looking for. The location alone sold us -- the view of the ocean from the reception room upstairs is absolutely stunning. From day 1, the events team were all so nice to work with -- and since we didn't have a wedding planner, selecting a venue with a day of coordinator was incredibly important to us. Libby was attentive and present throughout the night -- she had a plate of food from cocktail hour and a signature drink for each of us waiting in the bridal suite when we arrived, checked in to make sure we got dinner, and made the night flow so effortlessly according to our timeline. Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was, and also how great the entire staff was during the night! I will say that we had 120 guests and honestly I feel like any more than that might have felt cramped. Still, I cannot recommend Tim McLoone's enough!

She was so kind, informative and accommodating! The attentiveness of Vicky, coupled with the unique space and beachfront location, had us sold on choosing McLoone’s as our venue. Throughout the planning process, Aly, Vicky and Libby were so responsive, helpful and professional. As we got closer to our wedding day, we had a lot of questions about décor and room setup, and they were so helpful, patient and offered suggestions based on their experience. We were able to drop off the decorations the day before our reception. Having the coordinators and team set everything up for us was super helpful. The team decorated the room beautifully, and it looked better than I could have imagined! The food was DELICIOUS, and so many guests raved about it after the event. The bartenders, staff, and coordinators were attentive throughout the night. We highly recommend McLoone’s Supper Club! We could not have asked for a better team and venue—everything was perfect.

right on the Asbury Park boardwalk next to the iconic Convention Hall. It has an amazing view of the beach, which our guests got to enjoy from the rooftop deck during cocktail hour. The layout of the space was just right for our smallish reception (110 guests) where it never felt too crowded, but always lively. We utilized the stage area for our band and there was ample bar space and staff so there were never waits for drinks. We loved the food and the team was flexible in helping us customize the menu package to fit what we were looking for at each stage in the night (passed hors-d'oeuvres, main course, late night stations). We wanted our wedding to feel more like a big party so we did not have a seated dinner. The way Mcloone's was able to accommodate a non-traditional wedding run of show was excellent. Everything went off seamlessly. The Events Team - Victoria, Alyssa & Libby - was so helpful and responsive. They made the whole planning process painless. We cannot recommend McLoone's enough!

honestly, they made the transition to an indoor wedding so easy that we weren’t even sad that we couldn’t be on the beach. Everything was perfect. The food was incredible, the venue is beautiful, and all of our guests were blown away! As a bride with Celiac, I can say that they were incredibly accommodating and proactive with allergens and made sure I could have the same options as everyone else. We had a brunch wedding and it was the best decision we could have made. Not only was it reasonably priced, but it was unique and so fun! We cannot recommend Tim McLoone’s enough!!! We heard so many complements from our guests about the food. 4. They also made sure we ate. It's such a busy day and you're running around like a lunatic, and I swore that I would eat my food and cake, and I sure did. They even packed up any leftovers we had. The space is cozy, intimate and all around fun, I could not recommend the Supper Club more.

I didn’t think they could be more amazing … until the actual day or my wedding. They were by my side the entire day and coordinated the entire night to run one thousand percent perfectly. Words can’t express how grateful I am to them. I was overwhelmed in planning a wedding and they took all the pressure off of me and made our wedding day the most beautiful day of ours lives. In addition , everyone who attended our wedding keeps RAVING about all of the amazing food and venue!!! We keep getting the same feedback “that place was absolutely amazing and beautiful and the food was the best we ever had at a wedding.” THE BEST FOOD. Tim mcloones has the views, the beach ceremony, the decor and the best food!! An extra bonus is you get Alyssa and Victoria as event directors. What else could you possibly need or want in a venue ?? BEST NIGHT OF OUR LIVES! Best decision we ever made!!

