I did not ever want a traditional wedding so when faced with planning something more traditional than I ever imagined I was overwhelmed. I thought I’d found someone to help and that individual pulled out two weeks before my New Years Day Wedding. I am so grateful I found Kim - I cannot find better words than she saved the day! She made this whole process so effortless for me and she is so incredibly easy to work with. It was obvious from the beginning she had no clue what type of bride I was, could work with any type, and was happy to flex and work with me as she learned my style. Kim was professional and easy to work with during the planning of our daughter’s wedding and on her wedding day too! We had some challenges with the weather and Kim worked with our venue to make the difficult decisions. I was very thankful to have her assistance since The Barn at Walnut Grove has several locations to coordinate movement of the guests! I did not have to worry about the logistics and everyone seemed to arrive on time for the ceremony! We had shuttles running from the hotel to Walnut Grove and then to the ceremony as well. Kim was also kind to make sure we had food delivered to us during the cocktail hour since we were busy with pictures. We were also thankful that Kim was able to bring extra helpers for the wedding day and for her visits to the venue prior to the wedding day! Hello! I’m the Mother of the Bride here! Kim and her team were an incredible asset to our wedding planning process not to mention as the Day of Coordinator !! Wish I had enough words for everything Kim and her team did for my daughter’s wedding. Kim was neutral, but honest, trustworthy and hard working is an understatement. As a “unofficial “ party planner, it was hard to pull away as the MOB and as Party planner for all family events. Kim gained my trust and ensured that everything would be as we all dreamed for my daughter. It was a mid size wedding with lots of complicated parts. If I were to use two words to describe Tied Together would be COMMUNICATIVE + ORGANIZED which are the two most important things you need to look for from any wedding vendor. The moment you speak to Kim, the owner, you can already tell that she is on top of her profession. On wedding day, we had Emily and Demetria coordinate and decorate for the celebration. When I met Emily, I knew that I was in good hands. She exudes confidence in what she does and obviously has an eye for design. The pair were communicative, attentive, and quick with any requests throughout the night. I hands down recommend Tied Together With Love Weddings & Events to every couple looking for a coordinator. I definitely will not hesitate in hiring the again for any future event!

Kim was excellent! She was an enormous help in making sure that the day ran smoothly and that we didn't have to attend to small details. Months before the wedding she was in communication with all of our vendors and making sure everything was on track. She took care of so many little things we never would have thought of, and was quick to follow up on anything we needed in the moment. She made sure that all of the vendors were in the right place at the right time and that we took care of important things like signing our wedding certificate! She also was super helpful with packing everything up at the end of the night. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

I was on the fence about getting a day-of-coordinator, but I’m soooo glad we did! Kim was amazing to work with - so kind, so patient, and sooo good at her job.
