He’s also very efficient and knows the best local spots with lighting for the time of year; for example, we only had 30 mins for family portraits and three little kids running around on a beach and he managed to get all the shots we wanted. our prospects immediately sent over pricing packages once the date was confirmed and left it at that, however Tim set up a call for us and we talked upwards of 45 minutes to get to know one another and discuss what our vision was for wedding photos to make sure it would be a good fit. My husband and I do not typically take many photos and felt nervous heading into our engagement shoot, but Tim made us feel comfortable and we spent most of the session laughing and having a great time! We knew we were in great hands, and on our wedding day Tim continued to be just as kind, patient, and friendly– our wedding party had a blast taking photos with him before and after the ceremony! Our engagement and wedding photos were absolutely gorgeous – Tim truly is a professional who is passionate about his work. After sending our gallery out to friends and family we received many messages saying that they were emotional as they looked through the photos (and lots of laugher at the amazing dance floor candids!) and were blown away by how great they turned out. We could not agree more and would recommend Tim to anyone who needs a wedding photographer!

We worked with him for our engagement shoot and he was kind enough to drive to meet us on Cape Cod for the photos. We brought our dog and cat for the first few photos and he perfectly captured both of them. Once they left after the first few minutes, we trusted his vision and creativity completely. He had so many great ideas to use the beach setting in unique ways. We walked out to a sandbar to get some unique shots and he was always looking around trying to find new ways to incorporate the environment fully. We were game to all of his suggestions, and we got some truly beautiful shots because of it. Trust his vision! He is a very nice guy and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera and we were all cracking jokes and having a good time throughout. Walking around with a photographer is not a fully natural experience, but Tim makes it feel comfortable and fun. For our wedding, we worked with Tim and a second shooter, Caroline. They were both fantastic and helped to make us feel completely comfortable and excited in spite of all of the emotions surrounding the day. Tim was able to capture so many beautiful photos of our Newport wedding. He helped us decide on our first look, which I am so glad we did as it put us both at ease for our ceremony. He was able to quickly organize all of our family photos so that we could enjoy some of our cocktail hour mingling with family. The sunset photos he took against the backdrop of Newport, RI are exactly why we chose Tim. Not only are they beautiful photos of us, but this special location to us is on full display as well. We got so many compliments on both our wedding and engagement photos. Many of our friends and family mentioned they look like something out of a magazine, and they do! Thank you Tim, we will cherish these photos forever!

He also made the process of actually receiving/looking at our photos extremely easy (our grandparents had no trouble navigating the site!). Overall, you couldn't ask for more from a photographer. If he left it at that, we would have been completely happy with his business. But Tim was such a wonderful individual, going beyond just the role he was hired for, that I felt compelled to leave this review, even after two whole years have passed since our wedding. He made sure to capture all of the special moments between the people we care most about. He took special consideration for those in our party who needed it, including our elderly and handicapped relatives. To top it all off, he was able to make us laugh and loosen up on one of the busiest days of our lives. It was so pleasurable to have him there, that he felt like one of our guests. Tim and I had one phone conversation prior to the event, and I told him my vision for a first look and ceremony pictures. On the day of the event, we had about 45 minutes until it was about to rain when Tim showed up. We quickly but calmly took pictures along the bluff and in the yard before the rain came. Even though we had never met Tim, he made us feel comfortable and at ease. The pictures from the first look, ceremony, and after are all so beautiful. Highly recommend Tim for your Vineyard wedding!
