Gillian of Thistle and Vine was so wonderful to work with. We had a very modest budget for the flowers and Gillian totally understood the assignment. All our florals were so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. She decorated all the tables for the reception which looked stunning. She even got a lovely arch for our ceremony. I had really been struggling to find a florist I could work with on such a small budget, and then finally I found Gillian. We feel so lucky!

Thistle and Vine was the perfect florist for our beautiful, New York wedding! I was nervous about finding a florist when we didn't live in the area, but from the moment we met Gillian on our Zoom meeting, I knew it was the right decision. She was so professional, experienced, and communicative. I could tell how much detail she was paying attention to between our interactions to the final product! My husband was very specific about the types of flowers he wanted and even when they weren't available or not in season, she had seamless alternative suggestions. We got so many compliments the day of and the end result was so beautiful. We cannot thank Gillian enough for being the best possible decorations and being one of the highlights for our wedding day. Highly, highly recommend!!

Gillian and Thistle & Vine were absolutely incredible throughout our planning process and day of. Gillian sent the most thoughtful proposal where she thought of everything and more in terms of our flowers and my vision. She was flexible when there were some changes to our tables and came up with creative repurposing for all of the floral arrangements day of. The bouquets and arrangements were breathtaking. I could really tell she understood my vision. I am completely obsessed with all of the flowers from our wedding day and would book Gillian again in a heartbeat.

Gillian at Thistle & Vine is a professional florist, from the first meeting, she helped me to visualize my vision of wedding flowers with color design and flower images. After that, we had checkpoint meeting every month until 2 weeks before wedding to make sure the plan was finalized. The wedding decoration was beyond my expectation, everything is beautiful, unique, with natural styles. Overall, Thistle & Vine is reliable with good aesthetics, I highly recommend to hire them.

Could not recommend Thistle and Vine enough! Gillian was amazing to work with and so easy to talk to about what we were looking for. The flowers were so incredibly beautiful and exactly what I was envisioning. We got bouquets, a boutonnière, and two larger pieces for our ceremony/reception and they were all perfection.

We worked with Thistle and Vine through a package our wedding venue provided. Gillian was amazing to work with. She was super responsive and flexible in adding a few more items on a few months before the wedding. We didn't know anything about flowers going into our call with her and she was great at explaining everything for us.

Gillian was on point in capturing what I envisioned for our flowers for our micro wedding! After speaking with her and sending some photos and ideas of what I would like to see, Gillian created a proposal.
