Do not hire they are a scam. I got married 5 months ago and still have no photos. They wont contact me or send me any pictures and I am filing a lawsuit. I loss a lot of sleep and ...
have a lot of heartache knowing that I have no pictures of the most important day of my life.
I was married on June 30, 2012 and it really saddens me to even have to write this comment about anyone. However, for all the brides who are planning their own weddings and have t...
o deal with the stresses that come with wedding planning I am writing this review for you. Let me start by saying that Thomas Garza does great work and takes beautiful pictures, howver, his customer service skills once he receives your money are HORRIBLE! I initially, met Thomas back in January of this year. My husband and i truly enjoyed his work and I still have the disc he originally gave me of other couples photos he had taken. The first problem I had with him came when it was time to receive my engagement pictures. it took him over a month to send the pictures to me. He didn't return any of my phone calls nor did he respond to my text messages. After I received my engagement pictures I did not hear from him nor did I see him until the day of my wedding. My wedding planner and myself contacted him for an entire week and he just showed up on the day of my wedding. That was the last time I heard from him or saw him. What saddens me the most is this could have been prevented. I paid Thomas off back in March, as a matter of fact he was the first vendor I paid off for my wedding. The website I initially found his services on, he is no longer a vendor on that website and I to be honest I believe that the phone number I have on file is no longer in service. Let me end this review by saying this, I was very fortunate because one of my family members took pictures of my entire wedding so I can get the pictures from them. With that being said, if i do not here from him by September 15th, not only am I contacting the better business bureau, but I will taking him to court and I am going to write a review on every single wedding website that exists. Please do not use this photographer, even though he takes great pictures, as far as I am concerned if you never receive the pictures how great are they?
They were nice
Our album was amazing!!!
When we hired Digital Dreams, we knew that we loved their work, but we were surprised by how great their customer service was. We really didn't even notice until we were reflecting...
back, but it's all of the little things that they did to insure that this was a pleasant experience for us that really makes them stand out. I would give them 6 stars in service if I could!
When my sister got married, her photographer was horrible. I vowed that I wouldn't make the same mistake for my wedding, and luckily I found Digital Dreams. I have gotten so many c...
ompliments on our wedding album, and even a few jealous glares. If we had it all over to do again, we would definitely hire them again.
We hired Digital Dreams Photography for our wedding this past year and we loved them. We were on a budget, and we really didn't think we would find a photographer that was both goo...
d and affordable until we talk to them. Our package was only $750, and it even came with 2 photographers.
Photographer, Thomas Garza, made my wedding photographer experience a horrible disaster. I met with him twice & signed a contract 3 months prior to my wedding date. I paid two-...
thirds of the payment at that time. After that, he would not return my numerous emails, phone calls, or the certified letter I sent. Due to not being able to get into contact with him, I was unable to make the final payment by the date on the contract. He contacted me via email 2 DAYS before my wedding wanting the remainder of the money in cash. Even after then, he would not answer my calls, only my emails. He never gave any reasoning for his absence or acknowledgment of me trying to get ahold of him. Luckily I had found a new photographer as soon as I realized Digital Dreams was a scam. Now I have to take him to court to get my money back. It made my wedding experience very stressful and hard on my pocket book. If I could rate this place any lower, I would.
`This is a more difficult review to write because I simply want to give my honest and fair opinion, and I do not want to come off like I am just bashing them.
At first, the photo...
grapher was very professional and easy to contact. I had contacted him because his company was one of the few that offered a photo package in a price range I could afford. I saw his work and liked it. I had scheduled a bridal portrait a couple of months before the wedding, and when I tried to contact him to make further plans, he was EXTREMELY difficult to contact. Months would go by and I could not reach him. I had already given him the deposit and was very anxious that I could not contact him. Finally he called back. He gave an explanation, and after assuring me that my concerns were addressed and were not going to occur again, I decided to continue with services. I received the bridal portraits in a prompt manner.
After the wedding, I was expecting my wedding portraits within a certain time limit we had set. It was more than a month after the due date, and I still had not received it. After exhaustively trying to contact him via e-mail and phone calls fore weeks, I was prepared to go to the Better Business Bureau. Last week I received the photos in the mail. I would have appreciated and e-mail, phone cal, text, etc letting me know that the pictures were going to be late than have me worry about it for more than a month. As customers we are required in contracts to pay the photographer in full, therefore I expect the photographer to fulfill his end of the bargain.I thought my anxiety before the wedding and after the wedding was unnecessary and I was disappointed in his customer service. Even though this photographer came to each photo session promptly, I believe clients should not have to have so much anxiety worrying about the photographs.
I actually gave them 4 out of 5 stars for quality because the product that they had promised to deliver ( pictures in a CD) I considered were of good quality, and had some very nice pictures. I just wish that the circumstance in which I received these pictures was better.
