Tim was super professional, reliable, and truly listened to us. We had a non-traditional wedding, and music was a huge part of creating the energy we envisioned for the night. Tim ...
totally understood what we wanted and not only played the songs we requested, but brought great additions to the table that totally fit the bill. He kept everyone dancing all night and sensed what the crowd needed to keep them going. He also handled all of our AV (which was somewhat complicated) with absolutely no issues. Hands down recommend Tim!
Tim was the absolute best to work with and kept our guests on their feet all night long! He is skilled in his craft and I highly recommend him.
If I could recommend any one vendor, it would be Tim Martell! Hiring him was 100% the best decision we made for our wedding. He had our friends and family dancing all night long. I...
f you want a lively dance party, Tim is who you want. And to be honest, he's so talented, I bet he could pull off other types of parties too with perfect execution. We saw him DJ a friend's wedding before we hired him. (It was such a blast - we were ready to hire him that day.)
Not only is Tim a talented DJ, he's also so great to work with. He's got a ton of experience and knows what he's doing. I felt so confident leaving decisions to him. He thinks of everything so you don't have to. His prices are reasonable and he can supply all equipment if your venue doesn't have any (for an added fee).
Tim was an EXCEPTIONAL wedding DJ. We really valued his professionalism, his knowledge, and most of all, his skills. The man knows what he is doing. Many of our guests commented on...
how great the DJ was, and he had a few transitions that will stick in my mind... probably forever.
Tim was particularly helpful to us with how he aided in scheduling our celebration, from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, and through the reception. There are so many little details that can be easy to forget, but he walked us through everything we needed, and was patient when we were confused or unsure.
In terms of the music, he gave us exactly what we were hoping for. We created a Spotify playlist with a few hours of our favorite music, as well as a list of "must plays"/"do not plays," and he used those to create the music for the evening. We told him we wanted to dance, and he delivered.
Not really sure what else I can say about DJ Tim Martell. Ours was a 160 person wedding in Brooklyn NY, and he was our best vendor. Hire him, you won't regret it.
Tim truly helped make our wedding night special. He sent a super helpful spreadsheet for us ahead of the wedding to make sure he had all of his announcements ready to go as well as...
asking us for must-play songs and songs to avoid. He can read the room and go with what the crowd wants and people were dancing all night at the wedding!
HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend, like seriously, this will be the GREATEST decision of your wedding! super professional and kind too.
Having been to a few weddings, a DJ can really make ...
or break the night. One major thing to look for in a good DJ is their transitions. Tim's transitions are TOP- TIER, A++. The flow, order, and timing of the songs were so good!
Our crowd was constantly on the dance floor! and raving throughout the night and afterward about how good the DJ was, and how good his transitions were. As the bride, being pulled in lots of directions, all I wanted to do was be on the dance floor. I had fear of missing out when I wasn't on the dance floor.
Tim came highly recommended by our wedding planner!
His responsiveness is amazing and turn around time from giving a playlist/type of music you want to the event day was quick.
He was able to fit in the songs that my guests requested prior and hit the nail on the head by matching the vibes and it really got them on the dance floor.
But just to note, he also gave us this advice: dancing from guests is best paired with the wedding couple that is also on the dance floor.
Not only is Tim a great DJ, he is also a great MC!
Introductions for our bridal party, us, for speeches and pronunciations were seamless. I gave him time stamps of when certain songs needed to end and our first dance song clip and it all went smoothly. No lie, there are some cheesy DJs out there, and Tim is not one of them.
So glad we hired him! You will not regret this!
DJ Tim is awesome! He was very easy to work with and created the perfect playlists for our wedding cocktail hour and reception in Livingston Manor, NY. We explained the vibe we wa...
nted for each event and he got it exactly right. The dance floor was packed all night and our guests are still raving about the music!
Tim is a total pro and brought the music and fun necessary to make our wedding a blast. Everyone thought Tim did an incredible job. He was very communicative and made the process ...
completely stress-free. Hire Tim if you want someone who really knows how to mix tracks and keep the party going - we didn’t want someone who would basically just play a Spotify playlist off an iPhone like many other “DJs” do, and he did not disappoint! Thanks, Tim!
Tim was awesome! We hired him for our reception and couldn’t have been happier. He did an amazing job keeping the energy high. Our guests were dancing all night! He was super commu...
nicative and listened to all our requests. We would definitely recommend to friends and work with him again the future. Thanks Tim!!!
We hired Tim to DJ our wedding after he DJ'd at our friends' wedding a couple years ago. He was amazing then and is amazing now. Tim takes the time to find the exact version and po...
rtion of a song you'd like played at your wedding and keeps the party going by playing songs that appeal to all age groups. Even after the wedding we've heard rave reviews about DJ Tim from friends and family. He was also incredibly flexible, professional, and kind throughout our planning process and on our wedding day.
Professionalism from start to finish
From our first email til' the last song of the night, Tim showed nothing but professionalism, flexibility, and fun. He was recommended to us by...
a close friend and we would do the same by recommending him to others. Go with Tim!
Dancing Guaranteed !
Tim is just amazing. I would recommend him to all my friends and family, and I actually have. He did an incredible job with music choice and had every single ...
one of our guests dancing including the elders. Thank you so much Tim. If we were to get married again you would be the call.

Simply the Best.
We've had the pleasure of seeing Tim in action at a prior wedding and we're so glad we did! He did a great job in balancing what my husband and I felt was importa...
nt while making helpful suggestions along the way.
Tim went over every detail and was super responsive & accommodating throughout the process.
One thing that was really important to us was the reception playlist and Tim did not disappoint! He gave us a bunch of recommendations and sample playlists that were super helpful. The music was really custom tailored to our taste as well as playing along with the feel of the crowd.
Overall it was magical and would highly recommend! Thanks again.

Went far ABOVE our expectations. We were referred to Tim by one of our close friends. To say our wedding was a non-stop dance party would be an understatement. Tim was professional...
and extremely easy to work with. He recommended music and also made sure we heard our favorites. 10 years later and our wedding guests still talk about the music at our wedding. Book Tim and thank yourself later.
