I rented an arch to be delivered on June 26th and with no explanation they never showed up. They blocked me from messaging them on social media and I keep trying their website with no luck. My planner and I tried reaching them before the wedding. I don’t know how they can just take my money and not even give me an explanation. I just want a refund now.
Tiera and her team were amazing! they were professional and she's GREAT with communication. our wedding took place 2 days after Hurricane Ian and she was in constant communication with me to see if any changes in time/location occurred due to the storm and she more than willing to accommodate any of those changes. We are beyond grateful for her kindness and understanding and to top it off her rentals were in perfect condition and was the focal point of my wedding day thank you Tiera!
Tiera and her team are professional, kind, accommodating and reliable! They provided the beautiful chairs for my bridal shower and our wedding. They also provided the gorgeous backdrop behind the head table for our wedding! Thank you so much for everything!

Tiera is one of the most professional & humble individuals we have worked with at our venue, Seaquel Place Banquet Hall. She is punctual, detail-oriented, & so kind. Her décor is always beautiful & unique. She adds a special touch to each event & we did not hesitate to add her to our vendors list after seeing her work for the first time. Tiera and her team did and AMAZING job with our wedding venue. They brought all these amazing chairs, and all of our guest favorite part...the huge love seat for us to sit in and enjoy our wedding.
