ou want the food to be delicious and Three Leaf absolutely delivered. Samantha B. was the one who helped us and she was so sweet and it was so fun working with her! She was really helpful and answered all of our questions. We chose to do a pasta buffet. The choices were very streamlined which I really appreciated since I was pretty choice fatigued at this point in the wedding process. We were able to have some really great variety with our sauce and protein options, and we got to choose our noodle shape as well(!!!). We landed on the black pepper garlic alfredo (are you kidding me?! literally so delicious I dream about it) as well as their standard marinara (which was also so flavorful). Both options went great with the pasta and protein. We had the italian sausage and garlic shrimp for our protein. The cavatappi pasta with the garlic alfredo and the shrimp!!!! UGH SO GOOD and honestly worked so well for a big wedding!! They also had a preplated option for our gluten free guests. I hate when dietary restrictions make food boring and bland but I talked to some of our gluten free guests and they said it was so delicious!! We also had a mid reception snack of a street dog stand and it was SUCH A HIT!!! Literally brought me back to life that night and I love that they were willing to do that for us haha. All of the staff that helped with catering were so friendly and kind to everyone!!! Cannot stop raving about them!!

mantha was incredibly communicative, organized, and accommodating, making sure all of our guests had meals they could eat and offering flexibility when we changed the menu and service style multiple times. Our guests were very complimentary about all the food (appetizers and all entrees) and the service. The Three Leaf team made dinner delicious, efficient, seamless. We really appreciated that they set aside of tray of appetizers for us, so we got to try everything (the corn, potato and gouda croquettes were a favorite that day!). They were also incredibly helpful and accommodating with desserts - I had DIY'ed our desserts (mini tarts) and the team did an amazing job setting them out and resupplying them through the evening. I would absolutely recommend Three Leaf for the tasty food, great service, and the communicative and detail-oriented team!

She even came out to our wedding walkthrough to make sure her and the venue were aligned. It made planning SO much easier to have them so connected. The food was also beyond amazing! Many guests afterwards told me how much they loved the food and some even asked for the vendor so they could use them in the future. Just an FYI for other couples who may be considering them that communication may be a problem and we don’t want that stress!

She was patient and responsive every time we made a change or tweak to our menu. on our extremely positive initial conversations with Kelly, our initial catering coordinator, we decided to go with Three Leaf Catering. However, we were transferred between coordinators two times: first to Lilly Martinelli after being informed that Kelly had left their company, and then to Felicia after multiple periods of two to SIX WEEKS during which our emails went unanswered. The fact that nobody told us that our coordinator was on maternity leave which caused us to go six weeks of wondering why our caterer wasn't responding is very unprofessional and unorganized. There was also an additional $800 fee for linen/tableware delivery TLC informed us of less than two weeks before our wedding. We were told this was the only option, but definitely think our coordinator could have found other options if she had been aware of our venue’s policies, which were communicated with our first coordinator. Either way, had we known of this expense with enough time, we would have shopped for alternative rental options on our own. Our biggest complaint is the leftover food and cake, all of which was thrown away due to a lack of communication. There were multiple times where we specifically discussed our intent to take leftovers with us. However, the food was left in the venue refrigerator by TLC, who later said they were unable to find anyone to give it to. This was not communicated to us and we had no chance to retrieve the food before the venue threw it away. First, we do not understand how no one could be found to pass the food off to. There were at least a dozen guests–ourselves included–cleaning up the venue during the last hour of the rental period. Second, no attempt seems to have been made to contact our phone or our wedding coordinator who they met at our walkthrough. I am giving TLC 2/5 stars for the quality of the food and being (mostly) on top of it on our wedding day, but because of our stress in lack of communication with their team prior to the event, pricing issues, and leftovers being wasted, we would not recommend this catering company to other couples.

