Thyme offers a variety of event spaces to best suit you and your guests. Both indoor and outdoor spaces feature panoramic views of downtown Easton, College Hill, and the confluence of the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers. The Clock Room features a uniquely stunning clock window and can accommodate groups of up to 40 individuals. Outside on the partially covered terrace, parties of up to 100 guests can take in sweeping views from cozy booths. Bar top seating is ideal for intimate groups of up to 20. No matter where you choose to celebrate, you can treat your guests to a delicious brunch or dinner, paired with cocktails, dessert, and more.

With over 20 years in the food service industry, Allie has experienced every avenue of the business working in both the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia. She has worked as a district manager overseeing multiple locations, developing new food service programs for the education division, as a restaurant general manager, teaching food safety and everything in between! Allie truly enjoys providing a great customer experience, and combined with her exceptional attention to detail and creativity she will make any event a special one. As a part of the opening team for Thyme she is thrilled to be helping host beautiful rooftop events at the most exciting new restaurant in Easton!
