he day of and then not being able to enjoy our wedding. So when one of the groomsmen told me his sister recently hired Tiffany's team, we contacted her right away. She started meeting up with us six weeks before the wedding in weekly intervals and gave us a very detailed timeline that we all worked on together leading up to the wedding. There were many details we didn't know about that she pointed out to us which was very much appreciated. Her communication was great, she was always prompt in responding to us. The day of, we didn't need to think about anything and she guided us throughout the schedule. Our guests said the wedding was great!

iffany helped us assemble what felt like The Avengers of vendor teams and coordinated with them to give us the best day of our lives. She was a joy to work with, was extremely responsive and helped us dream even bigger than we thought we could. We chose to have our wedding in my wife's childhood backyard, and have the theme Studio 54/Surreal Disco. This required a lot of out of the box thinking and Tiffany was the ideal person to be put in charge of our unique event. Not only did she come up with great disco decor ideas but helped the maid of honor coordinate a dance number with both our mom's in ABBA costumes. We were shocked because we were invested in every little detail of our wedding, but she was able to sneak the dance past us! We loved working with Tiffany during the planning process, the real joy was the day of the Wedding. Tiffany had everything so under control that we didn't worry about a thing! and enjoy my wedding to the fullest. Being a corporate Event Planner myself, it's hard for me to let go or turn off that part of my brain but Tiffany made it easy and I trusted her completely. Leading up to our big day, Tiffany had weekly meetings with us to review our timeline, to-do's, and offered her expertise with questions that came up. She was honest and professional but also gave us a preview of her fun and adaptive personality which put us at ease. (Having fun was a BIG requirement for us) On rehearsal day, she let our church coordinator lead and explain the ceremony process but paid close attention and made notes quietly. She also took the pew decorations and church ceremony items with her at the end of the night so that we wouldn't have to worry about bringing it back the next morning. She even helped the wedding party put on their boutonnières! On the day of, I can't say for certain what went on behind the scenes or if there were any hiccups at all because Tiffany did such a fantastic job handling EVERYTHING that the entire day was absolutely seamless. Our decorations were taken care of before we even knew it, the guests were all accommodated & guided, the vendors all set-up, gratuities distributed accordingly... etc. She followed our instructions beautifully and pivoted plans when necessary. At the end of the night, she and her team also quickly gathered any items we noted we wanted to take home and got them into the right hands (without bothering my husband and I). Once again, LOVED not needing to direct traffic as that is typically what I have to do in my day job. I cannot express how happy & relieved I was to have Tiffany and her team on my wedding day because it allowed me to enjoy the day without ANY worries and it was the best day of my life thus far. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend TKE!

She anticipated and answered the millions of questions we threw at her with grace and enthusiasm, keeping us on track (as well as she could) to bring the wedding we’ve always dreamed of to life. She made herself available as much as possible even in the midst of peak wedding season which we truly appreciated. Sometimes even a response saying when she’ll get back to us went a long ways to creating a great business relationship, Tiffany did this in spades. During the wedding day, Tiffany and her team flawlessly set up all the decor, in fact, made our Welcome table set up even better (we told her we struggled in this department)! The itinerary timeline was nearly on-time (as most weddings never are) and they did a fantastic job making sure everything was setup and ready to go. She would often check in with us, remind us to take it in, and/or fend off guests (if we needed to eat) with ease, ensuring our guests and ourselves were getting the best experience possible out of the day. Every little detail was accounted for and executed, while still keeping if fun and light, something I would have to be a near impossible task for such big event and important milestone. Looking back on my wedding day there are two things I’ve learned: 1) Regardless the size of the party, details matter! 2) Family and friends are there to enjoy the wedding (especially if alcohol is involved!) so you cannot count on them to work on your wedding day. Thankfully, I decided to hire Tiffany and her team which was the best wedding decision I ever made!!! Tiffany helped me throughout the planning process by joining me during meetings with the many different vendors and she brought up the littlest details that I would not even think to ask about if I did it all on my own. ffany in action at my sister’s wedding a few years ago and doing an initial interview with her when I became engaged, I knew she would be a good fit. She was excited to hear our plans and wanted to help it come to life. During the planning process, Tiffany was very detail oriented, asking about logistics we had overlooked and providing recommendations to help with flow. We were having delivery issues the week of the wedding and Tiffany stayed on top of it until everything arrived safely. The day before and morning of our wedding, Tiffany and her team did a great job setting up all the decor the way we envisioned. Everything moved along seamlessly, even when there had to be some schedule adjustments (as there tend to be during ANY event). If there were any issues, my husband and I didn’t hear about them - which is definitely what you want when you should only be focused on enjoying your special day with your loved ones. invited almost 180 guests. I was literally crying because I felt like I had so much stuff to do. We were 7 mos away to meet our day of coordinator and I felt helpless plus the fact that my entourage are all busy working. I was browsing my IG story one night and saw Tiffany's reel about the difference between a Wedding Coordinator and the day of Coordinator. (mind you, I wasn't planning to get a WC and Tiff and I weren't friends on IG) I checked her IG profile and learned a lot! I think I messaged her or sent her an email pretty late at night the same day and still managed to respond quickly. Tiffany will not pressure you to change anything in your vision. She does it in a way where she bases it from her experience. it's not just an opinion but the reality. Tiffany helped me a lot as a bride to get my courage out to tell the vendors what I truly feel and be direct to them because we hired the vendors for a reason. She bolstered my confidence whenever I feel off with something. I don't think I would have the most beautiful flowers if Tiff didn't guide me how to talk to my florist and say what I want. I created a seat chart on wine bottles and bought some aesthetics and my husband and I just dont know how to put them all together. So this part is for her assistant Diane. Albert and I fell in love with what you did to the Welcome table and seat chart.. Your creativity just touched our hearts because Tiffany knows how important to us those are. The Elephant and the Coffee Grinder were showcased. Thank you Diane! Tiffany also went above and beyond when I realized I don't have the garter on the day of the wedding. Rushed to party city without hesitation and got our garter.. She knew that I've been bragging about our dessert, and I was so upset when I didn't get to try it until we went back to hotel and found out she prepared a to go box for us! The flow of our wedding went smoothly. And when I said smoothly, it meant nothing stressed me out. It just went by really fast and fun. I was not interrupted neither my husband al lthroughout the wedding. I was a Bridechilla the whole time And I know it's because of her sense of urgency and communication with other vendors. She made sure I enjoyed my wedding. I mean our wedding. From day 1, shes been organized and during our meetings she made sure she goes over our timeline and vendors. These are just few things to prove that Tiffany is a very detail oriented coordinator. She remembers everything. She will assure you that your wedding will be beautiful. Calms you down when you're stressing out. Supports you in your wedding vision.
