start. I scheduled a consultation call after they returned from a trip — no one called. I followed up via email and didn’t hear back for a couple of days. When we finally spoke, they said they’d send a proposal within two weeks. I sent over documents to help them understand our vision and aesthetic. A short response followed, saying the proposal was almost finished. Then? Silence. I followed up after two and a half weeks — no response. A full MONTH later, they reached out to ask if I still wanted to work with them... with no proposal ever sent. They claimed my last email went to their spam folder — but that doesn’t explain why the proposal, which they said was already in progress, never arrived. Honestly, it felt like I was forgotten or deprioritized. I truly doubt a proposal was ever created. Luckily, we found another florist who was everything Three Branches wasn’t: responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in working with us. I would not recommend this company to anyone planning a wedding — don’t waste your time.
