Stay away! Stay far away! She was very unprofessional and hard to deal with! She took a group picture of 20 little girls and individual shots of each. After weeks of back and forth...
with her, she gave us very poor quality prints! When we asked about it she blamed it on the printers! She refuses to issue a refund or give us the printing companies information to talk to them! The pictures themselves are very poor quality so I doubt they are he printers problem. Now she is claiming it states in her contract that there SAles are final, but after reviewing the contract and order form it says nothing about refunds! She has taken over $700 from us and is not willing to do anything more then give uxcuse after excuse! Save yourself a HUGE headache and go with one of the other amazing photographers this town offers!

Through the looking glass photography is terrible. If I could give her zero stars, I would. She came to take pictures of our cheer squad on Fort Huachuca. Over a month has passed...
and we haven't gotten our photos. She refuses to give any of us her phone number and wants us all to communicate with her via Facebook, but she rarely ever responds. She finally showed us online some of the photos and they are just awful. She refuses to give refunds. Now she has an entire group of Army wives very upset. Do NOT give this woman your business. Please.
