I scheduled with their White Sale (off-the-rack discontinued styles at discounted prices) and still got the same attentive and supportive service. My mom, Debbie and I had so much fun together! When I knew I had found a few dresses I loved and would choose my wedding dress I started getting overwhelmed, and Debbie had me take a break and reassured me that there was no pressure. When I was ready, I tried my favorites back on and the choice was obvious! During the checkout process Lisa shared some of the history of the store with us and gave me a bunch of helpful wedding tips, and made sure to send my dress home with the regular dress bag and the plastic cover it was stored in when I mentioned I would be taking the dress home to a house with cats (after offering to store it at the studio!). I was so grateful that what I thought was going to be a really stressful experience was truly so enjoyable. I definitely recommend shopping here!

This Magic Moment was truly a special place, different from many others, and felt very comfortable and relaxed in their beautiful and intimate space. Mashel really took the time to ask me questions about my likes, dislikes, style, venue, and vision for the day. She helped me find my perfect dress and pointed me towards something that I hadn't even described. Everyone at Magic Moment is friendly, approachable, and not pushy at all. Another factor that sets them apart is the great relationships that they have with their designers - they could pick up the phone and have a direct line to get clarity on lead times, shipping, and have endless options for customization (neckline, straps, color, fabrics, buttons). I also purchased my veil here, they have wonderful options for storage, and offer a full network of seamstress and alterations specialists.

illusion type of dress and once I told her that, she pulled out my exact dress. I later went back with all of my 8 bridesmaids to officially "Say Yes to the Dress." Because I technically already had my dress picked out, Lisa had given me the idea to play a little game to see if anyone could pick out my exact dress amongst all the other selections. I then tried their top choices on in which I came out in my dress with a robe on to reveal it with them. I thought that was so sweet of her. She also had a bottle of champagne ready for me to pop with all my friends. I did not feel rushed at all during my experience and it felt great to support a small business owner. I also really appreciate that Lisa communicates efficiently via phone and text which makes it convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this studio and felt very taken care of.

I tried on probably 8-9 dresses and she was so helpful in finding me new styles, helping me find out what I do and don't like, and was so patient and non-pressuring! The whole place is booked just for you when you make an appointment, which really makes you feel special and important. I ultimately did not end up getting my dress here, but found a lot of things I liked that were in my price range. I'd recommend every Pittsburgh (or out of towner! I'm from Columbus OH!) bride goes to TMM!!!! Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Got dress here after trying on some at a different close out store. The store is small, so appointments are necessary because they spend one on one time with you and the whole store. Was very helpful in considering my style preference and price...

Also got my belt there on walk in Wednesday... the week of the wedding because we forgot. They found a belt I liked (I wasn’t interested in a belt unless necessary) and were very helpful.

It did not matter how many dresses I passed to her to try on, she was always patient with me and constantly saying, “It’s whatever you want!” She stood by the dressing room and helped with everything that I needed and when I came out each time, she would put on sleeves, belts, veil, and the like to make each dress unique and stunning. After a couple dresses, Lisa figured out my style and would custom-pick the dresses to match. This was the first time I went dress shopping and we all thought I would just get an idea of what I wanted, but I actually said yes to my dress! I ended up leaving her studio with a dress (no ordering, no waiting, you leave with your dress the same day!) that she actually had picked for me. a variety of gowns to try to explore what my vision was (and realize that my dream dress was actually something totally different!). I felt really at ease looking at the gowns and Lisa kept me on track with starting the rule-out process and finding the one!
Since I was from out of town and decided on the dress on Sunday, Lisa opened up the shop for me to come by, try the dress on again, and purchase my dress!
