The absolute BEST band! Cannot thank you guys enough. Enjoyed them so much at my son's wedding, we booked them for our daughter's wedding. Very different types of weddings. They exceeded our expectations. SO MUCH FUN...Would HIGHLY recommend! Still have two more weddings at some point. These guys will be the top of our list.

Threshold had the party going from the first note and all night long! So easy to work with from the beginning to the end!

These guys are awesome. We had lots of last minute changes because of hurricane Ian and the worked well with us. Very professional and punctual. Made everything as easy as it could be on the big day. They are high energy and had our crowd dancing the whole time. Everyone from age 1- 90’s. These guys are a must if you want to have a lot of fun and dancing.

My husband and I hired this band for our daughter's wedding, based on the reviews, one full year prior to the wedding date. Before signing the contract and placing the down payment, we specifically asked if they can play a certain song for the first dance and the Father/Daughter dance. They replied yes! So we paid our deposit. As the year progressed, I called them a few times to make sure they knew both songs and again was assured YES. I had explained early on that we were having three different bands play throughout the wedding ceremony and reception. I absolutely did not want a recording played for the first two dances since I was paying for a live band and not a DJ. Even speaking with them 2 weeks prior, I was assured they were playing all the music live. The day of the wedding, they were running late, only for me to be informed that their truck broke down. They arrived in time since the other bands were playing first. When they were set up, Jamie the band leader called me over to tell me that they hadn't learned either song and they will be playing recordings. I couldn't believe my ears! I was beyond fuming! Jamie explained they were going to learn both songs while they were setting up, lol. I guess he planned on practicing at the same time as the other band was playing, all in the same room while the reception had started. He blatantly lied to me on several occasions and never had any intention of playing either song. My daughter and son-in-law had dance lessons for 6 months preparing for this night, the last thing we wanted was a record! He ruined my whole evening and wedding experience! I was so upset, I purposely stayed out of the main reception room because I couldn't listen to anything they played. A few weeks after the ceremony, I contacted Jamie and said that I was finally calm enough to speak with him. I requested a refund for Breech of Contract. Being that he had to be paid in full, two weeks before the wedding, I had no recourse. He said that his truck broke down and I should feel pity because he had to pay for the tow truck! He refused to give me any type of refund at all! He then began telling my daughter that I was requesting a refund, then he asked if my husband knew I was doing this... OMG how chauvinistic can you be! I had signed all the contracts and I'm the one who paid him. How dare he speak to me so demeaningly! He has refused to make any concessions to make this right! I would never use this Threshold Band in a million years for such a special occasion! Being the MAN Jamie is, he felt confident in all the 5 star reviews, he didn't care if I wrote a bad one telling the truth. I am sure, we are not the only people to have something like this happen too.>

We are so happy we chose Threshold band to play at my mom’s wedding — we had people with ages ranging from 4 year olds to 89 year olds and the band got everyone off their feet dancing! I am already married, but if I wasn’t already married, I would be asking Threshold band to play at my wedding! Jamie Lee was very thorough in discussing setup and logistics, and all of the first/last dance songs and he was a great communicator. We cannot wait to book them again!

My husband and I hired Threshold Party Band for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made for that day. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole planning process by making sure they got to know our style as a couple, and they could not have read the energy of our guests better. They kept the dance floor packed all night, and we still are getting compliments on how fabulous they were, months later. The Threshold Party Band was fantastic at our October wedding. The music they played during dinner was perfect and they were great at reading our crowd. After dinner, some were slow to join the dance floor but by the end of the night we had people out there that we had never seen dance! They did such a great job engaging our guests and were a huge part of why our night was such a success!

Threshold Party Band performed at my daughter's wedding on May 15, 2021 at Lake Lure NC. It was the second time I had used them. They also performed at another daughter's wedding some years ago. Threshold turns a wedding reception into a fantastic party! They have a large play list from top artists. They play a variety of song types. Easy to work with, they are very accommodating. The band leader also functions as the MC with intros, announcements etc. and he does a great job at it. Professional from start to finish! Threshold can turn a wallflower into the star of the dance floor. The quality of the band is the most critical element in the success of your wedding and the Threshold Party Band is the best I have ever seen!

Threshold Party Band help make our daughter’s wedding reception the most fun and amazing reception we could ever expect. The dance floor was packed all night long. Their vocals and musical talent is incredible. Their choice of music kept guest of all ages dancing all night. We couldn't have asked for a better band for our wedding. They were laid back, easy to work with, flexible.. not to mention talented! We would absolutely book them again and will be recommending them to anyone looking for a high energy party band!

Threshold Party Band was so professional and super easy to work with! When I initially hired them, Jamie sent me a questionnaire to fill out with all the important details for our big day. The band has an extensive set list, and we were able to pick songs/genres of music that we liked and felt our guests would enjoy. Once we got closer to the wedding date, we had a phone call to discuss timeline, songs, etc. and he made sure they knew exactly what I wanted. At the venue they were super respectful and polite, and they really hone in on what the crowd is responding to. I would say they played for 90% of the reception, which was awesome! I can't recommend them enough.

