It feels impossible to pick wedding vendors when there are sooo many, topped with everyone pushing their opinions on you while you plan your wedding… BUT CHOOSE KIM. 11/10 kim and team are AMAZING. Kim is a top tier human, girl’s girl, wedding expert, get-shit-done-without-you-realizing-it planner, and all of our siblings are now going straight to Kim when their big days come.
I never considered hiring a day-of coordinator, but my mom in law knows me pretty well lol. So many times throughout planning and ESPECIALLY on the day of, I kept thinking literally how do people do this without one??? No one thinks they need a coordinator, but because of Kim I could BREATHE and stand by the planning choices my husband and I made without making anyone feel bad. We were able to genuinely enjoy the process, and my wedding party, family,I were able to completely relax on my wedding day knowing literally everything was handled (shout out Kim and Demetria for printing my ceremony vows and getting them to officiant right before ceremony when I finished revising them, and packing and bringing our things to our room in the venue at the end of our drunken night :’)). Kim worked so well with my type B planning/organization skills and super particular yet indecisive decision making. Beyond the usual coordinator duties before and on the day-of, Kim attended all vendor meetings months in advance, executed to-do’s and kept me on track with mine, listened to me vent, provided trustworthy guidance and expertise when I couldnt decide or when people were forcing their opinions on me, kept me sane and actually helped my planning anxiety (that constant feeling you forgot about something), was so encouraging and HYPE about my husband and I’s choices..feeling like a bestie and getting shit done with out you realizing it nor feeling any of the overwhelming burden of the long to-do list that is wedding planning. During the final venue planning meeting, I was stunned - I couldn’t BELIEVE how much I would have had to do myself (even with my mom’s help).
Kim enforced all of my decisions but still made my family and wedding party feel heard and respected - EVERYONE loves her (still some opinions I didn’t agree with being pushed on me so some things happened to get “lost”). She directed rehearsal, corralled the wedding party and took us where needed, kept us on time, everything a planner does… but most importantly she protected our damn peace.
Get the planner - IT’S WORTH IT - and make sure it’s Kim.

We used Tied Together With Love for set up/cleanup for both my sister’s wedding and my wedding. We both had a lot of DIY projects so it was important to us to have a designated team to handle our decor. Kim was great to work with. She was so thorough and really took the time to make sure she knew how we wanted everything set up. When we arrived at the venue everything was perfect! She helped us bring our personal touches to life and ensured our venue felt exactly like us. At the end of the wedding she had everything packed up and ready to load into our cars. This was so helpful and allowed us to get on the bus back to the hotel with all of our guests. We had a great experience and we would definitely recommend the Tied Together team!

Her insight and experience were both extremely helpful for making complicated decisions easy, like our shuttle schedules that originally had me spiraling on my own, lol. She was responsive and supportive of all of my emails and any questions I had during the planning process.
We chose the day-of coordinator package, and the fact that Kim offers support earlier than a month out from the wedding is incredible. She was there from the moment we signed our contract in January until our wedding August 30th! She even had plenty of decor items available to rent, which we used and were so cute and reasonably priced compared to other options.
The day of the wedding, Kim and her assistant were calm, professional, and helpful. I am a notoriously nervous person, but I felt so calm on my wedding day, and they were a huge part of making that happen. I felt like I could turn my brain off and they took over everything else. Kim also helped bustle my dress which was a weight off of my mom's shoulders. We opted for the longer package and to have her stay to assist with decor breakdown at the end of the night, and I am so happy we did. It was so nice for us and our families and friends to set off on the shuttle to the hotel bar and not worry about gathering our stuff for the venue's storage room.
If you are looking for a day-of coordinator or planner, I could not recommend Kim and her team more!!! I know I relied heavily on reviews from other couples when choosing my vendors, and I am so excited to add my experience to their positive reviews. Wedding planning is stressful, and Kim understands that--believe me when I say you won't regret hiring her!

sive with our million questions. Kim coordinated all the vendors before hand to make sure nothing was overlooked. The wedding day is overwhelming. Every vendor has a time table. Décor needs to be set up as planned. People need to be in different places. Photographer has schedules. We planned an outdoor ceremony, but the weather drizzled off and on all day. Never thought the outdoor ceremony could happen. Pivoting at the last minute, Kim delayed the ceremony a bit, helped coordinate drying off the ceremony chairs, and seated our guests to stay on schedule. It was such a relief to have Kim step in like the Energizer Bunny and manage it all. She was everywhere at once, and happy the entire time. At the end of the night, Kim arranged for everything to be loaded into our vehicle without us lifting a finger or making any decisions. She made the day stress-free, despite weather obstacles. We can’t thank her enough. Our wedding was perfect because of her help!

