Even the manager was not helpful and not willing to help me. She said my wedding was far out and they had time to get back to me. Not what a paying customer likes to hear. Three Brothers Bakery did not make experience easy or enjoyable. If anything they added unneeded stress.

e chocolate grooms cake taste out of this world, the Texans Football team logo was boss! Our butter cream almond white bride’s cake was beyond delicious ! The aroma of the cakes filled our venue with sweetness and yumminess!! Best cakes anywhere !!! I will only be using 3 brothers for my bakery needs!!

The entire cost of the cakes was a fraction of what we were quoted at other bakeries. But, all the people I spoke with were nice and tried to help as much as they could. The y assured me that the order would be filled with no problem. There was one e-mail "lost in translation," but my husband was able to re-send it. As our venue was quite far from the bakery, the delivery fee was sky high, but the cakes were delivered without a snag. The cakes themselves were delicious, and if I were to do it again, I'd get a smaller groom's cake. The Groom's cake was their chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling, buttercream icing on top. My husband had his family crest scanned on top, and it cake out great. The cake was delicious, but the size we ordered was too much for our 75 person wedding. The bridal cake was a cookie cake, two layer, with cookies n' cream icing. It was delicious and beautiful, made to look like a "bridal cake." The one problem we ran into is that it was too thick to cut. I had previously told the consultant that I wanted the layers divided, so we could cut it more easily. I guess that this was also left off the notes, as this did not happen. We broke two cake servers in the process. I would recommend either a 8 inch chef's knife if you go with two layers or just have one layer. Overall, beautiful and delicious cake, helpful and friendly staff, but difficult execution...

Also, they have a good variety of options for the flavor of both the cake and the filling. They hit every deadline we gave them without issue and were very professional. The cherry on top is that they have competitive, affordable pricing so I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a cake for a big event.

our cake tasting, there was lots to choose from and they were so creative with our ideas for the groom's cake. They created a huge bowl of soup complete with a spoon and matzah balls to go with it. It was a work of art and kept all of our guests raving! The traditional wedding cake was elegant and matched all of the pictures and ideas we had in mind. They even went out of their way and not just delivered, but also set up the cake table to make sure it all looked elegant. I would have Three Brothers Bakery make cakes for all of my occasions!

They had no problem putting our order together within that time frame. They also baked a scrumptious groom’s cake that looked like a monster. We would definitely use them, again!!

ntil I tried the one at Three Brothers (Braeswood location). I don't know what they do to their batter, but it was really flavorful. Of course, you go to cake tastings and the cake tastes one but when you get the cake, it tastes another... Well, this cake tasted even better. We got the black raspberry filling which added a nice look to it when it was sliced. It had a delicate flavor, not overpowering. The cake was delivered when they said it would be. We got a kitchen cake as well although we didn't need it so it was frozen and served for something else a few weeks later. It was fine when it thawed-- tasted just as good and the icing and filling maintained the proper consistency.

o I decided to give my favorite bakery a try.... and I was not disappointed!!! I originally thought I couldn't afford a wedding cake from Three Brothers Bakery, but after my consultation my budget was at ease. I paid less for 2 cakes from Three Brothers than I would have for just the cake cake at the other bakery. I brought in a picture of what I wanted each cake to look like and they were decorated to perfection. My husband wanted a bass jumping out of water for his cake, this is something can if not done right can look bad. He was so happy (and so was I) with the way the cake looked! Not only were the cakes affordable, but they were the most delicious cakes I've ever eaten! We got so many compliments of how tasty our cakes were and some people went back for seconds and even thirds. I was also able to eat on the left over cake for a whole and it still. tasted as fresh as it did on our wedding day. I highly recommend Three Brothers Bakery, everything the make is so delicious!!!

He listened to everything I said and he created a beautiful, really delicious cake, based on my comments - and from looking at a couple of 2 inch squares of fabric the bride was using in the bridesmaids' dresses. He matched the colors of the flowers and the ribbon on the cake to the colors in the bridesmaids' dresses - and he even added glitter (something I had not mentioned but that he noticed in the fabrics he had seen). We also ordered a giant, 10 pound challah for the blessing before we ate - and it was gorgeous and delicious! Once I met with Bobby, I knew I could check "cake" off my To Do list - and wouldn't need to worry about a thing! My family has been doing business with Three Brothers since they opened in 1949 - and we look forward to continuing that tradition forever!

We were able to try the different cake/frosting/filling combinations, all of which were DELICIOUS, and talk with their cake consultant about her recommendations for frosting, since the cake would be traveling. We decided on a combination of flavors for our cake with a simple exterior design, accentuated with a few of our flowers. Even after making the 3-hour journey from Houston to our venue, the cake was flawless. The flavors and texture were so rich and it turned out exactly as we had imagined. Every time I open our freezer I'm tempted to break into our topper early! The quality and options available at Three Brothers Bakery are amazing, and we also loved that we were able to share a piece of such a special place with our wedding guests.

I reached out to them and immediately someone responded who was excited and ready to meet and walk me through the entire process. They gave me TONS of ideas, as I had no clue of what to do. I told them about my fiance and all of the things he liked, and together we came up with a truly awesome cake that I know he will love. The customer service was amazing, and the taste tests were even better. Three Brothers' butter creme icing is AMAZING. I could eat that icing all day long. The cake, of course, was delicious, as well. I can't wait to see the finished product, but so far, I am so impressed with everything they've communicated to me and have let me try out! I also found out that they do really adorable gender reveal cakes for expecting moms. I ran into a friend there who was picking hers up...she wouldn't let me see it that day, as she wanted me to wait until the actual gender reveal party, but when I finally saw it, I was amazed. It was the cutest combination of pink dots on three adorable tiers.

