Wonderful service! I had my gown steam-steamed for the big day, and it was handled with such care and looked perfect. We also had the groom's and father of the bride's tuxedos pressed, and they looked awesome! Best in SW FLA. :) Thank you, Hillary!

My experience at Tie the Knot was exceptional. I had never been to a bridal shop that was so personal and one on one. Their “method” of getting you matched with the perfect dress is amazing!! I went into the shop totally frustrated and thinking I had NO IDEA what kind of dress I wanted and walked out in shock feeling nothing short of STUNNING!! Jakulyne and Hillary were an absolute god send and I feel so lucky that I was able to obtain my dress there. For any future brides that are looking for a personal, one on one, flawless, and exceptional experience when dress shopping, Tie the Knot is the ONLY way to go!!

I would really love to give Tie the Knot a better review but unfortunately I cannot. I went in 14 months (July) before my wedding just to look and I ended up finding my dress with Jackie helping me. I couldn't believe it had happened but it was absolutely perfect! We even paid for it in full instead of just the deposit. They took my measurements and placed the order and said it would be done in 5-6 months. After 6 months (February) of not hearing from them I called and they said the dress is done but they didn't usually handle October brides until July. I expressed my concern and they said they would get in and send it to me. Well, I never received my dress. I waited until July and called them and the owner seemed extremely positive and said I will have the dress in 2 weeks. 3 weeks passed and still no dress and they wouldn't contact me back. Finally my dad called because he bought the dress for me and I thought maybe they would listen to him. But instead of calling him back, someone texted me...didn't even CALL me! They told me that the dress got shipped to them from NY, but they didn't have a method of payment for the designer so the dress had to get shipped back to NY and they didn't have it. They said they would have the dress to me in a week...which of course didn't happen, it was two weeks. I finally got my dress in August, 1 year after I had ordered it and 6 weeks before the wedding. It was absolutely tiny, I didn't gain weight so it had to have been measured wrong. I also believe that something else went wrong with the designer because there were little mistakes in the way the dress was made. They said they were going to send me examples of good seamstresses and they didn't do that until a few weeks later when I had already found one myself. Because of all of this mess, they told me they want to clean and preserve my dress complementary. I don't think I want to send my dress back to them though. Again, the initial time I met with them was amazing...unfortunately everything after that was not.

We had a horrendous experience during our appointment this morning. I arrived with my mother and cousin to try on dresses and we were very excited as the reviews we read were wonderful. The stylist instantly showed very minimal interest in trying to find something the bride loved. She was clearly aggravated after a few dresses were tried on and it showed to all of us. My cousin stepped out of the salon as I was trying a dress on and I wanted to wait to show her because although I didn't love the fabric I absolutely loved the style. The stylist replied sharply "is there even a point in showing her if you don't love it?" Wow. My cousin then pointed out a dress she thought I would like and the stylist claimed I had already tried it on but with different sleeves. I saw it on my way out and it was something I would have been very interested in (and had not tried on) but at that point I felt very defeated and just wanted to leave. It was very clear that was exactly what the stylist wanted as well. She also made a rude comment about my figure when I voiced a concern about how a dress fit. She also did not ask if I wanted to try anything on again or if I wanted to look around the store to see if anything caught my eye. All do this within thirty minutes. I've never been treated so poorly, especially during such an exciting time in life. I would hope this review steers any and all brides away. It was truly an upsetting, horrible experience.

If I could give a 0 star I would. My mom and I made an apt. For me to go wedding dress shopping. I was so excited because we were in Naples and tie the knot had raving reviews. We walked in and I honestly wouldn't have let me dog in the place. It was disgusting and the dresses were ripped and discolored. The owner said it was because they are used for "photo shoots" and kept asking me if I could feel myself getting married in the dresses I was trying on. No, no I couldn't because of how dirty and destroyed they were. Not only was I disappointed in the set up and place but the owner said she would send me some photos of other dresses. I never heard from her. Not a phone call or email. That was 7 months ago. I went elsewhere and I would not waste my time here

Working with Hilary and her staff at Tie the Knot was truly a pleasure. Despite an already busy schedule, they made time for my appointment and really made an effort to make me feel special. They absolutely lived up to their reputation as 'dress whisperers' and after asking helpful questions about my personal style and wedding plans, pulled some gorgeous gowns. I had visited several other bridal boutiques prior to my appointment at Tie the Knot, but this was the most enjoyable (and succesful!) experience of them all. This is a special place full of people who care about making each bride happy.

