With over a decade of experience, our team of 5 is well equipped to assist with bringing your unique vision to life. We offer a variety of packages for event management (otherwise known as “day of coordination”), as well as partial and full service planning, plus a curated collection of rental decor. - Demetria WrightDay-of Wedding AssistantMeet Demetria, our talented assistant at Tied Together with Love Weddings & Events. With over a year of experience on the team, Demetria’s journey into the wedding industry began when she worked as a day-of coordinator for a friend. After finding her way to Kim and the team, she’s been loving every moment of it! Outside of weddings, Demetria is a dedicated high school counselor, having worked in the field for nearly a decade. In her downtime, she enjoys daydreaming about her dream destination, Thailand, and finds peace at the beach or in an amusement park. Although she doesn’t have any kids or pets, she’s hoping to add a dog to her family soon!
- Rachael McClearyLead Coordinator/Day-of Wedding AssistantMeet Rachael, our fun-loving wedding assistant and coordinator at Tied Together with Love Weddings & Events. Rachael joined the team in 2024 but has known Kim for over 10 years, with experience at venues like Normandy Farm Hotel and The Pearl S Buck Estate. She’s also the Office Manager for Accent Event Group, working with talented DJs to keep the party alive. Outside of weddings, Rachael enjoys singing, local theater, gardening, and jamming out to everything from Broadway show tunes to 2000s rock. Her and her partner Alex are proud parents to two boys, Bean and Matty, their whole world. Rachael’s dream destinations include Greece, Australia, and Italy, but her happy place is her bed! Kim and her team were an absolute blessing to make our wedding day a stress free dream. Our wedding was full of complicated timelines and to dos, which prompted our decision to call upon Kim for help. We had two different getting ready venues (one for the bride, one for the groom), various rounds of transportation, a private first touch, a church ceremony, and a reception venue. A logistical nightmare to some, but Kim helped us finalize realistic and efficient timelines, ensuring all of our wedding day hopes became our reality, while coordinating with vendors to ensure all went smoothly.
Kim and her team were there to help us during our wedding rehearsal as well as on our wedding day, determined to finalize every detail. On our wedding day, there was a long list of to dos for Kim and her team, including coordinating with other vendors, decorating the church AND the venue, helping the brides and bridesmaids get ready (no need to stress how to get your veil in your hair if you have Kim there to help!), serving as ushers, queuing the processional and recessional, and so so so much more. Everyone that worked with Kim and her team were so impressed by their knowledge, advice, proactivity, and professionalism.
Despite the various moving parts involved, I did not have to worry about anything during my wedding day. In reflection, the day was centered around the excitement and emotions of marrying each other, not the logistics of making it all possible. We are so thankful to Kim and her team for giving us that gift.
I cannot recommend using Tied Together enough for your wedding day. They were perfect.

Hiring Tied Together Events was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process! We brought Kim on about 6 months before our big day. Leading up to the wedding, Kim made us feel extremely calm, comfortable, and like every detail was taken care of. She is very organized and very personable, and we really enjoyed meeting her in person at our venue during our final details meeting! We knew the team she was sending to be on site for the wedding would be just as great as she was. Rachael attended our ceremony rehearsal on Friday, and worked very well with the staff at our venue, immediately putting us at ease. On the day of the wedding, Rachael and her assistant were everything we could have hoped for and more! They took care of every detail - not batting an eye at my many specific requests. I HIGHLY recommend Kim and her team!

Kim and her team were such a crucial part of making our wedding day the best day of our lives. We are SO happy with her services!!! From our first phone call, she made me feel so comfortable and excited for even the stressful parts of wedding planning.
Her insight and experience were both extremely helpful for making complicated decisions easy, like our shuttle schedules that originally had me spiraling on my own, lol. She was responsive and supportive of all of my emails and any questions I had during the planning process.
We chose the day-of coordinator package, and the fact that Kim offers support earlier than a month out from the wedding is incredible. She was there from the moment we signed our contract in January until our wedding August 30th! She even had plenty of decor items available to rent, which we used and were so cute and reasonably priced compared to other options.
The day of the wedding, Kim and her assistant were calm, professional, and helpful. I am a notoriously nervous person, but I felt so calm on my wedding day, and they were a huge part of making that happen. I felt like I could turn my brain off and they took over everything else. Kim also helped bustle my dress which was a weight off of my mom's shoulders. We opted for the longer package and to have her stay to assist with decor breakdown at the end of the night, and I am so happy we did. It was so nice for us and our families and friends to set off on the shuttle to the hotel bar and not worry about gathering our stuff for the venue's storage room.
If you are looking for a day-of coordinator or planner, I could not recommend Kim and her team more!!! I know I relied heavily on reviews from other couples when choosing my vendors, and I am so excited to add my experience to their positive reviews. Wedding planning is stressful, and Kim understands that--believe me when I say you won't regret hiring her!

