Tide the Knot Beach Weddings

From planning to the wedding day itself, Tide the Knot made everything go seamlessly. I did all the planning from Kentucky where we live and they made me feel so comfortable and confident through the planning process. Once we arrived, everything went better than I could have ever dreamed. Their staff was so attentive to every detail from the flowers, to the linens, to the cake, and everything in between. We even had a last minute change of using our own officiant and they were able to accommodate our request. If you are thinking about using Tide the Knot, DO IT! They will not disappoint you and will be sure to help you make the wedding of your dreams come true ❤️. Thank you Tide the Knot for being apart of the most magical day of our lives.

and perfect. Our entire experience with them from the start to finish was absolutely amazing! They made the planning process easy and fun. Every person I talked to at Tide the Knot was extremely professional and helpful. They made sure everything was exactly how I would want and gave me some great tips and ideas. They also include a day of coordinator, ours was Cori. She was so sweet and helpful. Cori made sure the day went smoothly and everything went off without a hitch. Not being directly from that area I had questions involving other vendors, like hair and makeup and photography. They gave me fantastic recommendations. They are very flexible with what you want and how you want the wedding day to be. The ceremony at the beach was beautiful and looked like something out of a movie. The officiant that was included in the package was absolutely astonishing and you couldn't have asked for a better officiant, the crowd loved him! The reception was outstanding. The decor they used and all the small personal touches they added were so perfect. The food and the cake were delicious! Everyone loved the entire set up. The DJ was also great, he was so fun and definitely knew how the get the party started. Every single thing Tide the Knot did for out wedding was above any thing I expected. When I walked into the reception I was blown away. The space was perfect for the reception and being across the street from the ceremony could not be more perfect. It was definitely a day we will neve forget! I would do it all over again. If you are looking at having a beach wedding I highly HIGHLY recommend using Tide the Knot! Thank you again to the entire Tide the Knot team for making sure we had the most beautiful and perfect wedding day!!

m and wait for a call) who was more than happy to go over prices with me. After speaking, we booked our wedding almost instantly! Everything was absolutely amazing! Everyone had amazing communication!! I’m such an indecisive person and not being completely present in the wedding planning was a bit hard. Everyone was super accommodating and willing to make any changes I needed within a timely manner. My wedding coordinator was Yenisis and she was PHENOMENAL!!😍 Thank you TTK for the amazing wedding experience! 🤍

We are not from Florida and I was nervous about having a destination wedding but everything was perfect. They turned our dream wedding into a reality and we couldn’t be happier. So thankful that I went with them for our wedding.

pful, and always on top of things. I’d recommend them to anyone!

out set up and take down. They bring your entire vision to life. They’re incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Dee was awesome at answering all my questions throughout the process. Tristen was our day of coordinator and she was amazing! Such an awesome girl who loves what she does. The entire team at Tide the Knot is wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Worth every penny.

nation wedding. From the beginning, our assigned planner made the process easy for us and Tide The Knot ensured everything was seamless the day of our wedding. We chose a designer bouquet and matching boutonnière from their added on floral package and I LOVED the flowers. The violinist for the ceremony was perfect and I have no regrets or complaints about our experience.

Coast of Florida. I reached out to Tide the Knot through their website with a few random dates, someone responded by the following day to arrange a call for the upcoming week and by the end of that scheduled call, I had a location, date and time planned for my wedding! Lisa, Laura, Dan and every single Tide the Knot employee that we have encountered throughout the process has been nothing, but incredible and gracious. I was starting the wedding planning process already stressed out since I was a nurse working in the middle of a pandemic and now trying to plan a wedding, but let me tell you, it was the easiest part of my life over the last year. Lisa and Laura were there every step of the way, answered any question I had and guided me with their expertise. I had zero fears with Tide the Knot handling our ceremony. I had so many guests compliment us on the ceremony and many guests even thought we knew the officiant for years because his words were so perfect. I could go on and on about how wonderful Tide the Knot was and would without a doubt, highly recommend them!!

edding planning process so easy. We chose their West Side Affair package, as we wanted the ceremony and reception to be planned together and in the same location. Tide the Knot did an amazing job with every single detail of our wedding, and the catered food and cake were amazing! We loved our photographer and planner, and every member of the Tide the Knot team was so friendly and accommodating. The only thing we would have done differently would have been to request a longer reception, we had such an amazing time!! Our wedding was even better than we could have dreamed it to be. Thank you to the Tide the Knot team!

nd the onsite team were so efficient and truly made our day so special. I highly recommend their Seaside Moongate package. It was beautiful.