I had such a great experience at Tie the Knot for my Naples wedding this past May. I had not shopped for dresses before going to Knot except for a brief stint at J Crew (the customer service at which left A LOT to be desired). However, Hillary is the real deal. She spent the first thirty minutes interviewing me, my mom, and my sister about my style, my wedding, my fiance, etc. This was so helpful because she identified exactly what I was looking for. The dress I ended up picking was one of the first 5 that I tried on, which is a testament to how valuable this initial interview is. The other thing I liked was that I had a very modest budget in the scheme of wedding dresses, and Hillary was so great at only showing my dresses that were within my budget. I was so surprised that the dresses in my budget were so beautiful and flattering, too. There really is a psychology and a process to selecting a wedding dress, and Hillary is very experienced in this. She explains to you how to keep whittling down your options so you do not feel overwhelmed. In the end, I had one of those "Say Yes to the Dress" experiences where you get emotional when you pick the dress. I know I could have found a dress at another boutique closer to where I lived in Chicago. However, it was the EXPERIENCE at Knot that made me so happy I looked near my wedding venue in Naples before going anywhere else.

This was the last shop on my list... struck out at all the other boutiques and big name dress shops... I wish I had gone here first! We stopped in as they were closing with no appointment and they really took their time with me. We fist sat down and talked about my style in fashion and then my budget. Then they gave me a slip and I sat on this plush couch and they brought dresses into the room for me to try on. Everything they showed me was in my price range and was based on the style I was going for and what they thought would look good on me. They helped me in and out of all the dresses and finally I narrowed it down to one. We paired it with a stunning cathedral veil and I was sold! I moved to Colorado in the meantime and they helped my mother (still in Naples) ship it to Colorado for me. It was the wonderful experience I was hoping dress shopping would be.

Tie the Knot has phenomenal, personalized customer service. I had no idea that finding my wedding dress would be this fun and easy! From the moment I walked through their doors, I received one on one attention starting with a thorough consultation to assess my style and personality. I met with Hillary who was friendly, energetic and professional. After my consultation with her, she was able to bring out dresses that suited both my personal style and my body type (and on top of that I had the boutique all to myself!). I could not have found my dress without her expertise! Four hours later (yes - I'm picky and Hillary is super patient!) I found the dress of my dreams! Being a busy professional I was ecstatic to have found it so quickly and relatively easily after having heard of the blood, sweat and tears that go into wedding dress hunting! I highly reccommend Tie the Knot to all you brides out there!

Hillary was fabulous! Her approach to just question my style, my personality, and my love story was unnerving at first ... but then when she started pulling the exact dresses I was interested in, I knew this was the place to shop. After having shopped in NC, IL, IN, and around FL, I was so pleased to have such a fun and carefree dress appointment. Her approach made this such a memorable dress buying experience for my mom and I, and we will cherish it forever. She was amazing at staying in touch with me back in NC about the status of my dress, and she was very helpful in accommodating a back-to-back dress fitting when I came back for my bachelorette party so that I woudn't have to make another trip down to FL. Cheri was an amazing steamstress. Despite their upscale location and designers, I found both the price of my dress and the price of my alterations to be VERY reasonable compared to other locations where I had previously shopped. I am also very thankful that they gave me a 10% military discount on my veils. Again, Hillary and everyone from Tie the Knot was amazing to work with, and I am so thankful of the fabulous experience they made possible for my mom and I to cherish forever! Thank you!

All the ladies at Tie the Knot are wonderful, especially Jackye! I was so nervous to go gown shopping and went by myself to Tie the Knot and had an appointment with Jackye. She calmed me down within minutes of meeting her! She is so fashionable and knowledgeable. I kept going back and forth between 2 dresses and she asked me 1 question that helped me decide "Are you more Ann Taylor or Anthropologie?" and that was that. After I decided which dress, she helped me with how my hair should be, jewelry, shoes, etc. I left there feeling so relieved and happy that I had gotten such a great person to help me choose my wedding attire! I highly recommend Tie the Knot and especially Jackye! Thank you for making it such an easy and wonderful experience!

Tie the Knot has such a great atmosphere and you are certain to get undivided attention from the staff while you are there! These gals are passionate about what they do and it shows in their service, professionalism, and talent. For the busy gal who needs to walk into a store and find a dress, Tie the Knot is you're one and only stop! Beautiful class surrounds you, and refreshing personal service abounds in this boutique shop! Thank you ladies, my wedding dress experience exceeded my every expectation. It was my favorite part of the wedding planning by far!