Kim, the owner, was kind, responsive, and truly dedicated to making our day perfect. In the last month with all of the outstanding last minute details for the wedding with all of my vendors Kim really helped make sure everything was communicated smoothly to all parties so that the day went off without a hitch. We cannot express how grateful we are to have had Kim as our wedding planner. From the very start, we were worried about finding vendors who could accommodate my severe allergy needs. When we were on our own, we felt completely lost. But Kim stepped in and, somehow, she found a catering company that not only understood the severity of the allergies but was fully committed to making sure everything was handled safely. The best part? The food was absolutely delicious, and you would never have guessed it was allergy-safe!
Kim’s attention to detail is unmatched. She listened to our ideas, was receptive to everything we envisioned, and brought them to life flawlessly. Our decor ideas were executed perfectly — she recreated the layouts we had designed exactly as we imagined.
What truly stood out was the sheer amount of work Kim put in behind the scenes. We could never list everything she did, but suffice to say, she made sure everything was in place and available exactly when needed. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail — it was all taken care of.
On top of all of her skills and dedication, Kim is an absolute joy to work with. Her energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to making our day perfect were so refreshing. We are so happy we booked Tied Together for our wedding planning! Kim was an incredible resource throughout the planning process. I was so overwhelmed by the idea of trying to coordinate the different pieces, but Kim was such a professional, and I was very comfortable handing off most/all of the coordination in those final months as everything was coming together.
On the day of the wedding, she and her team were on top of everything and made sure things ran smoothly from start to finish. When things arose during the day, she handled everything and was able to make adjustments as needed (Kim even helped get Ubers for guests who wanted to leave the reception before the shuttle was scheduled to start - for the record, she had advised to start the shuttle earlier, so that lack of shuttle was totally on me!).
Kim and her team took all my anxiety away so we were able to completely enjoy the day. I honestly didn't think I would be able to have so much fun (as I would be worried about all the details), but I had the absolute best time!

Hiring Kim and Tied Together to coordinate our wedding day was our single best planning decision - I genuinely don’t think we could have pulled off our day without her. In the weeks before the wedding, she confirmed all our vendors and caught a few timeline errors we hadn’t noticed. The day of the wedding, Kim was a super hero. Half of our guest buses were unexpectedly caught behind a parade line and delayed 40mins. Kim completely reworked our timeline on the fly. Kim kept us informed about the situation but otherwise handled everything. Because of her skill and professionalism, we didn’t feel any stress and got to enjoy our day. If you are planning your own wedding, you NEED Kim. She is a joy to work with!

Kim is amazing - hire her now! We asked Kim to be our day of coordinator for our 10/26/24 wedding and are so happy we did. She was incredibly helpful on the wedding day and super attentive to anything we needed. There was a small issue with tablecloths at our venue and she was quick to have it resolved and made sure I was 100% happy with the outcome. She also ensured all our vendors were on time, the schedule was running smoothly and all of our decor was set out perfectly and picked up at the end of the night. I honestly don't know how we would've done it without her help. Highly recommend her as a DOC!

Kim was amazing, I never really considered hiring a day of coordinator at first. I am very type A and having someone else run the show was a difficult pill to swallow. Kim was not pushy when we saw her at the Quakertown Bridal Show years ago. We planned our wedding for about 3 years, I am not sure when exactly Kim came into the planning picture but she was amazing. She gave us vendor recommendations and answered any questions we had. On the day of she was amazing, I couldn't have done it without her. She handled everything she said she would and more. When a problem came about, she handled it. Kim was very open and honest with us. When the venue held my guests up top because they were "late" Kim gave me a heads up, so I wasn't blind sided when I saw them. My dogs were supposed to run down the aisle before me and that didn't happen, she made sure they ended up down with my Maid of Honor and Best Man shortly into the cermony. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that asks! Coming from someone who thought she didn't need a day of coordinator, do it, spend the money, and book Kim.

