Tiffany and her team exceeded my expectations for my wedding! To start off, I was hesitant to even hire a wedding coordinator since I was planning for a very small and intimate wedding thinking I could do it all on my own with help from family and friends the day of the wedding. I was wrong! Looking back on my wedding day there are two things I’ve learned: 1) Regardless the size of the party, details matter! 2) Family and friends are there to enjoy the wedding (especially if alcohol is involved!) so you cannot count on them to work on your wedding day. Thankfully, I decided to hire Tiffany and her team which was the best wedding decision I ever made!!! I had the pleasure to work with Tiffany and her staff Allison and Diane who were all so sweet and professional at all times. Tiffany helped me throughout the planning process by joining me during meetings with the many different vendors and she brought up the littlest details that I would not even think to ask about if I did it all on my own. These little details were actually very important in the planning process that made my wedding day so seamless! During the planning process, Tiffany was always available when I had questions or needed feedback and most importantly, she kept my wedding plans/details very organized and made sure I stayed on top of everything. The wedding day was seriously the best day of my life and my husband and I talk about our wedding every single day and how PERFECT it was!!! I have to give full credit to Tiffany and her team Allison and Diane. From dealing with my guests and the many different vendors to setting up and taking down the decorations/signage I had provided them. Everything I discussed regarding my vision for the wedding, they delivered. My wedding day turned out better than I ever imagined! Allison and Diane were readily available any time I had a question and they kept my wedding day timeline on track! I seriously did not have to worry about a single thing!!! If I had to do this all over again, hiring Tiffany and her team Allison and Diane would be the first thing on my list!!! I highly recommend TiffanyKayEvents!

Tiffany just helped me plan an amazing wedding with 200+ guests invited (140 attended) in 6 months! She offered several package options that fit my budget, kept me on track, gave me simple "to do" lists - found my awesome photographer, hair/makeup team, DJ, and other items needed for the reception, and so much more. I can't say enough amazing things about how she handled family dynamics, guests' needs, and worked amazingly with all my chosen vendors - she even responded to my random text message questions between our meetings because I was totally clueless about how to make things come together. Tiffany isn't just my wedding planner/coordinator, but she's become a new "best friend" by showing me how much she truly cared about making all my wishes come true - even the ones I didn't know I had! Tiffany was so amazing for our wedding. She works with you every step of the way. She goes above and beyond what is expected, and does it with a smile! She’s very transparent and clear on everything. She communicates with you right away when you need her and is genuinely there for you. She is open to everything that you propose, but gives helpful advice and feedback about certain things, which we found to be very helpful. She’s one of your biggest cheerleaders and you’ll feel like you’re friends with her by the time the process is done. My favorite part about her was that how organized and on top of things she is. We just got married last weekend and booked Tiffany for the month coordination. Her and the team did such a wonderful job and everything came out beautifully. Even though we booked only for the month she went above and beyond and went to our venue meetings months before and asked the questions we didn't even think of. As a former event planner, I was worried about finding a coordinator who I could trust to carry out all the unique pieces we wanted as part of our wedding. However, after seeing Tiffany in action at my sister’s wedding a few years ago and doing an initial interview with her when I became engaged, I knew she would be a good fit. She was excited to hear our plans and wanted to help it come to life. During the planning process, Tiffany was very detail oriented, asking about logistics we had overlooked and providing recommendations to help with flow. We were having delivery issues the week of the wedding and Tiffany stayed on top of it until everything arrived safely. The day before and morning of our wedding, Tiffany and her team did a great job setting up all the decor the way we envisioned. Everything moved along seamlessly, even when there had to be some schedule adjustments (as there tend to be during ANY event). If there were any issues, my husband and I didn’t hear about them - which is definitely what you want when you should only be focused on enjoying your special day with your loved ones. Tiffany is wonderful! She pays amazing attention to detail and makes you feel heard. She's professional but very personable, like a girlfriend you'd run to for advice and be happy that you asked. IF YOU ARE READING REVIEWS AND HERE TO GET A SIGN FROM THE UNIVERSE WHO TO HIRE AS A COORDINATOR, THIS IS YOUR SIGN! I was hesitant to get a WP in the beggining. At that point we invited almost 180 guests. I was literally crying because I felt like I had so much stuff to do. We were 7 mos away to meet our day of coordinator and I felt helpless plus the fact that my entourage are all busy working. I was browsing my IG story one night and saw Tiffany's reel about the difference between a Wedding Coordinator and the day of Coordinator. (mind you, I wasn't planning to get a WC and Tiff and I weren't friends on IG) I checked her IG profile and learned a lot! I think I messaged her or sent her an email pretty late at night the same day and still managed to respond quickly. Tiffany will not pressure you to change anything in your vision. She does it in a way where she bases it from her experience. it's not just an opinion but the reality. Tiffany helped me a lot as a bride to get my courage out to tell the vendors what I truly feel and be direct to them because we hired the vendors for a reason. She bolstered my confidence whenever I feel off with something. I don't think I would have the most beautiful flowers if Tiff didn't guide me how to talk to my florist and say what I want. I created a seat chart on wine bottles and bought some aesthetics and my husband and I just dont know how to put them all together. So this part is for her assistant Diane. Albert and I fell in love with what you did to the Welcome table and seat chart.. Your creativity just touched our hearts because Tiffany knows how important to us those are. The Elephant and the Coffee Grinder were showcased. Thank you Diane! Tiffany also went above and beyond when I realized I don't have the garter on the day of the wedding. Rushed to party city without hesitation and got our garter.. She knew that I've been bragging about our dessert, and I was so upset when I didn't get to try it until we went back to hotel and found out she prepared a to go box for us! The flow of our wedding went smoothly. And when I said smoothly, it meant nothing stressed me out. It just went by really fast and fun. I was not interrupted neither my husband al lthroughout the wedding. I was a Bridechilla the whole time And I know it's because of her sense of urgency and communication with other vendors. She made sure I enjoyed my wedding. I mean our wedding. From day 1, shes been organized and during our meetings she made sure she goes over our timeline and vendors. These are just few things to prove that Tiffany is a very detail oriented coordinator. She remembers everything. She will assure you that your wedding will be beautiful. Calms you down when you're stressing out. Supports you in your wedding vision. Teaches you how to just say what you want and if you still can't, she will always be there to jump in and ready to be your voice. I'm going to miss planning with Tiffany for sure.

