferences that helped personalize our wedding day. Our guests still rave about the playlist from that day, and it was all due to the time and attention James gave - he spent an hour and a half on the phone with us as we teased out what music we wanted to hear for each part of our wedding. He even took the time to ask about cultural preferences and possible songs that my Chinese parents would want to hear at the wedding. I really appreciated that cultural sensitivity, and I suspect he was slightly disappointed when they said they just wanted to hear 'Unchained Melody,' haha. This Is It made our wedding stress free and enjoyable from beginning to end, and I can't recommend them enough!

Moose and DJ Rob were the best duo for our wedding!! They kept the party going all night and were extremely attentive to what we wanted and listened to every request we gave them. Rob even helped us edit our first dance song to be a version that we wanted. It felt like they were friends who were partying with us, not just vendors. Highly highly recommend and cannot thank them enough for making the day so special!!!

Choosing a DJ is such an important and challenging part of the wedding planning process, but we couldn't be happier with our decision to use This Is It Entertainment. DJ Dan and MC Jimmy absolutely killed it. I've never had more fun in my life! The music was perfect, and everyone was on the dance floor all night. Guests of all ages commented on how amazing the DJ was. Thank you for giving us the best party ever. I seriously wish we could relive that night a million more times. Communication: multiple meetings with DJ and emcee separately which was much appreciated. Very pleased with responsiveness, attention to detail, and efficiency. Wedding Day: Ceremony and reception from music transitions to introductions to incorporating the hora were seamless, in part owing to the prep meetings as well as the flexibility and experience of our host Jimmy and DJ Dan. I am not a girl who lives on the dance floor, much less able to make it to the last song, but DJ Dan and Jimmy really drew everyone and myself to the floor with their music mix and energy. I have since gotten so many rave reviews about them. Cannot thank them enough for making the wedding day, as was their articulated goal from the very beginning, absolutely extraordinary. Lighting: highly recommend the dynamic setup for an energetic vibe!

We had an amazing experience with This is It Entertainment for our wedding. The dynamic lighting was above and beyond what we expected. It light up our dance floor so well and really added to the vibe of the night. The photo booth pictures came out amazing. Our DJ Rob received rave reviews from all our friends. He read the room very well and consistently changed songs if they were not hits. He totally understood and executed our vision was well. Rob also cued the music for our ceremony and made sure the mics were working well for that part of the day. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and crushed it for us on the day of.

Overall they made the process so easy and we had great conversations about music and how to get everyone on the dance floor. Our wedding reception had everyone on their feet including Grandma! Working with This Is It for our wedding was as wonderful as I could have hoped. Keli, James, Dan, and Moose were incredible in all of the prep conversations - by the time the wedding happened, we were already super relaxed and felt like we were in good hands. At the wedding itself, the lighting looked amazing, the music was fabulous, and Moose emceed exactly according to the vibes. I was super grateful for how Dan was able to adjust his DJing to the moment; for instance, when it started raining and all of our guests went to sit on the veranda to take in the storm, the music seamlessly went from dance floor music (ie Abba and Whitney Houston) to relaxing romantic music (ie Sam Cooke). Not to mention, they were all so friendly and warm, it just felt like more guests we loved! We couldn’t have asked for more.

This Is It Entertainment has exactly what you need to make your wedding (or any event really) a memorable experience. They are experts in the AV area of event planning and execution. DJ Tranquil and Weekend Willy were the DJ & event host for my wedding and they were the absolute best! They were punctual, came extremely prepared, were exceptional to coordinate with. We had an afternoon wedding which often equates to a dead dance floor. However, Weekend Willy/DJ Tranquil were great at reading the room, knew when the change up the vibe, and kept everyone engaged. I'd recommend them or anyone at This is it entertainment for your wedding/next event.