The day of the wedding Kim and her assistant were at our side the entire day making sure everything went perfectly. It was seriously impressive watching her work. My biggest fear was not knowing where to go and what to do on the day of, Kim was there to walk literally everyone through everything. She remembered every guests name and relationship to us too. The vendors she recommended to us were all incredible and the wedding was a dream.
If you’re getting married and want to have the best wedding ever from planning to execution on the big day I can’t recommend Kim and Tied Together enough.

ankful. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs, everything that could go wrong with a wedding and everything to make it a wonderful experience. Having her join us in vendor meetings (both in person and from home) was really valuable and I would recommend it! She knew exactly what to ask- things we would have never thought of ourselves.
We knew nothing about weddings previously but she walked us through it and didn’t pressure us into anything specific. She was also able to book us a shuttle a few days before the wedding. Would NOT recommend making that a last minute decision, but she handled it for us and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. On the day of, she ensured everything went smoothly and made sure that we were happy. Her assistant, Emily, was also a great help, holding my dress train off the ground and noticing little details like whether my bouquet was turned the wrong way for photos. Overall, I’m really glad we made the choice we did. If you book Kim for your wedding, know that you’re in good hands!

I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn other couples about my heartbreaking experience with Tied Together with Love and its owner, Kim. I had dreamed of an s...
tress-free wedding day surrounded by family and friends, but instead I ended up doing most of the work I paid her to handle.
When I first met Kim, she made me feel confident she could manage our backyard wedding. She promised full-service planning that would take pressure off of us. However, after signing the contract, that changed dramatically. She stopped replying to messages for weeks/months at a time. I repeatedly reached out, sharing my anxiety and asking for updates, and even asked if I should move on to another planner because I was drowning in tasks she was supposed to complete. Each time she apologized, promised to “do better,” and then would disappeared again. (Proof attached.)
By the final months, I realized I had done nearly every planning duty myself: finding and contracting multiple vendors, tracking payments, creating timelines, event design and organizing décor, etc. Even the caterer I secured told me she nearly gave away our date because Kim waited so long to respond.
On our wedding day, Kim’s lack of preparation became obvious. Tasks that were outlined in her contract were suddenly pushed onto us to handle. The night before the wedding, she informed us we would need handle all of the set up, something we’d never been told was our job. That morning she texted my husband a page long list of items he and the groomsmen needed to complete before she arrived. They spent more than two hours hauling tables and chairs instead of relaxing and enjoying the wedding morning. Half the decorations I brought were never unpacked/set up, ceremony décor was incomplete, and the chairs were never moved for the reception as promised. She also left everything at the end of the night, and our families cleaned it all the next morning.
When I reached out afterward asking for an explanation, her response was defensive, and dismissive blaming the weather (which is precisely a planner’s job to prepare for) and claiming that several tasks weren’t included due to “ambiguous contract language.” There was no accountability, only excuses.
A planner’s job is to reduce stress and handle the unexpected. Kim did the opposite and it was noted by everyone including guests. My wedding was beautiful because of the people who love us, not because of her. Please save yourself the heartache, stress and disappointment and look elsewhere.

She is very organized and very personable, and we really enjoyed meeting her in person at our venue during our final details meeting! We knew the team she was sending to be on site for the wedding would be just as great as she was. Rachael attended our ceremony rehearsal on Friday, and worked very well with the staff at our venue, immediately putting us at ease. On the day of the wedding, Rachael and her assistant were everything we could have hoped for and more! They took care of every detail - not batting an eye at my many specific requests. ordinate the different pieces, but Kim was such a professional, and I was very comfortable handing off most/all of the coordination in those final months as everything was coming together.
On the day of the wedding, she and her team were on top of everything and made sure things ran smoothly from start to finish. When things arose during the day, she handled everything and was able to make adjustments as needed (Kim even helped get Ubers for guests who wanted to leave the reception before the shuttle was scheduled to start - for the record, she had advised to start the shuttle earlier, so that lack of shuttle was totally on me!).
Kim and her team took all my anxiety away so we were able to completely enjoy the day. I honestly didn't think I would be able to have so much fun (as I would be worried about all the details), but I had the absolute best time!

