Hello! We are This Little Pig, owned and operated by John and Lynsey. We are a husband-and-wife team that is passionate about curating a dining experience that couples and their loved ones can treasure. John's many years as a Chef in New Orleans and Tampa drive their fully customizable catering services. Lynsey is the "Front of the House", handling the details and booking. Together, we have over 40 years in the restaurant and bar industry, and have been operating This Little Pig since 2017. When we are not thoughtfully crafting menus & service for weddings & other catered events, This Little Pig can be found serving Creole inspired comfort food to the public from our food truck (her name is Petunia). You can find us popping up at local breweries, markets, private parties and more. Our goal is to build the perfect menu and service to compliment your special event. Our catering is full service, and we provide up front pricing with no add-on charges once we have quoted your menu.
