We couldn't have asked for a better DJ than Aaron! He was the absolute best. He was so helpful with setting up our wedding day timeline, affordable, and kept people on the dance floor all night long! He helped my husband and I stick up for ourselves when some people were trying to persuade us to change things about our wedding. If you're looking for a greay DJ Aaron is your guy!

we could not be more pleased we hired Aaron for our wedding. from switching dates because of the pandemic, a total change in reception location and size, and all the other details; he has been extreamly helpful. He gets back with us almost immediately with answers to any questions, and is super organized which takes away so much of the stress. Far and above the most reliable, flexible, and professional DJ you could ask for!

We used Throw Yo Hands Up Entertainment for our photo booth at our wedding. They have an amazing service that included an album with copies of all of the guest photos at our wedding and also any notes guests wanted to write us next to their photo! It is so nice to have as a lifelong memory and we had a lot of fun looking at it after we got back from our honeymoon! The service was great and the price was very reasonable! Thank you!

What an amazing wedding reception we had! The dance floor was packed the whole night and the music kept everyone going. I think we could have went longer :) Aaron was an amazing DJ to work and provided awesome add-ons at a very reasonable price! As a very Type A person, he created a template and timeline for the night and kept everything on track! I definitely loved that I was able to enjoy my night, while he kept us on track during the reception. I highly recommend Aaron as your wedding DJ!

I cannot say enough good things about Aaron and how he played such a huge role in making our day so special. From our first meeting he was thorough and professional, helping us through all of the details (including the ones I didn't even realize were details). I felt completely at ease letting Aaron make decisions on parts of the ceremony/reception that I didn't have time or energy to research. Summary: Absolutely fantastic. Organized, professional, great communication from Day 1. Stayed on top of everything at the wedding and kept the dance floor packed all night. We found Aaron at an Ann Arbor bridal show and immediately liked him. He clearly explained his packages, pricing, and approach. He was very easy to work with the entire time and had organized lists and papers for us to fill out that would cover everything he would need to know for the wedding day. Aaron needed zero direction at the wedding and stayed on top of everything. Our reception started to hit a snag when our venue’s standard 90 minutes for dinner wound up being way too long. Aaron noticed this at the same time we did and worked with the venue and other vendors to get dinner cleaned up early and move the whole reception timeline up by 30 minutes. He even helped clean up the buffet. He did an excellent job reading our group and had people out on the dance floor the entire night. We highly recommend!

Aaron did such a job as our DJ. From our first meeting with him, he was very professional and organized. He talked the reception out with us beforehand and made sure everything would flow how we wanted it to. He was great at offering suggestions on what would work best. At the reception, he did a nice job of keeping things moving along. The music he played during dinner was not too loud, and everyone appreciated being to talk to one another. He did a great job getting people on the dance floor, and it seemed like no one left from that point on! He also did some up-lighting on the trees outside our venue, and it gave the space a warm feel with the reception space having floor to ceiling windows throughout. Overall, we would recommend his services to anyone!

Aaron, the owner of throw your hands up entertainment is amazing to work with!!! He was the DJ for our recent wedding and did a wonderful job. We had multiple different people tell us how fun our DJ was after our reception was over. He kept the night flowing smoothly and was willing to do ANYTHING we wanted him to do..even if it was outside of what DJ's normally do. He also provided the music/sound system for our ceremony since it was outdoors and he came to our rehearsal to be sure everything would run smoothly (which im sure most DJ's would not have done). Overall, without him I am positive our wedding would not have been so perfect so I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is planning an upcoming wedding!!

Aaron is young and hip, he plays ALL types of music. He did an amazing job of taking control of the wedding reception and helping us to make sure that things flowed properly (because we certainly had no idea). His pricing is EXTREMELY resonable especially for all the help he provided up and the additional set-ups he provided for us. I cannot say a bad thing about him at all, he did a fabulous job!
