Tiffany was great to work with! We worked with her company for Day-of Coordinator services for our wedding. She made sure that everything ran smoothly, from handing out programs, to managing the wedding party, to even filling popcorn bins for our favors. Most importantly, she helped us organize our day-of schedule and bring to light details we hadn't thought of, which was invaluable. We would definitely recommend Tiffany to anyone planning a wedding!

I cannot thank or recommend Tiffany and her team enough for my wedding on August 10th. From the get go they were super responsive, organized, and professional. I did the month of package, which was the perfect amount of help leading up to the wedding. We had some last minute changes before the wedding that her team handled SO well. I also found out about some things that happened with other vendors during the wedding and reception weeks after the fact, and that's how well they worked. I had no idea these things even occurred because they worked so fast and quietly behind the scenes. They were also so attentive and warm, I really cannot stress enough that the day wouldn't have been what it was without them! We specifically had Michaella and Sarah the day of, and my mom especially was blown away by how great they were. I would recommend them to anyone I know, you don't want to do your wedding without them!

Tiffany was so amazing from the day we booked her! She was so responsive and proactive in setting up meetings, while communicating everything clearly. She helped us with our timeline and provided insight into things that we never would have thought of had we not had her and her expertise! Tiffany is super organized, kind, and so sweet. It was such a weight off of my chest knowing I didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day and I 100% trusted Tiffany to take care of anything that was needed. I would recommend Tiffany to anyone that wants to enjoy the planning process and enjoy their wedding day, worry free :)

Tiffany and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was responsive to texts and calls months prior to the wedding and really dove into the details. Our reception space and cocktail hour space were more beautiful than I could have imagined. Everything ran smoothly and we were able to truly relax and enjoy our day. I cannot recommend this team enough!

I don’t even know where to begin with Tiffany! She was super responsive early on when I was inquiring about a day of coordinator. After booking, she immediately jumped in months before my date even though her contract only required her to a few weeks before. I don’t have enough space to write about how organized and easy it was once she got me set up in a shared google drive. We had numerous calls and shared many texts about my vision and she absolutely helped bring it to fruition. I had no stress about vendors because she was on top of them the week of, making sure everyone understood my timeline. She made the week going into our wedding so easy so that I could focus on relaxing and getting myself squared away. I also had a little hiccup with my MUA the night before my wedding and Tiffany took total control of the situation so that I didn’t have to stress myself out and handled it amazingly where everything still went as planned. I’m serious when I say I can’t think of one thing that went wrong the day of the wedding because Tiffany and her team were on it and keeping everything and everyone in place! My dad still talks about how amazing she was the entire evening. I recommend Tiffany and her team 1,000x over! Don’t even hesitate to look anywhere else, she is your girl!

Tiffany and her team were AMAZING! We had a stunning NYE wedding thanks to Tiffany and Design! They covered every detail from timeline, to church, to reception, to tear down. They helped to create a beautiful cookie table, table decor, and everything in between. Without Tiffany and her team my daughter's dream wedding would not have been possible. I recommend Tiffany and Design with the HIGHEST praise and recommendation!

It's hard to express how much I have LOVED working with Tiffany! She was recommended to us by our photographer and once we had our first meeting with her, I knew she would be perfect! She is very prepared and had a lot of documentation for us to fill out. It was so nice to have someone help out with the timeline and help the events flow smoothly. If you are thinking about hiring her, just do it! My wedding would not have been the same without her!

We elected to get a day of coordinator to help with the set up/tear down while our close family and wedding party was getting ready. We went with Tiffany and her Decor Set up & Tear Down Package. Tiffany was great, helping to put together a detailed timeline a month out from the wedding. We dropped our items off to the venue the night before during the rehearsal and Tiffany had everything set up beautifully when we arrived for the ceremony the next day. We had her take care of our table numbers, signage, and set up of the cookie table, which looked perfect! At the end of the night, her team was very helpful and got all our decorations on a cart for easy loading into our car. She even took care of getting the leftover cake boxed up and saved for us! It made it a worry free day and I highly recommend Tiffany and her team!

Tiffany and design were the perfect choice for us!! We used her and her team (Abby) for day of services and when I say the day wouldn’t have happened without Abby and her assistant I’m not exaggerating!! I trusted Abby with her creative ability to bring my Pinterest inspiration come to life!! From setting up the tablescape, to putting all of my floral arrangements together that was my floral dream! I purchased all of my flowers from Trader Joe’s and had around 75 bud vases and told her to have fun! She didn’t disappoint! She kept the flow of the ceremony, dinner, and reception flawlessly. She broke down everything before she left leaving us with nothing but to enjoy our night! I can’t thank Tiffany and design and Abby enough!!

