Thistle Dew Floral and Event Design

iful and on the quoted budget! Patti even had us over for a floral mock up a few weeks prior to the wedding to ensure that we were pleased with all the floral designs! We cannot say enough superlatives about Patti and Thistle Dew! Book her today!

quests and what flowers/colors I had in mind and captured the vision I had exactly! I was also really wanting to have purplish irises for the wedding as those are my favorite flower and she managed to find the exact iris color that I wanted and include the irises in all of the flower arrangements. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the exquisite flowers at the wedding (the bouquets, centerpieces, ceremonial florals, corsages, boutonnieres...) You can tell she takes great pride in her work and it shows in her level of artistry. I will absolutely recommend Patti to anyone who is looking for a florist for their upcoming wedding! Look no further, she is the best!

ony and decorated it BEAUTIFULLY. The florals were the star of the show and truly made such a beautiful impact on our day. She is so kind and truly talented at what she does. Highly recommend!!!

tails of my florals and decor. She guided me through selecting my florals and pieces of decor that would work with the venue, the season, and even down to the fabric on my dress. The final product was everything I wanted and more. Every floral arrangement and decor detail pulled together our aesthetic. I loved my bouquet so much, that I ended up preserving it in jewelry. I would highly recommend Patti as she was both a pleasure to work with and amazing at what she does!!

id an amazing job at bringing our vision to life, she is super sweet to work with and everyone loved her. The best florist hands down!!

ity!!!! Patti was so easy to talk to and really understood what I was talking about even though I don't know much about flowers. We arranged a pick up the morning of my wedding. She made 2 large arrangements, a hair pin for me, flower crown for the flower girl, corsages, and boutonnières. Everything was done way better than my expectations and made the whole day amazing!!!

w wonderful the floral arrangements were. Not to mention Patti did an amazing job capturing the rustic fall aesthetic that we wanted. Overall, we are so happy with everything and are so lucky that Patti was our florist for our special day!

for and created such beautiful centerpieces, arch design, bouquets, and thoughtful touches throughout the venue. You can really trust her to create a romantic ambiance for your wedding. Her florals were the only 'decoration' we used for the ceremony and reception and she absolutely nailed it. I loved the hurricane centerpieces (tall candles), it added variety to tables. Hiring Patti was so integral to making our wedding the best it could be!!

uquets I’ve ever seen. They were perfect! Thank you again Patti!

on a call, send me examples, accept pictures I sent, and even make last minute adjustments as the numbers changed. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody looking for an incredibly florist, she was the best.

ined. Patti was super professional and I loved chatting with her in our planning meetings. Finally, we really appreciated Patti's flexibility in rescheduling our event due to COVID. We would 100% recommend Thistle Dew!

I hope to have another event soon just so that I can book you again!! So amazing. Thank you!

ginally planned. Patti was beyond understanding about the situation and was incredibly accomodating. She understood that this is affecting everyone and offered our full deposit back. During the initial process of finding a florist, I was super overwhelmed but Patti made me feel totally at ease. She was great to communicate with, she made the booking process so easy and she really understood what I was looking for. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use her services but I highly recommend her just based on the fact that she is a caring and understanding business owner.

surpassed our expectations. The flowers and entire event design was gorgeous. We HIGHLY recommend!

super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE having a wedding in San Diego.

e at ease by giving me some guidance on some good places to start figuring out design ideas. After our initial phone call, Patti would send me emails of pictures of items in her inventory (chuppah, table numbers, charger plates, candle votives), to help me in selecting items for the wedding. I feel very lucky that Patti was part of the vendor team, she was so pleasant and easy to work with, and very talented Ultimately, Patti created a real live fairy tale, from the gorgeous chuppah to the warmth of the candle light, the texture and color of the centerpieces (including the cute cocktail hour centerpieces with the white gourds!), and the natural rustic look of the table numbers, it all came together into such an elegant display. The guests were practically fighting each other at the end of the night over who would get to take the centerpieces home. Patti is a very talented florist and designer, she really created a stunning environment. Also-my mother took the succulents out of my bouquet after the wedding and potted them for me, so I will be able to have a piece of my wedding day in my backyard for a long time!

nd executed them beautifully. my reception was a dream come true and much of that was because of Patti's floral design as well as candles and other decorations. I absolutely recommend her.

s - like the ringer bearer pillow. Patti was so easy to work with and always very prompt with any questions I had. I asked her to make a sample bouquet for me because I didn't see exactly what I wanted (wildflower freshly picked look) in the photos on her website. If you don't see a photo on the website, no fear (and really no need to get a sample)- she can make whatever it is you want - and make it beautifully. It was a pleasure to work with Patti, I am so glad our venue suggested her.

ning than I had dreamed! She listened to me, she worked with me and she handled everything so impeccably. Words cannot describe how grateful my husband and I are that we had Patti a part of our wedding day! She makes the most beautiful arrangements and has amazing ideas! She even has a beautiful canopy/chuppah and so many other beautiful items that she can rent to you. She will help you every single step of the way and she will make sure that your wedding day is perfect! I will be forever grateful for her for making my day so amazing and for going above and beyond.Truly an amazing lady!
