he truly cared about us and believed in our love story - not like we were just another paycheck. Hunter made sure all things ran smoothly leading up to the wedding. Our officiant dropped out at last notice - Hunter stepped up to cover that without hesitancy. Come wedding day, Hunter’s team was INCREDIBLE!! There were MANY fires they had to manage and put out. Hunter spent a LONG time cleaning my stained dress (my alterations person almost ruined it!). Our videographer canceled morning of the wedding. Our DJ was not the best and tried to overstep. Hunter and his team did AMAZING managing all these issues!!! They advocated for me and still are as I’m trying to get a refund from our videographer. Best part of booking with Thistle Haven is you not only gain an amazing wedding coordinator, but also a loyal, lifelong friend.

Hunter went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and his calm, organized presence on the big day allowed us to fully relax and enjoy each moment. His warm, outgoing personality made him a joy to work with, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making our day special. From helping to secure last minute vendors and details (since I loved to remember things I wanted at the very last minute) to sprinting across the The Vulcan to retrieve our forgotten wedding bands mid-ceremony, Hunter was there for every step and I'm so grateful for him and his team!

ed back with such positivity and excitement! Hunter took me and my now husband out for lunch at a super cute restaurant to go over all the ideas we had. He was super prepared and already had an itinerary and everything planned out. He recommended a caterer and got us a great discount! Everyone raved about the food!! Since the wedding was a surprise we wanted the reception space to start as bland and look like a birthday party to start. His team did an amazing job of turning it into a beautiful reception! They were able to do this when everyone went out for our ceremony! When people came back it was truly transformed! They provided some beautiful centerpieces and made it amazing! Hunter was our officiant and he was great!!! They found us everything we needed from DJs to photographers and got us great deals! We even had a photographer cancel last minute and he was still able to arrange a new one! Jenny helped me get ready and was so sweet! They made the entire day absolutely amazing!