remony I worked with Dan and I couldn't have asked for a better person to be there. I would recommend this company any day of the week. The communication was awesome and they go above and beyond to make you feel like you are important to them.

mall detail! My ceremony was breath taking! My flowers they chose for me were gorgeous! The photographer they assigned was phenomenal! The officiant they used was soooo nice and calm and made our ceremony so special! Everything was just simply as 10/10! I would highly recommend if you are a low key bride looking for a break taking wedding without all the hassle of doing it yourself because they do all the work for you! Can’t say enough good things!!

y were super easy to talk to and answered all my questions! I highly recommend Tide the Knot if you ever plan a beach wedding!

ailed them on Sunday, got an immediate response and call from Lisa. That afternoon we booked them! The accommodated a Sunday wedding for us in just a months time. They were very responsive to any question or need we had, they were extremely organized and efficient in a time line for the wedding. Everything from start to finish was such an easy process and just what a bride needs. The ceremony was beautiful! Our day of coordinator Dan is the best. Our photographer Stephanie was so sweet and Jason did a great job officiating ! I can not say enough good things about everyone. If your dream is to have a beach ceremony, do it! Book them today

e everything we wanted, we even made a few changes shortly before the wedding and they were so great about it. I am so happy we went with this company. They truly care about you and your family and giving you the best day of your life. The whole team was so amazing. Special shout out to Cristi (our coordinator) and Jess (photographer) because they were PHENOMENAL! ☺️ Our photos were perfect. We barely had to do anything because they took care of so much: decorations, flowers, music, arbor, officiant, photography. I could go on and on! We couldn’t have picked a better company, I’m so so happy we had them! 🤍 They made our DREAM wedding come TRUE 🥰

owners, but this never cause confusion or issues, if anything it was a pleasure! Our experience throughout the whole process was everything we could have hoped for. I am a very low maintenance, easy going person who enjoys making as little decisions as possible, so Tide the Knot’s wedding packages were perfect for me. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an all inclusive beach wedding option.

working with Dee, I am at ease and confident it will be all I imagined and more. Thanks again and cannot wait to see everything in action come March 14th.

was so smooth! Everything was 12/10 perfect thanks to her. She is a gem. If you are thinking about this company, you have to work with Cristi! She is THE BEST!

nce was seamless. Everyone we worked with was so friendly, so professional, so knowledgeable...we never once felt like we had to worry about a single detail. Our destination wedding was everything we dreamed it would be. We highly recommend Tide the Knot!!

l options for a wedding on the beach, and landed on TTK. From the first time I spoke with them on the phone, they were nothing but professional and informative, but never pushy at all. We planned our wedding via phone and email, and it was the easiest experience. We worked with Dee, our wedding coordinator, who answered all of the millions of questions that I had. She always responded very quickly and was very specific and thorough. As our wedding got closer, we had to submit a checklist of all of the details that we wanted for our day. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted, and they delivered! I had a phone call with the owner, Lisa, about two weeks before the wedding and she confirmed every detail with me, as well as ran through the schedule of what the day would look like. This put me at ease and she assured me that everything would be easy and smooth. When we arrived in St. Pete, we went to the TTK office to meet with everyone before the wedding. Lisa talked to us and told us the best places to visit in St. Petersburg. She was so easy to talk to and very friendly. Our photographer, Jess, was also there and just as wonderful. The day of our wedding went even more perfectly than I could have ever imagined. Jess arrived at my hotel for our getting ready photos. She was on time and prepared. She made us feel so comfortable taking pictures and always made sure that we got all of the shots that we wanted. She even organized a "first look" session with my dad at the last minute. When I arrived at the ceremony location on Pass-a-Grille Beach (highly recommend!), Lisa met me at our car and explained how the ceremony would go. Everyone came over to meet me and shake my hand including our videographers and our officiant. They were all so relaxed and it really put my nerves at ease. Their attention to detail was incredible. Lisa even offered to have us switch sides at the arbor so that the wind would blow my hair away from my face. The day before the wedding, I had texted TTK and told them that I had a charm that I wanted to add to my bouquet. Lisa met me at the car with twine to attach the charm without me even mentioning it. Those small details made all the difference! The ceremony was absolutely gorgeous. The set up was everything that we requested to a T. Our officiant, Duncan, was absolutely wonderful and all of the guests raved about what a nice job he did. After the ceremony, we took pictures with our guests and had a champagne toast. They also turned all of our guest chairs to face the aisle so that we could have a first dance and a dance with my dad. This was all last minute and they made it happen! All of our photos turned out amazing! Jess sent us a sneak peak within days, which included 56 photos. We received the rest of the pictures and our videos in less than a month. I highly recommend adding extra photography and the videographers. They captured every detail of our day in such a beautiful way. I feel like there is so much to say about TTK and I can never truly capture how grateful we are for them. Everyone was so genuine, laid back, organized, friendly, and happy. It is easy to see that they love what they do, and it shows in how beautiful our ceremony was! Book TTK - you won't regret it. THANK YOU, TTK!

