Annie, from the second we walked in, made us feel welcome and treated us like her most valuable customers and friends. She exudes happiness and an intense passion for her work with every word and move she makes. I was nervous because, unlike most women, I had no clue what I liked, what looked good, or what I wanted... and she was patient, warm, friendly, and INCREDIBLE at reading me. She got a better sense of who I am, my style, and what I liked by each passing moment. And in the end, she gave us perfect guidance and a very clear idea of what my ring could be. She had earned our business, hands-down. My fiancee came back several times to custom design my ring over a few months time. And on proposal day- it was the most BEAUTIFUL and unique ring I could ever have imagined. Annie and the design team took what they knew about me, my fiancee's dream design idea, and blended our ideas into my dream engagement ring! I am proud to wear it every day! So obviously when it was my turn to custom design my fiancee's ring, I knew where to turn, and once again, I was blown away! Annie is johnny-on-the-spot with emails and communication. So we set up our first consultation, and she and I got to work right away! We tried on many styles, got my fiancee sized, played around and enjoyed the experience. Annie knows how to dream big and is SUPER creative. As she gets feedback, she knows just which direction to point you and what piece to show you next, so she can better understand your taste and style. The next step was designing. I was terrified because I don't know jewelry and I didn't feel equipped to design a ring. But it really was the fun part! Annie and Joy took my ideas and just chatted with me, as friends, and guided me through my ideas and helped me to understand how my dream would translate into jewelry. They took their time, made sure I understood everything. I was never pressured or rushed. They listed to me and it was clear that they wanted me to be happy. Once we landed on the right design, they sent me countless CAD drawings. (A super fun 3D rendering of your design). They just kept re-working it until i was happy. They even provided me multiple options to consider. They left no stone un-turned and made sure I knew ALL of my options and every price point to consider. Once we landed on a final design, we made a wax mold, and then we sent it off to be made! The turnaround time from design to in-hand was quick and the process was smooth! They made the process SO incredibly easy, comfortable, fun and enjoyable! Every last person who works there is knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, kind and truly talented. The team at Thollot could not be better. Every time I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles, offered a glass of wine, and everyone knew my name. It was like walking into your best friend's house for a catch up, having fun, laughing a lot, all while getting creative and playing with some jewelry. I cannot recommend Annie and the Thollot family more!! Their customer service, product quality, team knowledge and raw talent is unmatched. You WON'T regret it!

Troy and Glen worked with us through the entire process, from pencil sketches to hand carved waxes until we had just the rings we wanted. We love our rings and in the event that we are ever in the market for other jewelry, we will definitely be back!
