If there is a reason our wedding was perfect, the reason is Taryn!! From the beginning she was organized, kind, and had the best "yes" spirit about all the ideas and details I wanted to include. She was instrumental in helping me configure my timeline, coordinate with my vendors, and think of all the questions I would have had no clue to ask without her. She was on top of every detail, and checked in with us at all the perfect times. By the time the big day came around, she was like a friend that helped create so much calm and ease all around us. She was both seamless and omni-present in a magical way. I swear she was even reading my mind by the end of it. My husband says that while other vendors might have had small or minimal mishaps, Taryn was perfect. She was the person that made it all better before we could even blink. She communicated with a smile and accommodated any guest and vendor who needed direction. She is simply amazing and I couldn't have been happier for her support and guidance through my big day. She went above and beyond on so many levels- she dropped off an easel for me to borrow for rehearsal and even helped coordinate leftovers back to our house the day after we forgot them . You know you're coordinator is amazing when she is still texting you and doing favors the day after our event! Holy wow above and beyond. Can I give her 11/5 stars?!

Taryn worked MIRACLES on our wedding day! We had a lot of moving parts with a ski lift venue, DIY decorations, and a rainy forecast. Despite these challenges, Taryn executed everything perfectly. When the rain cleared up, she worked tirelessly with our venue to set up the ceremony site in under 5 minutes. Taryn's decorating taste and style also exceeded all of my expectations - I didn't know our DIY decorations could be so beautifully arranged. Furthermore, Taryn kept our wedding moving smoothly - many guests commented that the wedding felt seamless. We were able to fit everything we wanted to do on a timeline that never felt rushed. Lastly, her attention to detail and care for her clients are unmatched. She helped me bustle my dress (even when I never asked), had water vases placed in front of all of my bridesmaids for bouquets, and made sure we didn't miss a single person in our extended family portraits and photos. On top of all of this, her communication is fast and responsive. I've never had difficulty getting in contact with Taryn in over 1 year of working together. I would highly recommend Taryn as a MUST-HIRE for your wedding day.

Wow working with Taryn truly allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day and not have to worry even once about any of the logistics. She was great to communicate with, extremely detail-oriented and had so many great suggestions. She was punctual, professional and you could tell very experienced. I would recommend her to anyone in a heart-beat.

Taryn was so unbelievably supportive and efficient throughout the busy and emotional process of planning and coordinating our wedding. I cannot express enough gratitude for all she carried, aligned and planned for us. The weight this took off my shoulders so I could be present and truly enjoy my experience is truly priceless. I cannot thank Taryn and Tied and True Events enough for how much she attributed to making our wedding day even more magical! Her communication, professionalism, confidence, and overall lovely personality made it the day of our dreams. Taryn was hands down the BEST DECISION we made for our wedding! She went above and beyond all our expectations and made everything flow seamlessly with such ease on the wedding day! She even showed up early and checked in with us while we were getting ready at the hotel and helped us navigate a last minute clothing issue. Our communication and pre-wedding calls were so helpful and she gave us great advice and input. She was worth every penny and we are so thankful she was there to take the stress off of us so we could be fully present and enjoy our wedding day with friends and family! :) We can’t thank her enough and highly recommend her to anyone who is considering a planner- we don’t know what we would have done without her!

Taryn provided our day-of coordination, but ultimately what we got was so much more! Taryn is the calm you NEED on your wedding day. During the month leading up to our wedding, Taryn helped organize my entire wedding day vision, seamlessly communicated with my vendors, and answered all of my (and my family's) questions and concerns. She organized our large wedding party during rehearsal to ensure the ceremony went flawlessly. She completely took charge to make sure the focus was on me and my husband. On our wedding day, she decorated our venue with all of my DIY decorations, set beautiful tables, and coordinated everything down to the last detail. She was constantly checking in with my husband and me to make sure everything was going exactly as we wanted. She kept reminding us that it was our day and we got to dictate how it went. She ensured we got some time to ourselves to soak in the day-- which was one of the most special aspects of our wedding. Days later, I found out a lot had been going wrong behind the scenes. We had no idea! Taryn was the calm we needed during our day and made sure that none of the chaos affected us in any way. It legitimately made for the perfect day, and we could not have done it without her! I cannot recommend her services enough-- she is the perfect fit for your wedding needs! We love Taryn and Tied & True Events!

