s made a point to tell us that it was the best tasting food they have ever had at a wedding. On top of that, they had exceptional day-of service, and was very affordable compared to many other wedding options. The only comment I can make for potential improvement, is that sometimes the email communication can be slightly delayed. However, they absolutely followed through on everything promised and more. Do not hesitate to book for your wedding (if you like BBQ food).

l has amazing and up front pricing with such a spread to choose from. Our guests are still commenting on how delicious the food was. Scott and Dana were so easy to work during the months leading up the the wedding. During dinner, three guys and a grill even checked in with the head table to make sure we didn’t need anything else. super quick to answer all my emails. We ended up going on a whim and having beef tenderloin without trying it… by the end our family was fighting over who got those left overs. They were prepared with our appetizers before the ceremony was even over and they grilled on sight so the amazing smell surrounded us getting us ready for dinner. They made sure that we knew where they were putting to left overs before they left. They asked if we wanted to do seconds or pack up before assuming so. They made sure everything was warm and filled throughout everyone coming up to get served. I had many comments on how amazing the food was and the service as well. If you go through them our top three picks our the pulled pork, beef tenderloin, and Mac and cheese!

r tasting was so much fun and everything was delicious. When our special day came along, they drove these trucks pulling giant grills and parked them just outside our venue. Our entire venue smelled like grilled deliciousness all day (which I loved) They gave us multiple options for how to do a buffet during covid. They also were very professional in explaining what options might be better for us and our crowd and respected our wishes. The staff set up our table settings while we were getting married. They also brought out salads before the buffet even started. The clean up went so smoothly that I did not even realize they were there. I also liked how they offered a disposable china option because we wanted a very easy flexible clean-up. Pricing was exceptional too. I still am dreaming about those pork tenderloin medallions! We highly recommend them.

My husband and I currently live almost 2 hours from their restaurant in Elkhart Lake and we will continue to make the trip every now and then for lunch or dinner because their food is that good!

They were will to work with our budget and helped us to create the perfect menu for our day. You even get to keep all the left over food! So if you have guests that don't show up the food and money doesn't go to waste!

best priced caters around. They did everything from the pig roast to clean up plates from tables. We had three chefs in the wedding party and they were blown away by how well the food was. They were also great to work with, right away Scott told me(the bride) he understands how sometimes parents get involved and try to get what they want, but he wanted to make sure that the groom and I got what we wanted. My husband and I can not get over how great they were, we are trying to think of another reason to have a party just to have them come cater.

to set up a tasting with our parents at their marsh restaurant, and the rest is history. Numerous guests told us it was the best wedding food they have had. We were able to offer our guests 4 different choices of entrees, salad, potatos and vegetables for an affordable cost and we got to keep all our leftovers too. You absolutely cannot beat the price we got to rent linens & china for from them as well. Most rental companies have strict pick up and return times, Scott has it all worked out and was extremely flexible with me on this so that I could set the venue up early and return the items at my convenience. They grill everything on site and it was warm and delicious! The whole staff was hard working and friendly and our guests left with full bellies and smiles on their faces. So glad that we decided to go with them! Plus me and my husband are now enjoying our leftovers, that are still flavorable weeks later!