We got married on 9/30/23 at The Mainland and man, everyone is STILL talking about how amazing our emcee and dj were. I would like to first say that we only had about 110 people at our wedding, and we were nervous that our dance floor may get empty at times and we were just worried on the overall flow of the night. Not everyone in our family dances- but mannnnn was I wrong. Dj Rob and emcee Andrew aka Moose read the room perfectly and delivered all night long. People we didn’t even think would dance were up having a great time and the dance floor was NONSTOP - there was never a dull moment! They really got everyone hype all through the day- from introductions to the rest of the night. Leading up to the wedding, communication with both Rob and Moose was a breeze and they made us so comfortable with any questions or concerns we had. Using their music portal was also a plus and Rob was actually able to use a Spotify playlist I made with some ideas I had as well which made things even more of a breeze. Also, Keli is a sweetheart! Working with her through the payment process was stress free. We also had our photo booth through This Is It and we had Joe, who was also great to work with! We wanted to change up the template a little for the photo strips and he was so easy going and great to work with! The photo album at the end was a great touch and we’re glad we get to have those memories forever. The uplighting packages they provide are beautiful as well and really enhanced the whole vibe of the room and perfectly matched our vision. Overall we were so happy with our experience with This Is It Entertainment and we will gladly refer them to anyone planning a wedding!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Simply the best. This Is It Entertainment provided the soundtrack to my best friend’s wedding in 2017 and years later people still talk about how awesome the music was. Fast forward 5 years later, I finally got engaged, and when it came down to the music we only made one phone call. From our first meeting I knew DJ Rob Beats and I were on the same page. The goal was to throw a rocking party with a personal touch. Rob worked with us to come up with a fantastic playlist, and from cocktail hour to the final song DJ Rob absolutely crushed it. His mashup songs and transitions were incredible and he had a pulse on the crowd the entire night. Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can’t wait to reunite at our anniversary party.

DJ Rob Beats was INCREDIBLE! He made our wedding the best day ever; our family and friends literally did not sit down the entire night other than for a few minutes to eat. We had a wide variety of ages and music tastes, and 2 weeks after our wedding everyone is still raving about how much fun DJ Rob was. His mashups and flow of genres was truly impressive; he kept everything classy, tasteful, and SO MUCH FUN! We may be biased but he was the best DJ we've ever seen at a wedding. We've already said we want to have a 1 year anniversary party just so we can have him DJ for us again. Highly recommend!!!

Hands down the best DJ, MC, and Percussionist of ALL TIME. Willy(weekendwilly!!!!) kept the hype of the wedding going ALL NIGHT LONG and DJ Rob beats KILLED IT with the music!!! We had a full dance floor of people BEFORE dinner!! (People were saying that NEVER HAPPENS at any weddings they’ve been too) I couldn’t believe how well everything flowed- I legit could not leave the dance floor all night. We had a live percussionist as well and (i don’t remember his name- so sorry) but he was the icing on the cake!!! Interactive, FUN and just hyped the night up allll night. DJ Rob legit had people shaking ass all night and we had sooo many people asking who/where we found our DJ & MC!! So thankful for being able to work with this amazing company and all these great people! If you want people dancing at your next event- this is the only place you should look!!! 1000000/10- see you guys at the next event :-)

We are so happy with our decision to work with This Is It Entertainment! We worked with DJ Dan and Will as the MC and they absolutely killed it. They worked with us every step of the way during the planning process and made every effort to understand exactly the type of music we liked and the atmosphere we wanted at our reception. Incredibly professional, fun and energetic crew of DJs, MCs and percussionists who generally care about your dance floor dreams and overall vision. Every single one of our 180 guests told us they have never danced so hard or so much, and numerous people have already asked us for the name of our DJ company because they want to hire them for their own events. Our dance floor was the happiest place in the world for 5 hours straight, and that is a testament to the thought and consideration that this team put into our celebration. As if all of this wasn’t enough, we had to make a last minute change for our outdoor ceremony due to bad weather, which impacted the time at which the DJ could set up for the reception. Regardless of the change, everyone from This Is It! was super flexible, making every step of the way stress free and calm. I am so grateful that we had the opportunity to celebrate with this awesome team. We cannot wait to have an anniversary dance party with them and our guests every year from here until eternity!

We used This is It for our wedding and it was one of the best choices we made! We had DJ Rob and Jimmy (MC) and they kept people dancing ALL night! People told us that our wedding is one of the most fun weddings they have ever been too. Even friends who said they don't dance at weddings, were on the dance floor all night! BEST DJ EVER! All of my wedding guests said the music and dancing was the best they've ever experienced! I HIGHLY recommend going through This Is It Entertainment for any of your events! Both Jimmy and Rob were so amazing during the planning process. They called us individually to run through the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception multiple times with us to make sure our wedding was EXACTLY what we wanted it to be. DJ Rob used all of our song suggestions and somehow read my mind for all of the others. Every. Single. Song. Was. Fire. All of our guests keep texting us saying how much fun they had dancing.