Excellent wedding planning, day of coordination, and floral services! Tied and True came through for my big day when I was in a pinch, loosing my original wedding planner during the 2020 shut down. Immediately, Taryn felt like a friend and was an exceptional companion through the wedding process. She was integral on the day of the wedding, making sure it all went according to plan and she was more than successful! I’m not exaggerating a bit when I say that our wedding day went perfectly and Taryn made it possible. Taryn is willing to travel and also provides floral expertise making Tied and True Events the most well rounded event services around. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tied and True, 5 out of 5, would always recommend, and if I have another life event to mark with a party Taryn will be my first call!

We could not have done this without Taryn! Originally we hired her as a Day of Coordinator but 2 months before the wedding our venue drastically cut how many guests they would allow so we needed a new venue and a more involved coordinator. Taryn was on it! She jumped right in calling venues for availability, scheduling walk-throughs, negotiating pricing, everything I had no time to do. She found us caterers and a great DJ. And when we thought we may need to replace our photographer a week before the wedding she was on that too! On the day of the wedding she was such a fun and calming presence at a time that can so easily be stressful and overwhelming. Because of her the biggest concern my husband and I had the entire day was finding time for beer and appetizers during pictures (which Taryn also took care of!). No matter the size of your wedding or whether you think you need or want a coordinator, you will 100% benefit from having Taryn there for you! Thank you again for everything you did to help us have the most amazing day!! You are AWESOME!!

Taryn is AMAZING!! We used her as our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was a great source for advice and recommendations. Taryn did a fantastic job coordinating and communicating with all of our vendors leading up to our wedding. Not only was she a huge help prior to the wedding, but she was a savior the day of. Our family and friends were so impressed with her! We did not have to worry about anything logistic the day of and could really focus on enjoying our day. AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, PROFESSIONAL and so much MORE!!! Taryn is that missing piece in a wedding that everyone needs to have!! She's also that friend you didn't know you needed to have on your big day either! We laughed and enjoyed the entire experience. Taryn just fit right in and did all the behind the scenes décor and preparations without breaking a sweat! She made sure we (bride and groom) were taken care of every step of the way!! To say she is one of the best is an understatement, I can't put into words how chaotic and crazy that day would have been without her. She kept everything and everyone moving flawlessly, I enjoyed every single second of my wedding because Taryn was our planner!

Like most couples starting the wedding planning process, we had virtually no large event planning experience. Not only did we want to look for a great day-of coordinator, we also wanted a little extra help initially with the planning process. Taryn was fantastic! She provided great vendor recommendations, replied to all the random concerns we had (no matter how outrageous), and was instrumental in helping us navigate during the COVID restrictions. We went through a planning hiatus during lockdown, shifting planning timelines, a change of venue and shrinking guestlist and Taryn was with us through it all helping us adjust. When we got to the actual wedding, she was completely in control from setting up welcome tables, interacting with vendors and making sure we got food and drinks. My parents commented on how professional, vibrant and delightful she was and how well she took care of the entire day. Anyone would be in great hands working with Taryn.

Hands down the best decision we have made for our wedding! We changed our wedding date 3 times, and finally decided for a backyard wedding. On top of that we had less than 6 weeks to prepare for it, and I lived in Georgia and wasn't able to plan remotely, which made it even more difficult. My now, wonderful husband suggested getting a wedding planner, and that is why I married him because he knew how much I was stressing. :) Taryn, was our wedding planner and she was amazing! She took the challenge of not only the short amount of time, but her very first Cambodian wedding, This involved 13 hours wedding day, filled with 4 outfit changes in one day. She eased my mind by getting quotes, and being the middle man, for rentals, serving staffs, and contacting all my vendors, and making great suggestion about setting up the backyard. The set up of the backyard was the most difficult task, and she was able to coordinate with me to lay out the tables, chairs, placement of photo backdrop, bar tops, bar, welcome table, dessert table, catering tables, and shading that just made sense. The day of the wedding, I was so relaxed how it should be, and this is because I knew that Taryn was there to made sure things go according to our timeline. Event though, there were some parts of the Cambodian wedding that didn't start on time, she made me aware of the events and we were able to get back on track. When we returned from our professional photo shoot, the backyard was transformed into a beautiful wedding setting. Everything was set up and all the decor was perfectly placed as I always imagined! It was more than I ever hoped for! It feels so great to come back and to feel so in the moment and not having to stress about preparing things for the wedding, Taryn did that and more! One again, I would highly recommend Taryn! Thank you, Taryn for making this the best day ever!!

