This Little Pig

John and Lynsey are the owners of This Little Pig, a wedding catering company and food truck. This husband-and-wife team is passionate about curating a dining experience that couples and their loved ones can treasure. At This Little Pig, John takes care of the cuisine while Lynsey oversees the business side. Together, they have been operating this business since 2017, traveling to festivals, corporate parties, and more. When they aren't crafting dishes for events, the duo can be found serving their menu to the public from their food truck named Petunia. Creole traditions influence this Little Pig's comfort-food culinary selections. The team is open to creating different dishes for weddings that suit the couple's tastes as well. They also provide delivery, setup, and cleanup services and can serve the food from their food truck in a buffet, family-style, plated, and more. In addition, they are able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions, such as nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian.