OKAYYYYY WHERE DO WE BEGIN, “the sax guy,” the dj, the emcee (Matt, Rob, and Jimmy) absolutely blew us away. This whole team was so thorough - the reviews we had were crucial as they picked up EXACTLY what I was putting down during those sessions and then DELIVERED (and then some) the day of the wedding. The music was the most important aspect of the wedding for us, and maaaann they did not take that lightly. Friends and family are still reaching out to let us know how electric our entertainment team was. Rob has to be the most talented DJ out there, and Matt just emphasized every beat that rob blasted and made it UNBELIEVABLE. Jimmy’s energy is perfect and he honestly just the sweetest guy. These men truly TRULY made our wedding. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t walk, run to book!

After our first meeting with This Is It Entertainment, we knew that we wanted them to be the entertainment for our 01/2023 wedding! Both Will and Rob were so easy to work with throughout the planning process and we really liked the online portal where we could pick out specific songs that we wanted on our “Must Play” list. From the ceremony all the way through the closing songs, DJ Rob and Weekend Willy were on the money. They were interactive, adaptive, and knew how to keep the party rocking. There's two things we wanted to get right, the food and the DJ, and This Is It did not disappoint. We hired This Is It Entertainment for our wedding at The Mill Lakeside Manor on August 26th, and could not be more satisfied with them. From our introductory call with Kelli to working with Jimmy and DJ Dan Tranquil, the entire team was fantastic to work with. Jimmy took extensive time to get to know us personally, as well as learn about our family and wedding party, so that he could be the best possible emcee on site. He was incredibly personable throughout the process, and really put as at ease in the run-up to the event. On-site, he did such a great job that one of my guests just assumed that he was a family friend based on how well he seemed to know us and run the evening. DJ Dan was also terrific to work with. He helped us through the crafting of our playlists, made fantastic suggestions on how to best structure the evening, and then compiled a playlist that kept guests dancing all night. We received a ton of positive feedback from friends and family saying how much fun the wedding was, and we know that wouldn't have been possible without the This Is It team that we worked with.

We had Matt as our MC and Rob as our DJ and we have nothing but amazing things to say about them! They were awesome to talk with over the phone leading up to the wedding and they were amazing on our wedding day! Matt was awesome and kept the flow of the reception perfect. We wanted to get through everything and he helped with moving everything along. Rob was an AMAZING DJ. He played all the songs we requested and also had everyone of all ages up and dancing the whole night. People are staying saying how awesome he was. They both made our special day the party we expected and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I hired This Is It Entertainment and got matched with Rob for DJ and Will for our MC. It was by far the best decision we ever made!! Our guests are STILL talking about how amazing the music was at my wedding!! In fact, about 4-5 people walked away with our DJ’s and MC’s phone number immediately following our wedding. Rob played absolutely bangers and his transitions to the next songs were amazing. He 100% knows how to read a crowd. We danced for 3 hours straight - I didn’t even leave the dance floor to get dessert. And Will’s incredible energy got everyone going! They did an amazing job!!!! Will the MC was awesome as well as Rob Beats! We had so much fun and our guest said it was the best wedding they have ever been too! Thanks to This is entertainment!!! More then 5 stars!!!

Kelly S. Wedding- 7/16/22 This Is It Entertainment is AMAZING from start to finish! Getting in contact with the team to start the process was so easy and they answered my questions promptly throughout the whole process. I wanted my wedding to be a huge dance party with hits from all eras to keep everyone on the dance floor and that's what they did! Rob was my fantastic DJ and Andrew was my wonderful MC. They both spent a lot of time on the phone with me planning my wedding. We had multiple phone calls and I was never rushed off the phone. Rob gave suggestions, played the songs I requested, and mixed everything amazingly with his own creative twist. He even cut my first dance song to keep the parts we wanted flawlessly! Andrew kept the party going, added his own fun flare to get people up, but knew when to let us dance without being on the mic the whole night. All in all, the were the DREAM TEAM that I get compliments on from guests at my wedding! If you want a dance party that keeps people moving from all generations, this is the team for you! I can't wait to book This Is It Entertainment for future parties/events for years to come! You will not regret booking them! :)
