supposed to be 2 girls but only one showed up until a half-hour AFTER we were supposed to leave. The girl that came did a great job and as she kept saying it is a good thing she was quick and it was but the whole thing then felt extremely rushed. Her maid of honor had to do her own make-up and she was only able to do a quick job on my hair. We had to send the photographer to the venue and couldn't get any getting ready photos. The reasons for being late kept changing from traffic, to one girl out with COVID, to two girls out with COVID. Tiara showed up at 3:00, we were supposed to leave before then, and tried to take over like she had been there the whole time. Then we were trying to leave and she was too worried about getting paid. My daughter wanted to pay for it as a gift to me and her sister but I wouldn't let her since it was such a disappointment. As I stated in the beginning she looked beautiful but she didn't feel pampered at all and was late for her wedding and didn't get the pictures she had planned for.

ofessionalism. Tiara showed up late. This is inexcusable especially when the venue had us on such a tight timeline. I needed Tiara to start at least one face at our hotel room around 2:30pm or 3:00pm and then we needed to go to the Aquarium at 4:00pm and finish our makeup there so that we could start pictures. Tiara was forwarded the photographer's timeline, so she was aware of the strict timing. Tiara assured us that she would be early, even there at 2:00pm to get started. When my mother tried to find Tiara shortly after 3:00pm, Tiara did not answer the call from my number but answered when my mom called from her phone. Tiara said she was in traffic and claimed that I said she could come closer to 3:30pm. Not true. At 3:45pm we were gathering our stuff to move to the Aquarium and Tiara was nowhere in sight. I called her and she gave me the same excuse. I told her to meet us at the Aquarium. We started my makeup at the Aquarium and I was still in her chair when the photographer showed up to start photographing me getting into my gown. She tried to direct the photographers on what they should do instead of photograph me in the meantime. My mother was not able to help me into my gown because Tiara was doing my mother's makeup when I had to get dressed. Her being late not only cost me photos that we wanted, but precious moments we dreamed of. Tiara had so many "tips" since she has done wedding makeup before, yet she said that the time we were given was only a suggestion. I would not recommend her for any event for which you have a timeline.
