When we began planning our wedding, we knew that dragging 140 guests to the middle of the desert (literally to Nxwhere, California) would be a logistical challenge so choosing a wedding planner who we could trust was incredibly important. We met Dylie about 5 months before our wedding, and by that point, we were feeling quite lost. However, after the first call with her, we immediately felt better. Dylie and Lauryn, who joined the team a few weeks later, show an impressive level of professionalism and dedication to their craft that allows wedding planning to be fun, rather than stressful.  Throughout the next several months, both maintained constant contact with us, responding to our needs in a timely manner and always with enthusiasm. During our meetings, they often reminded us of logistics that we had not yet considered (e.g. how guests would be seated for ceremony, where trashes would be set up), gently pushed us away from some of our worse ideas (e.g. having a couple guests serve hors d'oeuvres), allowed for flexibility on some of our unorthodox ideas (e.g. placing mother-son dances before the first dance), and provided insight that led to some of our favorite wedding moments (e.g. using an audio guest book, having a late night ramen bar).  Most importantly, both approached the whole process with love and reassurance. We left every interaction more excited for our wedding than before.  On the day of the wedding, Dylie and Lauryn were organized, composed, and in charge. Our location in the middle of the desert caused several of our vendors to be late. Though I'm sure this caused stress, neither showed a bit of worry. From a guest's perspective, everything went smoothly. No one could have known that behind the scenes, Dylie and Lauryn were tweaking schedules and making snap decisions to keep it that way.  Additionally, both took on extra roles beyond wedding planners. Lauryn designed all of our stationary, while Dylie served as a second professional photographer. Lauryn even prepared hours d'oeuvres and both became chauffeurs for our guests at the end of the night.  We could not be more thankful for the effort and care Dylie and Lauryn put into our wedding. We will cherish the weekend forever and it all came together because of them.  - Rob & Jerome 💜
