Kailey was wonderful as the Day-Of-Coordinator for our August 2024 wedding! She was such an amazing help at keeping everything smooth, steady, stress-free, and easy on our wedding day. With her expertise and organization, on the day of our wedding I was able to seamlessly hand off all of our planning/preparation to her, and things were prepared exactly how I imagined it. The decor was set up how I wanted, the timing flowed smoothly, the people were in the right place, the small details weren't forgotten, etc. Everything was exactly how I hoped it would be. And more!!! -- because I was able to relax and not stress out about things being in the right place. Kailey also anticipated every need -- every time we turned around, she was there offering us water or food or updates! We had a cake mishap and she handled the whole thing (to this day I don't even know what happened -- she managed it that seamlessly!). She managed our timeline and did lots of herding cats so everyone was in the right place for each event. I was so grateful for how she worked with our other vendors to keep things on track, plus amazing work to manage cleanup quickly and efficiently at the end of the night. We had our prep meeting with Kailey 2.5 months before our wedding day. The one area of feedback is that after that meeting, it took over a month to hear back from Kailey with followup. She was very apologetic for this delay, and it did stress us out quite a bit waiting to hear from her. She got back to us 1 month prior, and we had another couple calls to finalize details. Despite these delays, her professionalism and perfection during our actual wedding day made us not care about about those issues, and I would 100% recommend her. She absolutely rocked it and was perfect. Overall, our wedding was an amazing success! The whole day was somehow literally perfect, and we can't thank Kailey enough for her part in the perfection.

I am the mother of the bride and had not met Kailey until the morning of the wedding, but when she walked in she brought a sense of peace, calm, and knowledge. There was nothing to worry about as Kailey handled all the details big and small on the day of the wedding. It was so wonderful knowing she was handling the caterer, DJ, bartender, cake delivery, and because of the rain, she took care of cleaning up water at our outdoor reception. We could not have had a more perfect day!

The smartest decision we made for our wedding was to work with Thistle & Sage Events. We were a bit worried about having food and the DJ arriving at our reception venue while the ceremony was happening, but Kailey was there to help everyone set up and get in the right place! When we arrived to the reception venue, she made sure everyone was in the right place and got us announced. She helped with making sure everyone was where they needed to be and everything went perfectly!!! I really cannot express how happy we were with her help. It took the stress off of the families and the wedding party so we could really enjoy the day!

Kailey was literally the saving grace for our wedding day! She was so helpful! I ended up having bronchitis & not feeling well at the end of the night & she helped get all of our things cleaned up & we didn’t have to worry about a thing! If anything went wrong, we still have no idea because she just took care of it all! 110/10 recommend Kailey at thistle & sage.

Without Kailey, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding. With her, I didn't look at my phone...or a clock...a single time. She made sure everything went smoothly. My *now* wife and I simply enjoyed our time with loved ones. Kailey had everything under control. Thank you Kailey!

Kailey was fantastic to work with. She was always professional, helpful with advice on what to incorporate, how to do things, and patient with our tight timeline. We had a lot of last minute changes and she took it all in stride. She was so organized on the wedding day and helped keep stress down.

Oh my goodness! My wedding day was the best and I couldnt have done it without Kailey. She was so great in tending to our needs and getting everything in order. Planning with her was a breeze and she knew how to help us with things we didnt know. She was knowledgeable and we could tell she had experience with weddings and events. The day of went great! She helped answer questions and keep me calm. She made sure we were able to eat and relax throughout the day. Kailey brought us drinks (and made sure we were hydrated) at the end of the night, everything was packed up great. We had a fantastic day and I dont think that would have happened without Kailey. 10/10 recommend her!

Kailey was phenomenal to work with! We hired her for partial planning and day-of coordinator + rehearsal help! It was worth every penny! She was organized, professional, and a calming presence to have leading up to our wedding. We met 2-3 times to nail down details, and it was extremely helpful to have her advise throughout the whole process! She helped us create a floor plans, estimate catering needs, set up and tear down our decor at the end of the night, and SO MUCH MORE. My friends and family mentioned several times after the wedding how impressed they were with her on my wedding day— I barely saw her as she protected me from any issues or stress (I still don’t know if there were any problems)! Hire Kailey if you want a smooth wedding- planning experience and a wedding day filled with love, happiness, and fun!

Kailey did a wonderful job on our wedding! She was a dream to work with! She was very well organized and extremely professional in the way she interacted with all of our guests and vendors. Kailey put in a lot of thoughtful details in everything that she touched, from the way she set up the venue to the timeline she laid out for us. She made sure that we were well taken care by ensuring that my husband and I were happy with the flow throughout the day! I know they say that the Bride sets the tone for the wedding...but I believe it's the Wedding Coordinator that puts the Bride at ease to set such a relaxed and very chill tone to the special day. Jordan and I can not thank you enough Kailey...loved the way you took such great care of us!!

Kailey was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. She communicated well with me and always responded in a timely manner. She made my wedding day a breeze! I planned most of the big details of my wedding, but when it came to the smaller details for the day before and the day of, Kailey thought of things I hadn’t even considered. Because of her organization skills and easy to work with personality, it was easy to figure out those small details. When the wedding day came, Kailey took care of all the behind the scenes details and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend Kailey as a day of coordinator (and honestly anything else you need for your wedding) because not only will you have a great experience, but you will also make a new friend in the process.
