The food? Absolutely phenomenal. During our tasting, we were blown away, but somehow it was even better on our wedding day. Guests couldn’t stop raving about the herb-encrusted chicken—it was so good that we saw guests stacking it high on their plates (and honestly, we don’t blame them!). The compliments about the food kept coming all night long, and we know they’ll continue long after.
One of the things that truly sealed the deal for us, though, was Stephanie’s heart. She shared that any leftovers would be donated to a local women’s shelter, and that act of kindness spoke volumes about the kind of person she is. We felt proud to support someone who not only creates incredible food but also cares deeply for her community.
Stephanie was also a rockstar on the wedding day—gracefully managing her team and ensuring everything flowed perfectly. Her energy and calm presence behind the scenes gave us so much peace of mind.
And we can’t forget to shout out the bartenders from TFS! We completely dropped the ball on sending over our signature drink recipes the week of the wedding, but they didn’t miss a beat. They created the drinks beautifully and nailed it. Before walking down the aisle, I (the bride) was incredibly nervous and ended up near the bar as the processional began. One of the bartenders gave me a sweet compliment and offered me a drink—it was such a small gesture, but it meant the world in that moment and helped ease my nerves.