ng planners and this team saved our wedding! The best price for the value.....I recommend them to everyone!

nt of words can explain how amazing the day was and how incredible Tide the Knot were throughout, but I’be tried to sum up below! After settling on Florida as our wedding location (with a Disney honeymoon thrown in) I found Tide the Knot online and i’m so glad I did. The thought of organising a wedding in a country that is over 4,000 miles away is a bit daunting, but they made it so so easy. We booked over a year & a half in advance, which left us plenty of time to decide on the finer details we wanted. Throughout the 20 months prior to our wedding they were always very responsive to the questions I had, which helped put my mind at ease. A couple of weeks before the wedding Tide the Knot arranged a call with us to go through all the details that we had chosen when we submitted our checklist and answered any questions we had. Unfortunately we found out the day before our wedding that 3 of our guests (comprising of MotG, FotG and BM) were going to be unable to attend due to a flight cancellation! Cristi was amazingly helpful, reassuring me that the set up would still look amazing even though we were now down to only 2 guests. They also did a fantastic job of making my HTB feel comfortable and relaxed while he waited for me to arrive. Our photographer, Mir, was fab! So energetic that it made it easy to relax around her, especially as neither of us are very good at posing. Our Sneak Peak photos were ready within 2 days!! Now we can’t wait to the rest within 4 weeks They made organising a wedding a breeze. I can’t thank Cristi and everyone at Tide the Knot enough for making our wedding day the best!

ey take care of everything and I mean everything! Things unexpectedly happen?! They are so calm, compassionate, effortless, and so professional! I don't think they even broke a sweat, lol.You are absolutely treated like royalty and they go above and beyond for you. You will not find anyone better. All I received were absolute raves over and over on how great they were and how gorgeous it was! They are very budget friendly, if you are worried about that. The magic they create, makes it seem like you spent 3xs as much as you really did!

coordinator were absolutely incredible! The photographer was spunky and fun and took the most incredible photos that we will definitely cherish forever!

easure to work with from the initial contact all the way til the final picture was snapped. They made sure all of our requests were honored exactly as we had envisioned. I can’t wait until we can see the photos Miriam took and our wedding videos which I’m sure will be gorgeous. If you are looking to have a beach wedding look no further than here, you will not be disappointed!! Thanks again!!! - Vicki & Mary Scott

! It was a bit unnerving to plan a Florida wedding from Pennsylvania. Me being who I am, we scheduled a trip to Florida to meet with the team in person, but was really not needed. Tide the Knot promptly responded to questions and was easy to communicate with via email. On the day of, the team texted when the site was ready and let us know to leave extra time get to the location due to heavy traffic. Upon arriving at the site (separately) Lisa was there to great each of us and gave us a final rundown. The site was set up exactly as we expected. Our photographer Emily did a great job capturing the day. Tide the Knot went beyond our hopes and expectations providing us the the perfect day and lasting memories!

day, we were beyond impressed with their professionalism and ability to calm our nerves! They were what I like to call, “professionally laidback.” Not stressful at all! We had a smaller group of guests, a 16 month old flower girl, and the windiest weather ever....Sue and her team made sure that everything went smoothly. Oh and did I mention we did our planning from Canada?!? These guys are literally the best, you will not be disappointed. A huge thank you to Sue, Beau, Jess, and Joe.

we would figure it out afterwards and we did! It was completely awesome to be able to make a few key decisions but have someone else handle the thousands of other things involved in planning a wedding. Especially from 1000+ miles away. Our officiant Sarah was wonderful & Jamie our photographer was funny and quick-witted and made us feel okay about being awkward, ha! Tide the Knot was definitely the right call for this bride and they are worth every penny!

ew how to make my vision come to life and always stayed on top of what needed to be done. Communication was never lacking; I never felt like I was in the dark, even thousands of miles away. They were always very responsive, courteous, and helpful. The only minor difficulty I ran into was that I booked their videographer, but the videographer was unavailable for my ceremony. They were very gracious about it and moved my deposit for it to other money I owed and helped me find a new one. This company truly cares and will go out of their way to make your day special. Thank you for everything, especially working through the rain with us!

