Tide the Knot Beach Weddings

ebsite with a few random dates, someone responded by the following day to arrange a call for the upcoming week and by the end of that scheduled call, I had a location, date and time planned for my wedding! Lisa, Laura, Dan and every single Tide the Knot employee that we have encountered throughout the process has been nothing, but incredible and gracious. I was starting the wedding planning process already stressed out since I was a nurse working in the middle of a pandemic and now trying to plan a wedding, but let me tell you, it was the easiest part of my life over the last year. Lisa and Laura were there every step of the way, answered any question I had and guided me with their expertise. I had zero fears with Tide the Knot handling our ceremony. I had so many guests compliment us on the ceremony and many guests even thought we knew the officiant for years because his words were so perfect. I could go on and on about how wonderful Tide the Knot was and would without a doubt, highly recommend them!!

We loved our photographer and planner, and every member of the Tide the Knot team was so friendly and accommodating. They were very responsive to any question or need we had, they were extremely organized and efficient in a time line for the wedding. he first time I spoke with them on the phone, they were nothing but professional and informative, but never pushy at all. We planned our wedding via phone and email, and it was the easiest experience. We worked with Dee, our wedding coordinator, who answered all of the millions of questions that I had. She always responded very quickly and was very specific and thorough. As our wedding got closer, we had to submit a checklist of all of the details that we wanted for our day. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted, and they delivered! I had a phone call with the owner, Lisa, about two weeks before the wedding and she confirmed every detail with me, as well as ran through the schedule of what the day would look like. This put me at ease and she assured me that everything would be easy and smooth. When we arrived in St. Pete, we went to the TTK office to meet with everyone before the wedding. Lisa talked to us and told us the best places to visit in St. Petersburg. She was so easy to talk to and very friendly. Our photographer, Jess, was also there and just as wonderful. The day of our wedding went even more perfectly than I could have ever imagined. Jess arrived at my hotel for our getting ready photos. She was on time and prepared. She made us feel so comfortable taking pictures and always made sure that we got all of the shots that we wanted. She even organized a "first look" session with my dad at the last minute. When I arrived at the ceremony location on Pass-a-Grille Beach (highly recommend!), Lisa met me at our car and explained how the ceremony would go. Everyone came over to meet me and shake my hand including our videographers and our officiant. They were all so relaxed and it really put my nerves at ease. Their attention to detail was incredible. Lisa even offered to have us switch sides at the arbor so that the wind would blow my hair away from my face. The day before the wedding, I had texted TTK and told them that I had a charm that I wanted to add to my bouquet. Lisa met me at the car with twine to attach the charm without me even mentioning it. Those small details made all the difference! The ceremony was absolutely gorgeous. The set up was everything that we requested to a T. Our officiant, Duncan, was absolutely wonderful and all of the guests raved about what a nice job he did. After the ceremony, we took pictures with our guests and had a champagne toast. They also turned all of our guest chairs to face the aisle so that we could have a first dance and a dance with my dad. This was all last minute and they made it happen! All of our photos turned out amazing! Jess sent us a sneak peak within days, which included 56 photos. We received the rest of the pictures and our videos in less than a month. I highly recommend adding extra photography and the videographers. They captured every detail of our day in such a beautiful way. I feel like there is so much to say about TTK and I can never truly capture how grateful we are for them. Everyone was so genuine, laid back, organized, friendly, and happy. It is easy to see that they love what they do, and it shows in how beautiful our ceremony was! Book TTK - you won't regret it. THANK YOU, TTK!

le Tide the Knot were throughout, but I’be tried to sum up below! After settling on Florida as our wedding location (with a Disney honeymoon thrown in) I found Tide the Knot online and i’m so glad I did. The thought of organising a wedding in a country that is over 4,000 miles away is a bit daunting, but they made it so so easy. We booked over a year & a half in advance, which left us plenty of time to decide on the finer details we wanted. Throughout the 20 months prior to our wedding they were always very responsive to the questions I had, which helped put my mind at ease. A couple of weeks before the wedding Tide the Knot arranged a call with us to go through all the details that we had chosen when we submitted our checklist and answered any questions we had. Unfortunately we found out the day before our wedding that 3 of our guests (comprising of MotG, FotG and BM) were going to be unable to attend due to a flight cancellation! Cristi was amazingly helpful, reassuring me that the set up would still look amazing even though we were now down to only 2 guests. They also did a fantastic job of making my HTB feel comfortable and relaxed while he waited for me to arrive. Our photographer, Mir, was fab! So energetic that it made it easy to relax around her, especially as neither of us are very good at posing. Our Sneak Peak photos were ready within 2 days!! Now we can’t wait to the rest within 4 weeks They made organising a wedding a breeze. I can’t thank Cristi and everyone at Tide the Knot enough for making our wedding day the best!

All I received were absolute raves over and over on how great they were and how gorgeous it was! They are very budget friendly, if you are worried about that. The magic they create, makes it seem like you spent 3xs as much as you really did!

vania. Me being who I am, we scheduled a trip to Florida to meet with the team in person, but was really not needed. Tide the Knot promptly responded to questions and was easy to communicate with via email. On the day of, the team texted when the site was ready and let us know to leave extra time get to the location due to heavy traffic. Upon arriving at the site (separately) Lisa was there to great each of us and gave us a final rundown. The site was set up exactly as we expected. Our photographer Emily did a great job capturing the day. Tide the Knot went beyond our hopes and expectations providing us the the perfect day and lasting memories!

We had a smaller group of guests, a 16 month old flower girl, and the windiest weather ever....Sue and her team made sure that everything went smoothly.