The staff at Tie the Knot was so helpful and assisted me in picking the PERFECT dress. My gown was breathtaking. Their collection is second to none. With Tie the Knot you get personalized service, they truly make you feel like the princess you should be on your wedding day. I would highly recommend looking at their collection before you decide on your dress.

Hillary, and Maria are wonderful! I (as I am sure many brides) am extremly picky and they were able to help me find my perfect dress. They really work with you one on one and give you their undivided attention! I did alter the dress to match my image. but in the end I LOVED my dress and the servive that the boutique provides FAR surpasses any other bridal boutique! I would recommend them to ANY bride for services!

If you are looking for first class service look no further!! Call and make an appointment here with Jakye!! Being from Scotland and having supported other friends in their selection process of their "special" dress I never thought that the service they were given was very "special" so while visiting my parents home in Florida my mum and I along with a dear friend decided to have a look at what the area had to offer in bridal gown shopping. We tried a couple boutiques before our appointment at Tie the Knot which were all nice enough and helpful it was far from the experience we were given by Tie the Knot's Jakye. As soon as we walked in and greeted it already felt right. Jakye sat us down and asked me what my dream dress was she listened and took notes then ushered through to the large comfortable fitting room. My goodness did Jakye listen...this girl knows her stuff!! The final dress I tried on I stepped into looking behind me making sure not to fall or put heel through dress, I hadn't even seen myself front on and said out loud "this is the one" once on I fell head over heels in love with it. It was purchased then and their. I came over for fittings which was always a joy to be back in the boutique. All the staff were so very nice and def made you feel extremely special, like you were the only bride out there. I think this is how you should be made to feel as this is an extremely special time in your life. Jakye is extremely talented and a wonderful girl to have worked with. She went over and above and i could never thank her enough!! Did I mention we also bought all 6 of my bridesmaid dresses from her too...we didn't want to take our business else where we thought she deserved it all!! To conclude if you are in the area or even if your not it's worth travelling to, to experience the special treatment you will receive being a beautiful bride that you are!! I live in Chicago and my mom lives in Florida. I wanted to go dress shopping with my mom so I flew down for a visit. The selection of wedding dress shops was limited but Tie the Knot seemed like a cute store so I made an appt. Our first visit was great, everyone was so friendly and I found the dress of my dreams! Things went down hill when I had my first dress fitting. The dress was measured wrong and I couldn't pull it up over my hips nor could I dive into it. Jackie,someone who works there told my that I gained two inches around my hips and made it seem as though it were my fault the dress didn't fit. I had been working out like crazy and I knew I lost about 5 pounds. I was pissed. I had to fly down again before the wedding because they had to make such drastic alterations of which I had to pay for even though it was there fault. The store opens at 10 and they are not flexible coming in a little early. I had a total of four fittings; guess it was a good thing I flew down two weeks before the wedding. After the first fitting Jackie never spoke to us again and was very rude. I would not waste my time going there.

Words can not express how thankful I am for the beautiful pieces and customer service I received while working with all the lovely ladies at Tie The Knot! Each of them are so talented and very creative in their own way. Hilary was such a joy to work with as she always has an up-beat and positive personality. Maria has a great eye for style and helped me pick out all of my beautiful bridal attire. Jackye- she is a really special woman. She went above and beyond to make my big day so very special and has incredible style about her. Sherri did my alterations and what a beautiful job she did! Everyone at Tie The Knot was so accommodating and worked very hard to make me feel like a princess for my wedding. They were more than just professional- they were personal and made my experience there unforgettable. Overall, I give Tie The Knot- and all of the wonderful individuals there- my highest recommendation!

I wasnt planning to buy a dress in the Naples area and only visited Hillary and her team to "see what I liked". Turned out they were able to pull several dresses that were perfect for my body shape and I feel in love instantly with one of the first dresses I tried on. No reason to look elseware at that point. Thank you Hillary for the most amazing service expereicne of my life.

I cannot thank the girls at Tie the Knot enough.... I had such a wonderful experience. I have to thank Hilary for not only finding me the perfect dress, but the perfect dress that fit my style. Maria also had an amazing talent for accessorizing a dress. On my wedding day I felt beautiful and confident. I had so many complements on how my dress should have been on a runway and how people had never seen such a beautiful dress. They also had amazing service for my sister's Bridesmaids dress...