Tiffany and her team (Amber and Britney) were incredible from start to finish! Tiffany did my venue walkthrough (we are out of towners), and made sure every detail was thought of! Her team completely set up, broke down, and packaged up all of our decor. Throughout the day, Amber and Britney kept our timeline flowing and kept my husband's and my needs prioritized throughout the day. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I cannot recommend working with Tiffany enough! We used Tiffany for her day-of services, but it was so much more than that. From the first phone call, Tiffany was extremely responsive and always there to help. She did venue walk-throughs, contacted all of our vendors and kept us on track with all the planning leading up to the wedding and the day of. She made the vision for my wedding day come to life - I walked into my reception and cried over how perfect it was! Tiffany is kind, organized, and SO SO good at what she does. I promise you she is worth every last penny - you cannot get married without her!! I also need to give a shout-out to her team who stayed all the way up until the very end of our wedding day. They were spectacular, and our day was perfect because of all of their hard work!

Where to begin - Tiffany is one of the most hardworking dedicated individuals I have ever met. She embodies the term “no days off” We were fortunate to attend a beautiful wedding she was the coordinator of and knew we had to have her. Her knowledge of wedding planning process helped take all the stress off our shoulders. She was beyond patient - attending what felt like countless vender interviews with us til we found the perfect fit for each category. Then she handled all vendor communications making it super easy for us. She is so personally attached to her clients and events - after dozens of in person meetings and endless text message threads and phone calls, now that the Big Day has come and gone it truly feels like we have gained a new lifelong friend. Going as far as taking time away from her family traveling to Vegas with My Bride and her rowdy bridesmaids to act as their event planner and mother hen / it was a first time Vegas trip for most of the girls and all of them said it will be impossible to top should they ever go back. Our Big Day was 2 weeks ago and we are still receiving feedback abt it being the best wedding guests have ever attended - every small detail was covered and we owe it all to Tiffany Hilgar. If you are not using her you’re doing it wrong - it’s an honor to say she was instrumental in making it the best day of my Life. 7/1/23

Tiffany and her team went above and beyond what we could have expected from a day of coordinator! Her help started well before the wedding day, as she helped with creating timelines and checklists of things we needed to complete. She helped set up and run the rehearsal, so that we all felt comfortable with how the ceremony would run. On the day of the wedding, her and her team not only made sure our space looked beautiful and was set exactly how we wanted it, but she also kept everything running on time. At the end of the night, her team helped pack up all of our decor neatly so it was ready for us to pack right into our cars the next morning. She made sure the day flowed smoothly and on schedule, so that my fiance and I could truly enjoy our wedding!

We worked with Tiffany for about 16 months on our wedding from Feb 2022 to May 2023. Tiffany was able to understand what we wanted and execute on it while dealing with the brunt of comms with our vendors in a professional manner. She was an absolute delight to work with for all those months but she stepped up her game even more the week of the wedding. Unfortunately we had some vendors which caused issues the last month of the wedding, one of which made the wedding setup in the last few days a headache, luckily we had Tiffany and she handled everything perfectly, she shouldered the stress and craziness of the day of and the few days before very well. Tiffany was well worth her fees and we would hire her again in an instant, highly recommend her for any couples looking to throw a fun and fashionable wedding.

We had such a great experience working with Tiffany and her team for our 5.7.23 wedding! We first met one of her team members, Amber, at a local bridal show. They had a beautiful display that gave me a glimpse of what they can put together. We booked her day of planning package, which met all of my planning support needs and worked with our budget. I was so relieved to find her! Tiffany was very communicative and supportive. I trusted her completely, and she nailed it. She was able to communicate with my vendors the week of the wedding, organize delivery and set up of decor, hand out vendor tips, manage the timeline, and so much more! I did not have to worry about a thing and could fully enjoy my wedding day because of Tiffany and her team. She will absolutely be a great addition to anyone's wedding team!

Tiffany and her team were amazing through the whole process. I loved her check list she had in the planning stage. Also loved the check in calls to stay on top of everything. She thought of a lot of things I didnt even think of. It was a huge help to stay orgaznied. I knew she was always just a phone call/ text away if I needed anything. My husband and I were blown away by our experience with Tiffany and Design. Wedding planning can be so stressful, and there is so much you don’t know about this process. I can’t even begin to explain how thorough and organized Tiffany is in her approach, and how easy she made it feel; not to mention how beautiful and seamless our wedding ended up being. Tiffany prepared a very detailed checklist and day-of-timeline to ensure everything went off without a hitch, and she genuinely wanted us to have the best day of our lives, which is so important. We're so pleased with the work of Tiffany and her team for our New Year's Eve wedding. We were in touch with Tiffany whenever we needed her and especially during the month of the wedding. Being from out of town (wedding was in Pittsburgh and we live in Maryland) it was amazing to have a planner who could recommend local vendors, take care of all the table decorations (including ordering them), genuinely knew everyone in the wedding circuit, gave us examples of wedding programs, FAQs, and set up our timeline, contacts, etc. I am very confident that our wedding wouldn't have been as relaxing as it was had we not included Tiffany and her team. We'd dropped off items in the hotel and her team got all the tables set up, took everything down, and made it easy for us to get the boxed items to our car. Everything looked amazing and she got along with all of our vendors, and integrated our inspiration into building our big day. Tiffany was an absolute dream of a wedding coordinator! I hired her for day of wedding coordination services, but Tiffany went above and beyond the months leading up to our wedding to make sure I felt comfortable and confident that the wedding day would run smoothly. In particular, I was really nervous about the timeline because I was getting married at a church at a 1:00 ceremony and having the reception at a separate venue. Tiffany designed planning documents and checklists that I was able to complete with her to ease any of my worries related to logistics, ensure I wasn’t forgetting any small details, and helped me feel so much more organized and confident going into the wedding weekend. She also went out of her way to do a venue walkthrough ahead of time and get on countless calls with me to really understand what mattered most to me and what my vision for the day was. Tiffany is so kind, so helpful, and truly a gem to work with!