I do not give 5 stars easily but it was oh so easy to do it for Threshold! They ran our entire wedding yesterday and the minute the band started, the dance floor filled up and people were still dancing when they played the last song! Their energy, style and sound is second to none! You will not be disappointed having them at your next event or wedding! Rock on!

Threshold party band went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was just as we imagined it would be. Before the wedding I was in contact with Jaime Lee many times. He always answered my questions no matter how many I asked (and I asked ALOT). At the wedding not only did they sound absolutely amazing, but they chose the perfect songs to play when they weren’t playing live. They perfectly timed our ceremony music and offered our officiant a wireless mic that allowed our guest to hear during our outdoor ceremony loud and clear. I can’t stop using the word perfect because that is truly what they are! They are interactive with the bride and groom and they play what the crowd wants to hear. Everything went so smoothly and my guests are still raving about how amazing our band was. We danced the night away with all of our guests and had the best night ever thanks to the Threshold party band!

Threshold Band absolutely killed it at our wedding in August! Two months later and I still have guests telling me how much the loved Threshold. I highly recommend booking them as soon as possible. I could immediately tell that they were very experienced and passionate about what they do! Our wedding reception was an absolute blast and we have Threshold to thank for that. We were thrilled with what a great job Threshold Band did at our wedding! They had to work through some restrictions at our venue, and really pulled it off in the end. My family likes to dance but I couldn't believe how they were able to get the rest of our guests dancing throughout the night! The dance floor wasn't empty for one moment. Jamie and the guys were fantastic to work with before, during and after the wedding. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking of going with a band instead of a DJ for their wedding. They made all the difference!

We loved Threshold!!! We hired Threshold for our wedding ceremony and reception in Banner Elk, NC. Jamie Lee made the planning process easy and the day of went smoothly. He was very interactive with the wedding party and guests. Could not have asked for a better band to play for our wedding day!!!

We hired Threshold for our wedding. They were excellent. They did the ceremony music as well as the reception. Jamie Lee was extremely helpful with everything. He helped us with choosing the ceremony music and creating a timeline for the reception. Everyone at the reception loved them. They had a style of music for everyone to enjoy and awesome DJ sets during their breaks. I highly recommend them!

Our 150+ wedding guests still talk to this day of how much they LOVED the band. We had guests tell us they have never been to a wedding where ALL of the guests were on the dance floor. We only hired a day-of wedding coordinator; however, the band also helped in keeping us on task with announcing the timeline of events throughout the night. We were able to use their microphones for dinner speeches as well as their speakers for cocktail hour music. We were so happy to have them. Hoping someone we know will hire them at their wedding so we can hear them again!

My husband originally found Threshold on YouTube. We had never seen them perform in person so we weren't sure what we were getting into. We couldn't have been more THRILLED with Jamie Lee and Threshold!! Jamie took the time to get to know us and what type of reception we were aiming for. He helped walk us through ceremony music, introductions, and reception schedules all helping us feel completely at ease! They worked closely with us and our planner to make sure the entire evening went off without a hitch. They played an awesome array of music that appealed to all of our guests and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. They have great crowd interaction and made the night such a blast. We can't say thank you enough to Threshold for making our night one to remember!! We highly recommend them, they're awesome!!

INCREDIBLE! 1st off leading up to the wedding Jamie was calling me and helping with so many important details. He got to know me and my bride on a personal level. On the wedding day our venue suffered a power outage and thanks to the work of the band they made sure that this was not an issue. During the reception they were extremely professional and played the perfect music at perfect times! They include my wife with the cowbell and also had me my groomsmen sing "Friends in Low Places". Also, they allowed me and my boys to do a little karaoke to top things off! Everyone was beyond pleased with the entertainment and professionalism of Threshold. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The band was amazing! We had a very diverse group of people at our wedding. The ages ranged from 7-80. There were a few songs that were a little questionable to play (language), but we never specified before (that was our fault). If that would bother you I would talk with the band in the meetings before! The band's leader was very willing to answer any questions I had and helped me every step of the way. They definitely knew what they were doing up there and MCed the whole night. Also, they kept us on schedule with cake cutting, garter toss, and bouquet toss. That allowed us to enjoy ourselves that night instead of worrying about the time. Finally, they included me in a song (to play the cowbell) and got the groomsmen to sing a song (that was hilarious)! I highly recommend them for parties or weddings. They are the best Dj and band I have ever seen!

If you are looking for an amazing band for the reception - Threshold is a great choice. Jamie Lee was very professional and easy to work with. He helped me organize the schedule for the reception and pick a playlist. They were awesome, started playing music early for the cocktail hour and kept the party going through out the night. Our feet were tired before Threshold was ready to quit. They were incredibly entertaining and I loved the cow bell! Played a nice variety of music to appease the more mature audience early in the night, and younger crowd towards the end. Totally awesome - highly recommend them!

Threshold was awesome! They were very fun and interactive. Everyone was on the dance floor all night. We loved them and have received tons of compliments on the band. Jamie Lee is fantastic and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend using Threshold!
