If you want a venue with incredible character, amazing food, and a team that genuinely cares about making your day special, I cannot recommend this local treasure enough. We had ou...r spooky, vintage, carnival-themed wedding here, and it was absolutely magical from start to finish.
Right from the beginning, my husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Yvonne. She is incredibly accommodating, warm, and proactive. She came up with so many wonderful ideas we never would have thought of ourselves—like hosting our cocktail hour right in the front of the space with lobster popsicles for our guests while we were away snapping family photos. It was such a fun, memorable touch that everyone loved. And best of all, we truly got to enjoy and be emersed in the experience of the whole day and soak it all in.
The space itself is so cool and unique—it’s an old vintage movie theater turned into a top-notch eatery, and the atmosphere is just unmatched. Our family and friends are still talking about how incredible the food was. The appetizers were amazing (the reuben balls were a massive hit!), and they did a fantastic job accommodating everyone's tastes for dinner with a perfect mix of vegetarian options, salmon, and filet mignon.
Our theme was a relaxed, whimsical, fall carnival vibe, and our local florist, J Costello Designs, absolutely nailed it. They completely understood what we were going for and created the most beautiful, whimsical spreads for our head table, guest tables, entry, and dessert displays. It fit the vintage theater vibe perfectly.
Capturing the lighting inside a vintage theater can be tricky, but Amanda VanVels Photography was incredible. Her experience with indoor photography completely shone through. She knew exactly how to work with the space to capture those quiet, intimate moments beautifully without losing any of the venue's cozy, dramatic charm.
Three Cats is a total gem. The best part about getting married here is that the wedding day doesn't have to be a one-time memory. We get to keep celebrating over and over again by coming back for weekend brunch, making dates out of their annual Valentine’s Day dinner, and—most excitingly—bringing our new baby in to say hello to Yvonne and the team.
If you want a wedding that feels personal, seamless, and genuinely fun, book Three Cats!