pushy when we saw her at the Quakertown Bridal Show years ago. We planned our wedding for about 3 years, I am not sure when exactly Kim came into the planning picture but she was amazing. She gave us vendor recommendations and answered any questions we had. On the day of she was amazing, I couldn't have done it without her. She handled everything she said she would and more. When a problem came about, she handled it. Kim was very open and honest with us. When the venue held my guests up top because they were "late" Kim gave me a heads up, so I wasn't blind sided when I saw them. My dogs were supposed to run down the aisle before me and that didn't happen, she made sure they ended up down with my Maid of Honor and Best Man shortly into the cermony. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that asks! Coming from someone who thought she didn't need a day of coordinator, do it, spend the money, and book Kim.

We had two different getting ready venues (one for the bride, one for the groom), various rounds of transportation, a private first touch, a church ceremony, and a reception venue. A logistical nightmare to some, but Kim helped us finalize realistic and efficient timelines, ensuring all of our wedding day hopes became our reality, while coordinating with vendors to ensure all went smoothly.
Kim and her team were there to help us during our wedding rehearsal as well as on our wedding day, determined to finalize every detail. On our wedding day, there was a long list of to dos for Kim and her team, including coordinating with other vendors, decorating the church AND the venue, helping the brides and bridesmaids get ready (no need to stress how to get your veil in your hair if you have Kim there to help!), serving as ushers, queuing the processional and recessional, and so so so much more. Everyone that worked with Kim and her team were so impressed by their knowledge, advice, proactivity, and professionalism.
Despite the various moving parts involved, I did not have to worry about anything during my wedding day. In reflection, the day was centered around the excitement and emotions of marrying each other, not the logistics of making it all possible. We are so thankful to Kim and her team for giving us that gift.
I cannot recommend using Tied Together enough for your wedding day. They were perfect.

Our wedding itinerary was a bit complex with several location changes and Kim facilitated the day with a contagious calm energy. She was quite literally the hero of the day. We were surprised with a hurricane the weekend of our wedding and as we were doing our portraits, it started to pour. The train of my dress got so dirty from the rain. Kim absolutely saved the day and was able to clean and save my dress so it looked good as new before I walked down the aisle!
I can't recommend her enough and am so thankful to her and her team for their incredible positive attitude, organization, and perfect execution of the day.

. . . to the day of hands-on, every big and tiny detail . . . to the final end clean up . . . Kim went over and above and helped make this day one of the happiest and most perfect days of our lives. She was so organized at our home for all of the getting ready, even steamed some of our bridesmaids' dresses. She kept us on time, made sure everything was loaded onto the limo bus, was waiting for us at the venue making sure everything was exactly the way we envisioned. We never had a moment when we felt panicked or overwhelmed because we knew Kim had it all under control. She even came back after the reception to gather ALL (and I mean ALL) of our things - including the 250 vases that held our floating candles. I did not have to worry about the logistics and everyone seemed to arrive on time for the ceremony! We had shuttles running from the hotel to Walnut Grove and then to the ceremony as well. Kim was also kind to make sure we had food delivered to us during the cocktail hour since we were busy with pictures. We were also thankful that Kim was able to bring extra helpers for the wedding day and for her visits to the venue prior to the wedding day! As a “unofficial “ party planner, it was hard to pull away as the MOB and as Party planner for all family events. Kim gained my trust and ensured that everything would be as we all dreamed for my daughter. It was a mid size wedding with lots of complicated parts. Kim emphasized the importance of enjoying our daughter’s wedding and for our Bride and Groom to enjoy such a beautiful celebration. It was just as important to her.

She wanted this day to be as special as we wanted it to be. Her heart and soul was in the success of the celebration and the great memories that we wanted to create. When I met Emily, I knew that I was in good hands. She exudes confidence in what she does and obviously has an eye for design. I was on the fence about getting a day-of-coordinator, but I’m soooo glad we did! Kim was amazing to work with - so kind, so patient, and sooo good at her job. No wedding goes 100%...
as planned, but the way Kim navigated it, everything ended up working out great. My dress zipper even burst at my reception and she fixed it. 10/10 def recommend . DO IT
