Natalie was our wedding photographer for our wedding in June - 2024 (and our engagement photos in August - 2023)! To say that we were lucky to have Natalie as our photographer is an understatement. From the very beginning, Natalie helped us through the entire wedding photography process. We had several check-ins leading up to our wedding, and she answered any and all questions we had. She was very thorough and took note of any special moments we wanted captured throughout our day. Natalie was extremely easy to work with and helpful during the entire process. It was clear to us from the beginning of our time working with Natalie that she cares so much about the work she does! On the day of our wedding, there was rain and storms forecasted. Natalie was prepared for everything: she came with creative ideas, as well as umbrellas for outdoor photos in case there was some lighter rain. Thanks to Natalie, my husband and I have stunning photographs to look back on from our wedding forever. She perfectly captured so many amazing moments from our special day. We couldn’t be happier that we chose to work with Natalie! She is absolutely amazing, and we would recommend her to ANYONE who is looking for an amazing photographer! ❤️
Neither my husband or I typically enjoy getting pictures taken - but Natalie put us at ease and captured absolutely beautiful photos for both our engagement shoot and wedding day! I would 100% recommend Natalie to anyone. She is professional, warm, kind, and very organized! I was also in awe of how she captured our normal, everyday places like our favorite walking spots, wine bar, and neighborhood in such a way that revealed their beauty. Natalie was even willing to traipse through the snow at our reception to get the most magical winter shots!

Hello! I'm Natalie, the owner and lead photographer of Three: Seventeen Photography. Congratulations on this amazing season in your life! I am so excited to hear all about it and also want to tell you a bit about what being a wedding photographer means to me...
I want photography to be more than just a checkmark on your to-do list. You may not realize it now, but of all the things that you are planning, choosing, coordinating and pinteresting, photography is one of those rare mediums that we can bring with us. Even as our memory fades, photography allows us to revisit moments that can cause our hearts to swell with emotion again and again.
I want to capture all those candid, in-between, beautiful, genuine moments that are more meaningful in every single way. Moments like when your little niece wants to try on your shoes as you are all getting ready. Or the excitement you can’t keep contained as you look to your guests after sharing your first kiss as husband + wife. Or that moment you can't hold back your tears as it truly sinks in how incredibly and incandescently happy you are. I want to capture both the silent and still moments and also the inevitable dance-off that is bound to happen now that all your old class-mates are together again. Essentially, what I really want to give you is something more. What I really want to give you is something to look at it years from now that triggers those goosebumps, those tears of joy, those bouts of laughter and has you truly remembering how this day felt.
I want us to be friends. I want us to dig deep. I want to capture moments and glimpses of who you are and what your love means to one another. I don’t want some posed and awkward-feeling pictures of you guys. I want to make this experience fun, effortless and memorable in the very best way. I want you to be able to simply focus on how ridiculously amazing it is, that you have this awesome, quirky, incredible person you’re about to marry.

Hi There! I'm Natalie and Three: Seventeen is my joy! I am currently based in an old craftsman style home in the country west of Milwaukee. I love to travel and can't wait for my next adventure. I truly love people and relationships. I see photography as a means of storytelling. Its a vessel through which we can capture a moment, preserve an emotion, and revisit a time over and over again. My goal is to use the gifts I have to contribute to others' joy and live as grateful and true. I try to live this in my everyday life, and have founded my creative practice on this ideal.
