My husband and I got married last Saturday August 8th and we have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Timber Banks! They were all so helpful and efficient through the whole Wedding planning process, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smooth. Their desire to help create such a magical time for you is truly their intent and they succeeded. An absolutely beautiful venue that was specific to the taste of my husband and I and we will cherish the memory forever. We highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding here in September and everything was absolutely perfect! From the second we toured the venue, we were sold. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, but the staff is so helpful and so accommodating - they truly do it all. We had the pleasure of working with Ryan, who was our event coordinator, and he is the best! Planning a wedding can be stressful and feel overwhelming, but Ryan made the process so easy and stress free - we would have been lost without him! From the rehearsal dinner, to the guesthouses on site, to the ceremony and reception - we cannot recommend Timber Banks enough for anyone in search of a wedding venue! They are amazing at what they do and the place is beautiful!

Timber Banks Wedding and Banquet Center is a stunning wedding venue in Baldwinsville, NY. You can find the emerald greens of the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course by the banks of the beautiful Seneca River, providing an amazing setting for couples and golf aficionados alike. The management of this property invites you to this magnificent locale and to make it your own as a backdrop to which your milestone day may unfold. Timber Banks Wedding and Banquet Center is a family-owned and operated business. The owners purchased the property in 2019 with a plan to develop housing. Considering the existing golf course, these entrepreneurs decided to create something different and something quite special. Their focus was on the creation of a premier clubhouse and making this a premier destination for accommodating events. The clubhouse and golf course were later joined by a marina and a restaurant. Persimmons Restaurant added a taste of fusion dining for guests while the marina made a serene retreat for visitors and boaters on the Seneca River. These premises form a hub for the local community and one where you can make your own cherished memories. You can wed at the waterside gazebo from May to September for a remarkable ceremony site. The Grand Ballroom can host up to 330 people for a stunning reception. Its 22-foot-high ceilings and timber beams, along with the fireplaces and private deck, will make an impression on all visitors. Ceremonies on-site benefit from the use of a bridal suite, while receptions enjoy planning, catering, and bar services such as customized floor plans, menus, and packages. The venue has an inventory of rental items, such as a dance floor, tables, linens, chairs, stemware, and flatware. When we had a minor issue with a vendor, she stepped in immediately and handled it with such professionalism that we didn’t even have to stress. The venue itself is stunning. The bridal suite was gorgeous and gave us the perfect place to relax and get ready. The decor setup was flawless, and the takedown at the end of the night was so seamless—we truly didn’t have to lift a finger. It allowed us to enjoy every single moment with our guests. And the food? Absolutely amazing. Our guests are still raving about it! We can’t thank Timber Banks and Jordan enough for making our day so special. Ryan was extremely communicative and organized throughout the planning process. He made it such an enjoyable experience! He was there every step of the way to answer any and all questions. Ryan also went out of his way to fulfill any requests that we had for our special day (My husband wanted a specific beer on tap, and Ryan made it happen!). On the day of the wedding, Ryan was there to make sure the day went according to plan. He was on top of every detail for the entire day. There was not one detail left out or that was not up to par. As a type A girl who spent every night scrolling TikTok and Pinterest the year leading up to our wedding I had soo many ideas I wanted to incorporate and had a strong vision of what I wanted our day to look like. Jordan, our event coordinator, made the whole wedding planning process nearly effortless and stress free. She was there to work with us and answer questions every step of the way, from the day we booked the venue to the wedding day. She’s an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond to make our wedding day dreams come true. I did not personally work with Ryan, their other event coordinator, but have heard great things about him too! We have heard nothing but positive comments from all our guests on how impressed they were with the venue and staff! Timber Banks itself is an absolutely beautiful dream venue. From the cocktail area, to the ballroom, to the STUNNING bridal suite, I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful wedding day! Jordan and the rest of the staff at Timber Banks made my dream wedding vision come to life. I looked in the ballroom on the morning of my wedding and cried tears of joy! Unfortunately, we had rain on our wedding day! We had originally planned to have the ceremony outside, but had to change to an inside ceremony days before the event. Jordan made this process super easy and I was even more surprised to find that an indoor ceremony was better than I could have ever imagined! The indoor ceremony was beautiful and elegant; the Timber Banks ballroom is simply stunning. Finally, the food at Timber Banks, aside from its beauty, is one of the things that many of my wedding guests are still talking about to this day. All of the food and drinks were incredible. he helped us plan remotely (we live 4 hours from Timber Banks) and was flexible in scheduling our menu tasting around our schedule. I am a type A planner and project manager as my career and I felt the Jordan had everything organized and was great at communicating next steps, information needs, and setting expectations for us. The day of the wedding could not have gone more smoothly - we had a couple of gluten free guests and we found out after the wedding that they had been given a gluten free dessert instead of cake, and that kind of thoughtful touch was emblematic of working with Jordan and Timber Banks.