ything so easy. The set up was beautiful. We are a very laid back couple and the whole team felt like they were family friends. Dan made sure that everything moved smoothly. Dan is the man! Jason was our officiant and he did such a wonderful job. He spoke beautiful words and really made the day feel so special. All of our guests were so impressed with how everything looked and how professional the team was. Jaimi was our photographer and she was absolutely amazing! She was fun and laid back, took any shots we wanted and came up with her own shots too. The pictures are beautiful and I can't wait until we get to see them all! She really worked well with our families, joked around with everyone, and felt like a close friend after just meeting her!

the Knot was able to do the wedding there. They handled everything we needed to make our wedding happen, while helping us to feel comfortable along the way. From the easy date selection online, payment process, and the extremely quick responses to emails, they were great. They always responded within 24 hours, sometimes withing a matter of minutes. Although Dan was the one with us on wedding day, it seemed like the entire team was in tune to what we wanted to do on wedding day. They had us fill out a checklist that was really in depth, and led to a wedding day that was better than anything we could have dreamed of. About a month out from the wedding, we had a call with one of their team members to confirm details and answer any lingering questions. From that point in, they were still extremely accommodating. My wife's niece was able to sing with music behind her singing and it was absolutely beautiful. The setting and the venue were gorgeous. The photographer did an amazing job and worked really hard to get all of the shots we wanted, and to get the little details included in the shots, things that we didn't even notice on wedding day. The ceremony itself, and the minister were also amazing. Tide also made it really easy on us by allowing us to drop off the marriage license on our way down (one less thing to keep up with wedding day) and their office was a half a mile from the court house where you get the license; perfect! I also forgot to grab my flash drive with the music from them, and before I could even ask for them to send it, they already had :) That's customer service! There's no way that our wedding day could have gone any better, and we owe it all to Tide the Knot. If you go with these guys, you will be more than satisifed!!

ful and we lucked out with great skies for the evening. Our bilingual officiant did such a good job and everyone went above and beyond expectations to make sure the event was beautiful, and it was. We did not have to worry about a thing before or during the event and all of our guests were so complimentary of the set up. I think everyone was as impressed as we were. It could not have been easier to work with this team and we did all of our planning from Texas. THANK YOU for making our once in a lifetime event so perfect!!

up on our big day. We had a vision of our wedding day and tide the knot brought a verbal description to a physical, flawless, immaculate appearance. The team was always readily available to answer any and all of our questions. Phenomenal doesn't even begin to explain the staff, the company or their passion for providing dream beach weddings. We will definitely use this company to renew our vows. They made our dream wedding a reality.

ide, multiply it by ten. Add job transfers, cross country moves, and a long distance fiance. Our life became crazy quickly. When my husband and I first planned to use Tide the Knot for a destination wedding in Siesta Key, we were located in Tampa. We were available to check out the venue, where we planned to stay, and just visit the area. We chose Tide the Knot to coordinate the details and use the pastor they referred. We did choose an outside photographer and hair and make-up artist. (All of whom Tide the Knot worked very well with the day of.) Six months out from the day, I became quite crazy with all our details. Lisa and Sue could not have been a better fit for us. There were available for all my calls, e-mails, and just panic-induced need for reviews. They were so attentive to my vision and ideas- they truly worked out every little detail I wanted to include. They even changed the florist because they know they could find something better. After months of planning, calls, changes, and adjustments the wedding week was upon us! And, it did what I should have expected- it rained. The ENTIRE week of our destination wedding. However, the day of the wedding Mother Nature was a tease. It would pour and then stop. Add a few minute of sun and then it'd sprinkle followed by rain, again. It came down to a last minute decision, due to hair and our grandparents, the wedding would be moved to indoors. Lisa and Sue made this as smooth and painless for an already anxious bride. They set up our beautiful flowers and arbor in Cafe Gabianno (our reception site). It was truly beautiful and worked out so so smooth! They did all the set set-up and tear down with out raising any concerns and made sure my original vision was evident, even indoors. They did such a fantastic job, especially given the circumstances. And, I have to say, it all turned out just lovely! In fact, it was so wonderful you'd have thought we planned it to happen that way! I think what's even more important, is that I felt this is how it was planned. There was no additional stress of concern with last minute changes and that is all due to the quality experience Sue and Lisa made sure we would have.

e pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it all went and how welcoming everyone was. After the first phone call, first contact, with Tide the Knot, I already began referring to the owners as "my friends Lisa and Sue." They helped with everything from giving ideas for a reception site to helping provide input for our arbor colors. We are not the most photogenic people and the photographer Ashlee was absolutely incredible and our pictures are beautiful! We have received so many compliments on our photos and on our wedding set up including florals. It is truly an all-inclusive package deal. The photography alone is worth so much!