I can't share enough good things about our experience with Kim from Tied Together with Love! Prior to our wedding, my husband and I met with her to have a detailed meeting on the plan and itinerary for the day. Kim was so prepared and organized throughout the entire process. Our wedding itinerary was a bit complex with several location changes and Kim facilitated the day with a contagious calm energy. She was quite literally the hero of the day. We were surprised with a hurricane the weekend of our wedding and as we were doing our portraits, it started to pour. The train of my dress got so dirty from the rain. Kim absolutely saved the day and was able to clean and save my dress so it looked good as new before I walked down the aisle!
I can't recommend her enough and am so thankful to her and her team for their incredible positive attitude, organization, and perfect execution of the day.

We hired Kim and her team for our wedding last weekend as I really wanted someone outside of the venue that made sure things ran smoothly and on time, decor was set up and taken down without having to ask family or friends, and also just to make sure there wasn’t a moment we would miss! Kim checked all our boxes and more!! Both my mom and MIL also talked so highly of her and how she made sure everything ran perfect on our wedding day. It was SO nice not worrying about anything on our day knowing Kim had it under control. It made our day that more enjoyable and I highly recommend hiring Kim and her team!!

We could not have gotten through this day without Kim!!! Simply put, she was absolutely amazing! From the initial phone call and all of our annoying questions, details and emails . . . to the day of hands-on, every big and tiny detail . . . to the final end clean up . . . Kim went over and above and helped make this day one of the happiest and most perfect days of our lives. She was so organized at our home for all of the getting ready, even steamed some of our bridesmaids' dresses. She kept us on time, made sure everything was loaded onto the limo bus, was waiting for us at the venue making sure everything was exactly the way we envisioned. We never had a moment when we felt panicked or overwhelmed because we knew Kim had it all under control. She even came back after the reception to gather ALL (and I mean ALL) of our things - including the 250 vases that held our floating candles. Amazing, awesome, absolutely recommended without hesitation!

I would 100% recommend Kim and her team. Kim made me feel so calm and relaxed during my wedding knowing that she had all of the little things taken care of. She is very communicative, accomodating, and will do what she can as quickly as she can to come up with solutions. Kim helped manage my ceremony while she had her team set up my flowers and decorations at a different venue. Everything was seamless and after a perfect ceremony I got to walk into a stunning venue!!

Kim was amazing - she was so helpful and walked with us every step of the way during the wedding process and on wedding day. She was always willing to answer any questions we had. Wedding day she handled everything so well, and we were able to enjoy taking photos and spending time with family and friends. Thanks again for everything.

We were recommended this day of coordinator by a family member who had glorious reviews of this company from her wedding day. And I could not agree more! Kim and her team were a huge part of our wedding day. They were effectively communicative, timely, friendly, and extremely helpful. We could not imagine our wedding day without Kim and her team. Everything went so so smoothly and it was because of them! All of the little details of the wedding day were taken off of our and our families plates. Kim and her team knew what needed to be done without it even being said. They are so experienced in this. If you are on the fence about a day of coordinator, this is your sign to get one. And use Tied Together with Love, you will not regret it!

I did not ever want a traditional wedding so when faced with planning something more traditional than I ever imagined I was overwhelmed. I thought I’d found someone to help and that individual pulled out two weeks before my New Years Day Wedding. I am so grateful I found Kim - I cannot find better words than she saved the day! She made this whole process so effortless for me and she is so incredibly easy to work with. It was obvious from the beginning she had no clue what type of bride I was, could work with any type, and was happy to flex and work with me as she learned my style. She pulled together all of the vendors and even the decor and just the most beautiful day. She was super upfront with pricing and willing to work with any budget. I cannot say enough good things!

Booking Tied Together With Love was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding day. Kim was by my side throughout the day, keeping me calm and problem solving issues that arose. She is calm, professional, and thoughtful. She was provided helpful recommendations for logistical issues and kept everyone on schedule. Kim was a great help on our wedding day. She made sure everything went smoothly allowing us to enjoy our day with our guests. She answered emails quickly and answered all questions I had. She was very helpful in reaching out to all of our vendors and ensuring everyone was on time and where they needed to be. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help day of the wedding. She truly allowed us to enjoy our day without having to worry about the details.