Taryn was FANTASTIC!! She provided great suggestions the whole way through, helped me get the little details finalized, and was a rock star on our wedding night. I feel like I really lucked out having Taryn for our wedding coordinator. 18 months before my wedding my sister got married, and she did not have a coordinator. I saw how stressed out my mom was and vowed to do what I could to keep that from happening. I hired Taryn just to help with our reception (after a very small destination ceremony). Even though she didn't have to, she still helped me with some aspects of the ceremony, but even better is that our reception went off flawlessly. Decorations were perfect, she communicated swiftly with anyone who needed to touch base with her, and definitely made sure that we ate. And I never saw my mom stressed out once :) I highly recommend Tied and True to other couples.

I hired Taryn for my destination wedding and she helped make this easy and feasible! I hired her as the Day of Coordinator, but she answered as many questions as I had and she also recommended several vendors. She helped keep me organized with her " to do" list time-line. Her prices were also very fair. The day of the wedding things were a little hectic and she handled things well and I was unaware of the craziness, which is the goal!

Let’s just start off by saying Taryn is amazing. From the moment we first met talking over coffee and going over what I wanted for my big day we clicked. She is an intelligent, organized, punctual, and just flat out kind person. She had timelines, messages, and emails routinely! My day went as smoothly as I could have asked. Wow Taryn was FANTASTIC! She helped me stay organized and on top of things throughout the planning. She was the perfect scheming partner to think through ideas. She always followed up with suggestions on how to make it happen including specific links and very applicable solutions. And then the weekend of the wedding, she was an absolute angel. We didn't have to think about anything because she covered it all. She perfectly set up all the decorations, made sure everything was in the right spot, kept the whole day smooth and on time. She was willing to jump in for whatever was needed and even went back and chopped up strawberries for our ice cream sundaes. I can't say enough great things.

What an incredible experience with Taryn. We got married this past weekend and Taryn was in charge of our day of coordination. She was hugely helpful, incredibly calm and so well organized. We met a few times ahead of the wedding to cover details, timelines and any questions I had. When I started the wedding planning journey I was sure I didn't need a planner but I can honestly say we couldn't have pulled it off without her!

As the mother of the bride, I can't express how amazing it was having Taryn with Tied and True Events handle all the details and make sure everything went off seamlessly, and allow me to truly focus on my daughter. She made sure everything was on schedule down to making sure every centerpiece candle was lit at dusk, truly amazing! Then, after the guests left, we began to clean up and get ready for tear down the next day and she wouldn't leave until we did. Just can't say enough about how she made my daughters wedding absolutely perfect!

Taryn is incredible at what she does! We are so happy to recommend Tied & True Events. This being our first (and hopefully last) wedding, there were details we didn't even know needed detailing. Taryn seamlessly organized the vendors and set up the entire day. She was responsible for informing us what needed to get done and providing the timeline. Besides finding and securing the vendors, what needed to get done, Taryn mostly took care of. One of our Wedding Diva requests was that we had a margarita waiting for us after the ceremony. It's not too diva, is it? Get married, have a mother loving margarita? Regardless, there were the margaritas, ice un-melted, their clinks congratulating us on a long life of drinking margaritas together. Taryn is incredibly professional, reliable, and knows her stuff. She showed up for the wedding with two outfits! Don't worry, when you see her 4 hours before the ceremony wearing running shorts and a t-shirt (I wasn't worried, my uncle wore a tuxedo t-shirt, but I understand not all weddings are t-shirt appropriate), she will materialize later to organize the wedding party looking like Princess Diana's younger sister. Without a doubt, we would refer Tied & True Events to anyone organizing any kind of event. Our community still talks about our wedding day as the best freaking party we have ever been to, and Taryn was a HUGE part of making that party so great.
