Hired for my 2022 wedding. Long story short all of our 3 tasting were amazing, but the day of the wedding the food tasted nothing like we tasted. One of our favorite dishes (sweet potato soufflé) was not that. They gave us sweet potato fries with melted marshmallows on top. The chicken marsala and beef tips were dry and there were no gravy on either. The vegetarian option I was told it was going to be an eggplant Parmesan. What my guest got was a eggplant cut in half with no marinade or seasoning and just grilled it on both sides and apparently wasn’t even cooked all the way through and they couldn’t eat it. Can’t forget about how they ran out of salad and plates and cups for coffee and cocktail hour. (P.S. we had less people show up then what we had told them due to last minute cancellations). I emailed the manger and owner because I’ve had so many family and friends complain to us because we raved about the food to everyone and on the day of the wedding they thought we changed caters. I heard back from owner one time and after I emailed back haven’t heard from her since. I’ve had problems with her before not answering so not sure if she is just ignoring or not checking emails.