, it was spectacular. As soon as I walked down the aisle, it started raining and Alyssa and Victoria quickly moved our cocktail hour inside. The views are amazing on each side and our guests raved about the food. We also had a live band that made the space even more fun. I chose to have food stations by the entrance rather than the middle of the floor and I felt that really opened up the space for dancing and mingling by the bar more. I also have a million food allergies and they accommodated me on almost every meal so I was to enjoy food. I had a wedding of 100 and it was the perfect size. We hope more people enjoy the venue as much as we did!

When the wedding weekend arrived, we were able to drop off all of our decor the day before and the process of checking it all in was smooth and efficient. On the big day, we were about 30 minutes away from the beach ceremony when Hurricane Ida blew into town. The transition from beach to indoor ceremony was FLAWLESS, and it was so beautiful and intimate inside that we didn't even care we weren't on the beach! Our friends and family all told us later that watching them switch gears so quickly was so professional and impressive. The food received rave reviews from all of our guests, the cake was delicious, and we were 100% right in adding on some late-night snacks to wrap the night up. The entire night was perfect. The next morning we went back for all of our decor, which was carefully packed up for us by the staff. There is not a thing we would change about our day (even Ida!), and we could not recommend Tim McLoone's any more highly! Thank you Victoria, Alyssa, and Tim McLoone's!

ays answered all of our questions very quickly, showed so much interest and excitement for our day throughout the planning process, and we're extremely supportive when we made the difficult decision to postpone from 2020 to 2021 due to Covid. Victoria and Alyssa frequently checked in with us, offered support, and made our wedding vision come to life. Honestly, everything was better than we could have ever imagined it. Our guests still talk about how delicious the food was and how great the service was throughout the entire evening. Also, this space is so unique with the most beautiful views of the ocean and Asbury Park. The team made sure that we all had the very best and most memorable night.

They worked with all of our vendors well and we did very little to coordinate between them. On our wedding day we were blown away with how the beach ceremony and reception looked. A great feature of this venue is the view during the cocktail hour, which overlooks the beach and was at the perfect sunset time. We had our own bridal suite during the reception where we could get away from the crown to eat or enjoy a moment to ourselves. Alyssa was very attentive to our needs during the ceremony. If I had to do it all over, no doubt I would pick this vendor again.

DeSantis, the incredible coordinator, we knew we had to choose them, because she was so wonderful to work with and so accommodating. Vickie, Alyssa, and the team at McLoones made our entire wedding process, including postponing our date due to COVID-19, incredibly easy and as stress-free as possible. They also made our wedding day itself incredibly magical, despite some not great weather that caused cocktail hour to be moved inside. The food was delicious—our family and friends are still raving about the appetizers and their dinners a week later, and the bartenders and servers were incredibly attentive and accommodating. (Shout out to Kevin for making sure that my husband and I got our favorite appetizers and drinks!) The staff also decorated the venue beautifully. The venue itself is so unique, with its circular shape, that it made us feel close to everyone who was there. We also had a live band and their built-in stage and dance floor were just perfect for dancing the night away. I can’t thank Vickie enough for making our reception so perfect. I would recommend working with her and McLoones to anyone.

For example, she took the time to make sure the flower girls/ring bearer were comfortable walking down the aisle in front of everyone with a little pep talk on how important/special their job was. Having our wedding at Tim McLoone's was one of the best decisions we made and we wouldn't have changed a thing. The food was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Our guests raved about the food the entire night and couldn't get enough of the views inside the venue. It was spacious throughout the entire evening - plenty of room for everyone to dance, drink, move around & mingle, and grab food from the buffet style dinner we had. I mentioned to Vikkie that I am the least creative person and had an idea of how I wanted the room to be set up but trusted her to use her discretion on where decorations would look best. I am so glad I did that! She decorated the room better than anything I imagined (and better than what I would have done); she made sure every piece of decoration I gave her was used and placed in the perfect spot. The service/servers throughout the entire night were exceptional and professional. Each server made sure each guest was well taken care of and they made sure we had drinks throughout the entire night. Vikkie made sure we ate as well and checked up on us throughout the night to see if we wanted her to make us a plate of food. Tim McLoone's checks all the boxes for a wedding venue down by the shore; they are professional, offer extraordinary service, cook amazing food and invest their time & energy to make sure you have the perfect wedding day at their venue. s that our wedding was basically flawless. I can't tell you just how hard Vicky and Samantha work to ensure everything is just right for your wedding day. These ladies have their hands more than full, and they are completely professional, no matter the situation. Here's an example of how far they go to make things perfect for you: We had bought a large poster-size sign to place at the entrance of the reception hall to put on an easel. To my dismay upon arrival at the venue to drop everything off, I discovered the poster frame was defective and it wouldn't stay together. So what happened? Victoria laid the poster on the floor, got a hammer and fixed it! Bam! That's just one small example of how everyone went above and beyond for us. From our first inquiry email the year before to the final follow-ups afterwards, these ladies are on top of everything, extremely helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Samantha, our day-of coordinator, and to Lexi, who assisted me on the day-of. Big shout out to the chef, as well (those potatoes!). Thank you, thank you from Maddy and myself!

