Our wedding photographer, Cassidy, was absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, she brought such a calm, positive energy that truly kept me grounded—even during my worst Br...
idezilla moments! She handled everything with so much patience and professionalism, which made the entire day feel so much easier.
Most importantly, the photos are beyond perfect. She captured every emotion, every little moment, and all the magic of the day so beautifully. Looking through them brings us right back to those feelings. We are so grateful to have had someone so talented and kind documenting one of the most important days of our lives. Truly amazing!
Cassidy and Izadora are SO fun to work with. The turn around time on our wedding photos was quick and well communicated and they truly provided such a wonderful experience for us. ...
As someone who is generally camera shy, I did not feel any stress in having my photo taken by them. I adore my photos and would recommend them to anyone and everyone who would listen!
We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Cassidy at Mindful Wedding Photography for our engagement photoshoot in the breathtaking location of Ouray, Colorado. From sta...
rt to finish, our experience with Cassidy was nothing short of outstanding, and we can't recommend her enough!
First and foremost, the location and landscape of Ouray were absolutely stunning. The majestic mountains, serene lakes, and charming trails provided the perfect backdrop for our engagement photos. Cassidy's keen eye for capturing the beauty of the surroundings truly showcased the essence of Ouray and made our pictures look like something out of a fairytale. The natural beauty of the location combined with Cassidy's artistic vision resulted in truly magical photographs that we will cherish forever.
Throughout the entire process, Cassidy's communication and professionalism were top-notch. From the moment we reached out to her, she was prompt and attentive, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had. She took the time to understand our vision and personal style, ensuring that our personalities and the love we share as a couple were reflected in every shot. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the shoot, allowing us to relax and genuinely enjoy the experience.
One aspect that truly impressed us was Cassidy's dedication to researching and scouting locations beforehand. She went above and beyond to find hidden gems and picturesque spots in Ouray that we never would have discovered on our own. This attention to detail and meticulous planning added an extra layer of uniqueness and authenticity to our photos, as we were able to capture the true essence of the area while highlighting our love for each other and our adorable dog Samuel.
If you are looking for a photographer who not only captures beautiful images but also provides an exceptional experience, Cassidy at Mindful Wedding Photography is the perfect choice. Her talent, professionalism, and dedication to her craft are evident in every aspect of her work. We are immensely grateful for the memories she has captured and will cherish our engagement photos for a lifetime. Thank you, Cassidy, for your incredible work and for making our engagement photoshoot in Ouray an unforgettable experience!

met Cassidy and saw her online portfolio, we knew she would be perfect for us both in craft and personality. Throughout the process, she was very communicative and her team sent emails about how to prep for our wedding photos. We also took our engagement photos with Cassidy and had such a wonderful, fun time. Our wedding day was seamless and both her and her second, Tara, were an absolute joy to have with us. Bottom line, our engagement pictures and preview pics from our wedding are GORGEOUS! They look like something out of a magazine! The raw, realness of our love jumps off of the page. It’s simply stunning and we cannot wait to see our full gallery. If you are looking for a team that is expert at their craft, fun to be around, extremely communicative, gliding you seamlessly through your special day without stress, look no further! Cassidy and her team are the best.

e me and my husband feel so comfortable. We actually had a blast taking the photos on both occasions which we usually hate! All of our photos are better than our wildest dreams, and are absolutely magazine worthy. All I can say is WOW!! Best vendor that we chose for our wedding by miles! And we had all amazing vendors!!
My wife and I cannot say enough about our wedding photography experience with Thompson Photography. INFINITE GOLD STARS! Cassidy is a highly skilled photographer and communicator....
All emails, phone calls and visits before our wedding day were succinct, detail oriented, and also a blast. The day of our wedding Cassidy and our second photographer Allison NAILED not only every photograph they took - they are STUNNING and like the stuff dreams are made of - but they did so with incredible speed, and a highly choreographed professionalism. As you know, weddings can be quite chaotic. Cassidy and Allison both managed our families and friends, and the unpredictable weather patterns in a manner that can best be described as flawless. Every single person who has laid eyes on our pictures has breathlessly exclaimed that they are magazine worthy. Agreed. After our experience with Thompson Photography, I can absolutely and without a doubt say: these ladies are The Best of The Best. Look no further, and get ready to have a visual diary of your day that will make hearts skip beats.

een admiring wedding photos and videos for years, and knew early on that I liked a more "light and airy" style of photo, with lots of natural light. From the first phone conversation with Cassidy, and looking through the website, I knew we had found what I had always dreamed of. We went up to our venue, Stonewall Estate to have some engagement photos taken, and came upon a pretty serious car accident that had taken place a few moments before we arrived. Needless to say Eric and I were pretty shaken up and not in optimal moods to have our photo taken. Cassidy made us feel at ease and ended up capturing some amazing photos.
On our wedding day, Cassidy and Nicole were integral in having everything run smoothly. They were friendly, professional, and made us both feel "at ease". They both were efficient and made sure we were able to enjoy the day with our family and friends! Post -wedding, we received a substantial sneak peak a day or two after the wedding and couldn't believe how incredible the photos were! Thompson Photography group is the perfect combination of professional, and friendly! Thank you Cassidy and the whole Thompson Photography team for capturing the best day of our lives! We will never forget it : )

