Hi, I’m Katelyn! I’m the owner and lead photographer of Through the Lens Photography, based in Lafayette, Louisiana. With more than 10 years of experience behind the camera and photography as my full-time focus, I’ve had the privilege of photographing so many important milestones and meaningful moments. Over the years, I’ve learned that the best wedding photographs aren’t just the perfectly posed portraits—they’re the laugh you didn’t know was captured, the tear your partner tried to hide, the hug from someone you haven’t seen in years, and all the little moments that make your wedding uniquely yours.
My goal is to create an experience where you can relax, be yourselves, and truly enjoy your wedding day while trusting me to preserve the moments you’ll want to remember forever. I’ll guide you when you need direction, step back when the moment calls for it, and be there for all the in-between moments.