Kim was professional and easy to work with during the planning of our daughter’s wedding and on her wedding day too! We had some challenges with the weather and Kim worked with our venue to make the difficult decisions. I was very thankful to have her assistance since The Barn at Walnut Grove has several locations to coordinate movement of the guests! I did not have to worry about the logistics and everyone seemed to arrive on time for the ceremony! We had shuttles running from the hotel to Walnut Grove and then to the ceremony as well. Kim was also kind to make sure we had food delivered to us during the cocktail hour since we were busy with pictures. We were also thankful that Kim was able to bring extra helpers for the wedding day and for her visits to the venue prior to the wedding day! Kim and her team also helped with clean up after the reception. We highly recommend Tied Together With Love for your special day!

Hello! I’m the Mother of the Bride here! Kim and her team were an incredible asset to our wedding planning process not to mention as the Day of Coordinator !!
Wish I had enough words for everything Kim and her team did for my daughter’s wedding. Kim was neutral, but honest, trustworthy and hard working is an understatement. As a “unofficial “ party planner, it was hard to pull away as the MOB and as Party planner for all family events. Kim gained my trust and ensured that everything would be as we all dreamed for my daughter. It was a mid size wedding with lots of complicated parts. Kim emphasized the importance of enjoying our daughter’s wedding and for our Bride and Groom to enjoy such a beautiful celebration. It was just as important to her.
Kim was prepared to work with an overwhelming family and tackled us like a champion. She kept us at ease and on point . She was on top of our vendors ,details and clean up. She took all the weight off our shoulders by being organized, great communicator and genuinely knowing our expectations. She kept this Perfectionist family together and happy . What can I say… She was in control. She made sure everything went smoothly and exactly how the B & G wanted. She took photos, sent them to us and checked up on us. Kim was part of our family!!! She wanted this day to be as special as we wanted it to be. Her heart and soul was in the success of the celebration and the great memories that we wanted to create. Thank you Kim and her Tied together Team for ensuring the B & G had the time of their life, and that mom and dad were happy! We got to celebrate, dance and Enjoy our guests ! Again, Thank you Tied Together team for ALL you did and more. Not enough words to express our gratitude!

If I were to use two words to describe Tied Together would be COMMUNICATIVE + ORGANIZED which are the two most important things you need to look for from any wedding vendor. The moment you speak to Kim, the owner, you can already tell that she is on top of her profession. On wedding day, we had Emily and Demetria coordinate and decorate for the celebration. When I met Emily, I knew that I was in good hands. She exudes confidence in what she does and obviously has an eye for design. The pair were communicative, attentive, and quick with any requests throughout the night. I hands down recommend Tied Together With Love Weddings & Events to every couple looking for a coordinator. I definitely will not hesitate in hiring the again for any future event!

Kim was excellent! She was an enormous help in making sure that the day ran smoothly and that we didn't have to attend to small details. Months before the wedding she was in communication with all of our vendors and making sure everything was on track. She took care of so many little things we never would have thought of, and was quick to follow up on anything we needed in the moment. She made sure that all of the vendors were in the right place at the right time and that we took care of important things like signing our wedding certificate! She also was super helpful with packing everything up at the end of the night. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Kim did a great job coordinating for us the month before and the day of the wedding! She handled all the final vendor check-ins and communication, which took a lot of stress off our hands. She also made herself totally available to us on our rehearsal day, which we really appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Kim ensured that everything ran smoothly – the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flowed seamlessly under her watch. We appreciate the effort Kim put into making our wedding day memorable and stress-free.

I was recommended to use Tied Together through a Facebook wedding group. When I met Kim, I was immediately put at ease. She took all of our planning documents, reviewed them, brough up questions and got us organized. Her team took care of us on the day of the wedding, getting vendors what they needed and keeping us on schedule with the itinerary, even as some plans needed to change in the moment. I was on the fence about getting a day-of-coordinator, but I’m soooo glad we did! Kim was amazing to work with - so kind, so patient, and sooo good at her job. No wedding goes 100% as planned, but the way Kim navigated it, everything ended up working out great. My dress zipper even burst at my reception and she fixed it. 10/10 def recommend . DO IT

Kim was one of the best decisions we had made for our day.