Very happy with our choice! Not to mention, they fell within our budget and their quality of work was amazing!

you feel relaxed and comfortable even if you're super awkward at having your photo taken, like me. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and the experience of doing business with them was not stressful at all, which is helpful when you have 15,000 other things on your mind as a bride. They handled every twist and turn with ease. I've recommended this group several times and will continue to do so in the future. They do great work.

e entire process was seamless based on how attentive and professional Cassidy and her team were. My wife and I had an absolute BLAST with Cassidy anytime we were with her - from the first meeting, to the engagement session, all the way through the entirety of our wedding day. Cassidy was such a calming presence during the morning of the wedding, knowing exactly what to say and where to place everyone/everything. And Sam was the same with my wife and her bridesmaids! We had the most amazing experience with Thompson Photography Group and would 100% recommend that anyone looking for the BEST photography group choose TPG! We now have the most beautiful pictures to cherish, and made a great friend along the way. Thank you again to Cassidy (and Sam) for making our day perfect, and capturing the special moments that will last forever!!

ography and her amazing eye for a perfect photo. She is truly wonderful to work with - kind, professional, and extremely talented. Cassidy took the time to understand my vision for the wedding and made sure to capture each moment just as I had imagined. Her guidance was invaluable both before and during the wedding. The venue was on the beach and Cassidy was able to capture the most beautiful pictures. My wedding day went by in a flash, but each time that I look through my photos I am immediately reminded of how remarkable my big day was, all thanks to the brilliant work of Thompson Photography Group.
We hired Thompson Photography Group after watching them work at a friend's wedding, and then seeing their beautiful photos. Everything about our interaction with them was spectacu...
lar. Our friend recommended doing the engagement session, saying that it would help us get used to being photographed, and he couldn’t have been more right. We had Cassidy alone for a wonderful shoot at Bear Mountain, and then had her and an assistant for the wedding. They were both experts at getting us (and everyone else) to feel comfortable, and they captured every special moment without ever seeming to intrude on the day. I never felt that I photograph well, and I was worried that our wedding photos would be a series of beautiful photos with awkward-looking me. Not even close – Cassidy has an amazing knack for capturing everyone at their best. After seeing her wonderful shots of us in the engagement session a few weeks before the wedding, I was able to totally relax and let her do her stuff. Both my husband and I agreed after the whole thing was over, going with Thompson Photography Group was the smartest decision we made for the entire wedding. Thanks, Cassidy!

ad on 100% complete trust in. She was professional yet laid-back, and she took the most beautiful photos! I can't tell you how many times people have said those look like they're from a magazine. Highly recommend!
I was planning my wedding from across the country and was nervous about booking vendors that I likely would not meet until either just before the wedding day or on the wedding day....
Thompson Photography Group came highly recommended by my sister's friend and once I was in communication with Cassidy, I knew that I had nothing to worry about. She was so easy to talk to and was so attentive & responsive to all my questions or concerns. I knew that if Cassidy was so awesome to interact with that everyone on her team had to be just as wonderful, and I was right!
Debi was the main photographer for our wedding day and I did not get a chance to meet her or interact with her until the morning of my wedding but she arrived at my mom's house and it instantly felt comfortable. It's like she was a part of our family and had known us for years. She captured some truly beautiful moments and had fun with us. Our photos turned out SO beautifully! I am seriously filled with such joy every time I look at our photos!
I am over the moon with the entire staff at TPG, they are all so attentive! I will definitely use them again for any photography needs, with no hesitation!
Thanks for everything Cassidy, Debi, Amanda, & the whole TPG team! :)

ht and airy photos scream romance, and this is exactly what we wanted to exude on our special day. Cassidy was our main photographer and she is absolutely incredible!!! She talks you through the entire way and makes sure you always feel comfortable at ease! Her ideas and photos are absolutely breathaking. We knew after seeing her photos, that we didn't want anyone else shooting our special day! She took the photos for engagement photos and our wedding, and they look like they could be in a magazine! They were so fabulous that our photos got published on Borrowed and Blue. Not only was Thompson Photography Group one of our best vendors, they were also my favorite. They made every step and every choice easy and seamless. They always understood my vision and vowed to bring it to life. My photos are stunning and timeless and ones that I will cherish forever. My husband, my family, and I could not be more in love with our photos and we owe it all to Cassidy and her crew. DON'T go any further. Choose them for your special day or occasion!!