The restaurant took care of the setup for us, which was a huge relief and worked with our timeline for dropping off and picking up our decorations. We didn't even need to do much to decorate the reception room since the room is already so nice and the views are beautiful. The food and cake were so good and we got a ton of compliments. I recommend Tim McLoone's to anyone!

We chose the beach wedding, knowing there was always the threat that rain could force our event inside. So when the big day came I was nervous if my vision would be the way I imagined it. All I could say when I walked in to the room was WOW, my breath was truly taken away. Victoria had the room set up even better than I had envisioned. It was romantic, elegant and simply beautiful! All the staff were amazing to work with, they were right there when needed and quick to respond with any questions we had. The bartenders were quick with making cocktails, the bar was always kept clean. Everyone was super friendly and very attentive. Now on to the food, our guests were blown away with how delicious everything was. The food was one of the main reasons we picked McLoones, because it’s cooked to order and not prepared hours before like your typical banquet hall meals. There was not one complaint with our selection. We chose the Gone With the Wind package, from cocktail hour through dinner our guests raved about how wonderful the food was, that there was so much and so many delicious choices. If you are looking for an intimate wedding space, from the ceremony to reception you can’t go wrong with Tim McLoones Supper Club. We had 107 people and there was plenty of room. Our ceremony was inside, right at the stage with pretty starry lights behind us, cocktail hour was out on the balcony which gave our guests the chance to enjoy not only the ocean view but the soothing sound of the waves. The dance floor is large and there is plenty of seating. It’s an amazing venue... you won’t be disappointed. We look forward to going back. The amazing, breath taking ocean views from inside and from the wrap around balcony extended the space and made it magical. We had a custom Romeo&Juliet cocktail style reception and the food was so delicious! The bartenders were quick, efficient and added to the fun! The rest of their staff were equally as professional, helpful and really made our day perfect! All of our guests have been reaching out to tell us how wonderful, fun and beautiful our wedding was. ar that there are numerous events in the space on a daily basis, but we never felt it. Ours was top priority, as I'm certain all events are at McCloone's! I should also mention: they were great about organizing certain details which were important to our queer wedding, like all-gender restrooms and referring to our wedding party as posse, etc. We felt we were in an inclusive space from the start, which unfortunately wasn't the case with all the spaces we visited in our search for a venue. Because of a particularly choppy sea, Samantha made sure that the setup on the beach was perfect for the ceremony. One of the reasons we were first attracted to McCloone's was because the venue organizes all the details for beach ceremonies, i.e. permits, seating, etc, in addition to reception details. The space indoors looked even more beautiful than we imagined. The napkins in our wedding colors were incredibly elegant with the buffet menu in each, plus the beautiful blue sky and oceanfront on view from inside was glorious! Everyone raved about how delicious the food was, not to mention the kindness and stellar service by the whole wait and bar staff. Overall, it was an incredible day and we are grateful to McCloone's (particularly Samantha and Victoria) for helping make it so! We can't recommend them enough.

