Picking out a wedding cake was the #1 decision my husband and I were excited and serious about making. We live out of state, so getting to sample cakes from dozens of bakers just ...
wasn't going to be possible for us, which was a bummer. However, Nancy made it so easy to taste her creations. She mailed us cakes in push-pop type designs- 3 of each combination of flavors (one for each of us and a "tie breaker"). Neither my husband nor I wanted a traditional chocolate or vanilla cake, and Nancy's menu gave us so many other flavors to choose from (lemon coconut cake, blood orange frosting, and amaretto frosting ended up being our finished product). When we had a disagreement over which frosting to go with, Nancy was happy to provide us with her expertise and guide us to a decision. She also provided us with photos and sketches to help us decide on a final design. The finished product was both delicious and beautiful.
Nancy,
Thank you for creating a wedding cake exactly as we described! We loved how easy you were to work with- flavors, frosting, design! We would highly recommend you to others!
Nancy was great. She allowed us to design the cake that we wanted. When we went for our tasting, she made us two entire cakes with the flavors that we had picked. The cakes are ver...
y customizable and a really great value. The cakes tasted and looked great. I would highly recommend her. Can't wait for our free anniversary cake next year.
Nancy is great to work with. She works from her house and has a great gallery/tasting room when you meet with her. Great flavors, and was very excited to work with our design ideas...

We ended up with a 3 tiered "show" cake that was served to the bridal party, and she made larger sheet cakes to accommodate the rest of the guests. 260 servings for under $600. She is also adamant about not freezing your top tier, and gives you a gift certificate for an 8 inch cake on your one year anniversary! Really really great, I would recommend her in a heart beat!