I'm only putting 4 stars because of the turnover in staff with catering, but the whole event was a smashing success in the end and the food was delicious.

eading up to our wedding. Crystal was amazing to work with, very responsive, super flexible with COVID restrictions and dietary needs. However, the day of our wedding, one of our main dishes was a Colorado trout with a tomato concasse and the concasse was completely missing from the dish. They did give us some money back, but pretty much told us we lied when we said it wasn't on the dish. We asked every single guest that had the trout and everyone was missing that aspect of the dish. By no means did it ruin the meal, but my husband being in the culinary profession himself, was very upset about the whole ordeal. While they may have missed the mark on that concept dish, everything else was beyond fantastic. The service was so spot during cocktail hour, pre-dinner setup, during dinner and post dinner clean-up. We both got to eat the appetizers post-ceremony and during our dinner and had leftovers after! We had our own cutting and serving cake, and they also messed up and served part of our cutting cake instead of the two cakes we specially had to serve to our guests. Regardless, I still am happy with their overall services and I don't have anything bad to say about any of their team. I just want to be honest with our experience and was personally just disappointed in what happened the day of since they were so professional and had a great grasp of everything leading up to our wedding.

We had plated meals and the serving went extremely smoothly. They have many fabulous options and make delicious food that can be tailored to any dietary restriction. She or someone on her staff brought us appetizers, drinks, and made sure we got the cupcake flavors we wanted. We had many special dietary needs among our guests including gluten free, vegan, and food allergies and everything was so mouth-wateringly good. They made the evening feel like magic, and we could not have asked for anything more.

After a horrible situation with our rental company, her staff showed up 2 hours early to clean and set up rentals. They really saved our wedding day! During the evening our food and drink service was excellent and all staff was friendly and attentive. If you want great service, amazing food, and great cocktails go with Three Leaf Catering!

She was incredibly accommodating and helpful when we were planning the menu and working out all of the details. The food was terrific!! Everyone I spoke to commented on how great the food was. It was fresh, well-prepared, and not overcooked. I would highly recommend them!!

We had some gluten free guests and nut free guests and kids who wanted a kids meal, and Three Leaf made sure to separately prepare and plate meals that were just as delicious and special as the INSANE vegan spread that they set up for our wedding. The food really was the highlight of our wedding. Most of our guests were from the Midwest and not accustomed to eating vegan food, however, the ENTIRE night people kept coming up to us and telling us how phenomenal the food was and that they didn't know vegan food could be so delicious and creative and decadent. If they can create such a show stopping menu with Vegan, GF, and NF options, I can only imagine how incredible their food is when they aren't working under those restrictions. We are so thankful for them and how attentive, supportive, and personable they were. They were even committed to setting up the buffet, desserts and tables in a way that totally aligned with my vision and décor plan for the wedding.

The food was to die for, the cake was absolutely beautiful and the catering staff was efficient and very courteous. We got so many compliments on everything and the whole day went incredibly smoothly, which is more than we could've asked for! We can't thank Three Leaf enough for helping to make our wedding such a fun and successful event and would definitely recommend them to any brides-to-be in the Boulder area.

We were really wanting a farm to table feel with great quality food at our wedding, while still needing to stay on a budget. What really appealed to us about Three Leaf were their amazing reviews, their passion for good food and ingredients and the fact that they have their own farm. From the start of our communication they were very responsive and helpful in figuring out ways to adjust the menu to have what we wanted, while staying within our budget. We had a good experience with our coordinator leading up to our wedding, including LOTS of emails throughout. (We didn't have a wedding planner, so it was important for me to be able to communicate often in order to stay on top of it all.) The biggest issue of the day was that they completely ran out of chicken (one of two main dishes) and salad before half our guests had gone to the buffet! They took full responsibility and admitted that there was some sort of mistake and not enough food was brought to the venue. It was unbelievably disappointing and embarrassing for this to happen, and extremely unexpected from this company. We felt like if nothing else, their one job was to make sure everyone was well fed with great food, and that's where they fell short. They were very apologetic and respectful in terms of refunding us exactly what we asked for back. Again, we want to believe that this truly was an anomaly and that the company has learned from it and won't let it happen again. We just recommend if you are going to use them that you have a conversation about this or any other potential issues beforehand.

We also had local vegetables and a gluten free pasta entree. Vegans could eat, carnivores enjoyed the salmon, no one complained that it was too healthy :)