We recently hired Tiffany and Amber for our October 1, 2022 wedding and they absolutely brought our reception vision to life! They assembled all our centerpieces (which was a huge task), put out all our decor, moved signs from the church to the reception, and set up our cookie table and replenished it throughout the night. They even set up our Chick-fil-A catered lunch, tore everything down at the end of the night and passed out tips to our vendors for us. They kept us on time throughout the day and even brought us drinks at the reception. If you are looking for a day of planner, we highly recommend Tiffany and her team! We couldn't be happier with all their hard work!

Tiffany took an ENORMOUS amount of pressure off my husband and I as we were planning our wedding. She was always there answering any questions we had, contacting vendors who I was having difficulty with, problem solving, and on the day of making sure everything was running smoothly. She set up our decor, made sure everyone was on schedule, and helped us with anything we needed both before and during our day. Our wedding day went very smoothly thanks to Tiffany's planning. She made us a timeline that gave us time to enjoy our day and not feel rushed. Our vendors all received this timeline and they executed everything perfectly because of it and Tiffany's excellent communication. Wedding in July 2022 We decided to find a day-of-coordinator about a month out and Tiffany was recommended to us from a company that didn't have any availability left. We're so thankful that she was able to jump in. She helped with making sure we had everything ready in the month leading up to the wedding, and she kept our wedding running smoothly, even for little things like when a glass broke on the dance floor or when we needed bandaids for uncomfortable shoes.

Tiffany was the BEST! I felt like I was so disorganized in the last few days leading up to my wedding and felt like I was going to leave her confused and unable to set up our event. We had none of our signage ready until the day OF THE EVENT and our greenery for tables finally showed up at 8pm the night before (both were vendors that I dealt with, not her). I was a stressed mess and Tiffany was so calm and set it up exactly as we envisioned it, even when she had to get a little creative because of my lack of explicit instructions. I would (and have) recommended her in a heartbeat to other couples!

My best advice to brides whether you’re recently engaged, or a few months in and starting to feel a little overwhelmed, is to book Tiffany and Design right away. Tiffany and her team are worth their weight in gold!! I booked with Tiffany for month-of wedding coordination and she went above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect. She and her team helped with all my vendor meetings; answered every call/text/email from both me and my mom; organized a gorgeous cookie table with over 300 dozen cookies; and she executed on an incredible day for me in spite of a parade going through downtown where my wedding was. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. Tiffany and Design is truly amazing!!!

I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Tiffany! She was absolutely perfect to work with and I could not recommend her more. My husband and I got the month of coordinator package and it was well worth it. The price was very reasonable and I would pay it again without hesitation. Tiffany was on top of everything; she always made herself available, communicated with all of our vendors to make sure they were always on the same page, and had everyone in the right places on the day of the wedding. Additionally, she was only supposed to stay until 9pm, but so graciously stayed until the end of the reception, which was 10:30pm, and helped clean everything up. Lastly, before the wedding, I was not very well versed in the details that accompanied planning. I had many questions, including ceremony details and day of order of events, and Tiffany provided very helpful guidance without trying to persuade or push anything. Tiffany made our lives so much easier and made sure that we had the perfect day. We are very thankful for everything that she did!

If you want your day to look and go flawlessly, look no further! I was struggling with making a timeline for when to set up everything and when to get myself ready so I decided having someone to do it for us would be the best option. I heard of Tiffany and design from a friend. After talking with Tiffany I booked, and I am so glad I did! I could focus on having fun and getting ready instead of worrying how I’d get it all done. Everything was beautiful and more than I could have ever hoped for!

I am so glad that I chose to use Tiffany for my wedding day! I was so stressed about this being my perfect day, but when I found Tiffany and Design, I was actually about to relax and enjoy myself (which is what you’re supposed to do, but not many brides are able to have this luxury). She’s super personable and also very professional. Not only was she punctual, but even early which really helped to calm my nerves. Don’t hesitate to hire this company, a little bit of money will really make this the best day of your life!

Hi! I'm Tiffany, the owner and founder of Tiffany and Design. I LOVE weddings and all that comes along with the planning process, so yes this is my DREAM job! I grew up and lived in Pittsburgh my whole life which has really impacted my love for the Pittsburgh Wedding Community. My husband and I got married while he was in the Marine Corp and that is really when my love for wedding coordination and design really took off. I eventually began working in the wedding industry and now I own my own business and I couldn't be any happier!