We both grew up in Bellaire and have used Three Brothers for birthdays so we figured why not....the process was easy, the staff was nice and helpful and the options were all there. We went with a three tier cake, each with their own filling and the results were amazing. I will for sure recommend!

ell - I went in along with my fiance, my bridesmaid and her boyfriend. I went to the cashier and told them we were here for a tasting,. When the women came out - she went up to my friend - and congratulated her on getting married, etc. We corrected her and said that my fiance and I are getting married and that I'm "the bride." I figured that was the end of that. Then we went over to sit by the cake - and she completely disregarded what we had said - again went to my friend for questions about the cake, when the wedding was, etc. I really didn't mind her initial confusion - I can understand that - but after we corrected her, I thought it was pretty rude to make the same mistake twice. I would have left right after that but I had paid 25 dollars for the cake - so we went ahead and stayed. The lady was not helpful in choosing what to put on the cake, and did not listen when we said we wanted a smaller cake. Obviously - we have chosen to go elsewhere to pick a cake. I am certainly hopeful this was an off day for the 3 Brothers Bakery. But I personally wouldn't risk it. If you can't be sure they'll know who is getting married after being told repeatedly - how can you be sure they'll make the cake you specified?

sonalities. They were very flexible at allowing us to modify our order up to 2 weeks before the wedding. They were reasonably priced and the cake will feed a ton of people if you just slice it a bit thinner than recommended (they use 2 inch slices to calculate how many people the cake will feed). All I had to do was provide the supplies to create our cake and a few instructions on how I wanted everything to look, and they took care of the rest. They were easy to communicate with through email and asked questions when they weren't sure how I wanted something. I will definitely use them again in the future for other special events!

I had so many compliments and I can't wait for my 1 year anniversary to have the cake a second time! twenty years back and she was very pleased. My sister's friends ordered her bridal shower cake from three brothers, again it was a hit. I had a very large Indian wedding and my cake was going to be the only dessert served so I needed a very large cake but I wanted it to be picture perfect as well as delicious. I've been to many weddings where the cake looked pretty but wasn't worth eating! First of all the tasting was well organized and Mrs. Juckers was very kind and patient with my bridesmaids and I. Originally I didn't intend on having a grooms cake but then my husband decided he wanted one after all. I called and she happily set up another tasting and adjusted the size of the original order to take into consideration the additional cake. My cake was breath takingly beautiful! I will never forget it as long as I live. The grooms cake had all chocolate lovers spell bound! We got compliments on our two cakes long after our wedding day!!! Best of all Three brothers cakes are dairy free and my husband and I are lactose intolerant. You would never know that their cakes are dairy free! Also they do wonders with buttercream that most people can only do with fondant. I recommend them to anyone:)

ther was the villa. We were at the villa. The cake was dropped off at the ballroom, the cake people didn't put on the cake topper nor did they check to make sure they were in the right place. They just left. So when the other wedding's cake was delievered it was discovered that our cake was actually there. It was two hours before the wedding. The venue management proceeded to call my husband to let him know what happed. He then called the cake people (Three Brother's Bakery) to tell them they delivered to the wrong place. They (three brothers) told my husband that they were already gone and wouldn't come back to fix the issue that they created. They said they didn't have time... It was 2 hours before our wedding. So the manager had to load the cake in her personal car and my husband and his groomsmen had to deliver it to our venue. We were both incredibly angered by this, and will not refer them to anyone. My cake didn't even have a wedding topper on it!!! We have recently been contacted by the owner and general manager, the issue has been dealt with fairly and efficently. They have apologized and have refunded our delivery payment. Once again the cakes were beautiful and delicious, and I do feel better having talked to two different three brother's people. I will continue to use Three Brother's bakery and am glad that this will never happen to another couple. This was a learning experience for all parties involved.

One year old out of the freezer, our Three Brothers cake tasted better than any wedding cake we've eaten at a wedding in recent memory. The flavor was so rich that when we took the top out of the freezer on our 1 year anniversary, the buttercream aroma filled our kitchen. Truly an excellent cake. I highly recommend Three Brothers.

different occasions, we arrived for our appointment with a cake consultant only to be informed that they must have forgotten about our appointment... because they were not at the bakery. The first time I forgave (especially because they gave some free cupcakes) but the second time was just frustrating. They employees were always nice and apologetic but it still made us feel like our business was not valued. We were willing to look past these mixups (they are a very busy full service bakery) because of the value and quality of the cake... however, when the finished product arrive at our wedding it was the wrong color! We ordered a very simple tiered cake with purple flowers. The flowers on the cake were different shades of blue. No, it wasn't the end of the world, but it was very disappointing. The cake didn't match any of the decor... and really, how difficult is it to remember to make purple flowers? Again, I was willing to forgive this mistake, as all of the guests LOVED the quality of the cake (everyone said it was the best wedding cake they'd tasted), but when I e-mailed the bakery to inform them of this mistake, they never e-mailed or called me back. This really is the last straw for me. I froze several of the flowers on my cake and plan on taking them to the bakery to discuss the issue with the owner in person. Unfortunately, if his response is similar to our other experiences, they will just give us a cupcake and send us on our way...

I was So impressed as were all my guests who raved about the cakes and how Fresh they were. EVEN after 4 days, I brought the left over to work and the cake was still fresh and Yummy. THANKS Three Brothers!