Y’all. Y’ALL!!! From the moment I originally spoke with Tiffany regarding our out of the box colorful wedding she immediately made me feel taken care of and understood. I had interviewed several other wedding planners ( being an event planner myself, I was rather picky) and knew right away, Tiffany was my gal. She is SO easy to work with and attentive to my ever ridiculous request, even just helping me make a decision ( brides you know what I mean). From our bi- weekly meetings leading to weekly meetings she was there every step of the way to make my vision come to life. We had many hiccups/disasters along the way with vendors and she always remained calm, cool, collected, and ready to get the job done no matter what. When it came time for the big day, I didn’t worry about anything because EVERYTHING, and I mean everything down to the tiniest detail, was already taken care of. She consistently checked in with me making sure I was doing well and had what I needed. She worked flawlessly with our many vendors to make sure our timeline was being followed. By the time our wedding was over I looked at my new husband and said “ Nothing when wrong!? Something always goes wrong at events. This is a miracle!”. But it wasn’t a miracle, it was Tiffany and her team. I could ramble for days about Tiff+team but I’ll leave you with this- if you’re reading this, you’ve found your gal! Love you Tiffany!

A very professional and efficient coordination team. Tiffany shared her experiences and knowledge with every encounter, including but not limited to, emails, text messages and weekly zoom meetings up until the day of the wedding. Tiffany and Chris jumped into action as some decorations and another reception related items were not completed by day of to ensure all was taken cared of and ready by the reception. With TKE team backing myself, my husband and the rest of our bridal party, the wedding and reception was perfect. We still continue to receive compliments almost a week after.

Where do I Start!? I originally contacted Tiffany back in 2019 for our Indian wedding in June 2020. She was incredibly friendly and we vibed with her very well. Unfortunately, Covid hit the world which pushed our plans back. We decided to have a small Backyard wedding and have a larger event the following year. Tiffany was incredibly understanding of all these changes. She allowed us to work with her through the following 2.5 years until we finally had our large event in December 2021. Everything went incredibly smooth. We have no idea how we wouldve gotten through all events, especially our Reception, without her. She was always on top of contacting the vendors, She was always there on time. The only downfall I would be able to point out is having to leave meetings early at times, which is completely understandable as kids should always be one's #1 priority. Within these 3 years of planning with Tiffany, not only did she help us have a wonderful, fairytail wedding, but my husband and I also gained a dear friend.