They are detail oriented, quick at responding, and an absolute blast to work with. I was honestly sad once the planning and big day was over...I'd love to have another event to plan there so I could work with them again. The venue itself is gorgeous, albeit nontraditional (which was what we wanted). It flows easily, you can arrange the tables/chairs in a variety of ways, and there are plenty of areas to duck into if guests want some quieter conversations. The food was AMAZING; I am still hearing rave reviews about that. The bar was well staffed and efficient. All of the servers were incredibly friendly and attentive. I was skeptical about McLoone's partnering with a local bakery for the cake, but I was NOT disappointed. It was delicious (and I will write a separate review for them: Chocolate Carousel). Victoria and Samantha, plus the rest of the McLoone's staff, are a pleasure to work with and I'd do it all over again with them. No question.

Vickie were beyong amazing to work with. Easy and fast communication. They answered all of my questions and handled all of my concerns. I had nothing to worry about on the day of my wedding (except for the crazy weather). They were so accommodating and helpful. It definitely made planning my huge day so much easier. Once we walked in, we knew it was the perfect place to set the scene for the best day of our lives. Between the 360 degree panoramic windows, fun supper club feel, boardwalk location, and view of the ocean, we knew it was for us. Vikkie, the events director, is an absolute saint! She is so sweet, helpful, accommodating and just simply wonderful and made the planning process an absolute breeze. They provide so many wedding packages, as well as wedding enhancements, to ensure that you will have everything you’d ever want or need for your wedding day. The food is INCREDIBLE! So many of our guests made it a point to come up to us, whether during or after the wedding, to let us know that all the food they had throughout the evening, whether it was cocktail hour, the sit down dinner, or dessert, was fantastic and that the service was impeccable. Another amazing aspect of the venue that most people don’t think about when booking a venue is its size. We had 120 guests and the maximum capacity I believe is somewhere in the ballpark of 150 – this meant that the venue wasn’t so big where even though there were tons of people it still felt empty, and wasn’t so small where it would feel like everyone was squished into a space. I’ve been to weddings where even though there are 250 guests, the space is SO big that it felt like no one was on the dance floor, etc., and with Tim McLoone’s, you will not have that feeling at any point and instead feel like the dance floor is full and vivacious at all times. The cherry on top to going with this venue for our wedding is that it’s somewhere we can visit and grab dinner on a regular day and a place we’ll pass by every time we go down to the beach in Asbury. Most people don’t get to go back to their wedding venue unless they go to another wedding there, but here, you can go back any time to relive the best night of your life. In fact, we plan on going back for dinner on our one year anniversary! Thank you so much to Vikkie and the rest of the team for helping us make our dreams come true!

Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was (we agree!!) and many commented that it was the best wedding food that they have ever had. We were planning our wedding from out of town and their flexibility with the tasting, walk-though, and week of items to do was so very much appreciated. We plan for this to be our only wedding in our lifetime :-), but wish that we could do it all over again, just to re-live the day here. Their attention to detail and personal touches, on top of everything else already mentioned, will definitely lead us to recommend the Supper Club to anyone else looking for a perfect beach wedding venue!

We filled the space with 150 guests, and although it was definitely full, it never felt overly crowded, even with having the photobooth to the side. The room felt like an amazing party the entire night with everyone able to see and feel like they were a part of all aspects, from first dance to toasts- we had everyone up and dancing the whole time. Given the size of our group we were concerned the food may not be as good as it was at the tasting, and I have to say they surpassed every expectation- it was absolutely amazing! The staff did a great job handling the crowd and making sure my Husband and I had an amazing time. We couldn't have picked a better venue. Looking back there isn't a single thing I would have changed- Vikkie and Sam really made it all happen!! We are not big planners so it was so great knowing if there was something we were missing they would let us know. We also have to give a shout out to our bartender Will and his great specialty cocktail!! Thank you again to all of the staff at McCloone's, we really had the most amazing night ever :D
