We had the most amazing experience at Timber Banks for our June 2024 wedding! We had initially worked with Ryan and then worked with Jordan, and each of them made the planning process seamless. The organization, recommendations and positive energy eased so much stress during planning. The day of could not have gone better, and Jordan’s constant reassurance was much appreciated! A few friends are getting married there this upcoming year and we are so looking forward to enjoying the experience as a guest. We cannot thank the Timber Banks team enough for making our day so memorable!

We LOVED our experience at Timber Banks for our wedding in February 2025!! We had our ceremony offsite, with cocktail hour and reception at Timber Banks. When I say that they made sure every single detail was accounted for to make our day go as smoothly as possible, I mean EVERY SINGLE detail. As a type A girl who spent every night scrolling TikTok and Pinterest the year leading up to our wedding I had soo many ideas I wanted to incorporate and had a strong vision of what I wanted our day to look like. Jordan, our event coordinator, made the whole wedding planning process nearly effortless and stress free. She was there to work with us and answer questions every step of the way, from the day we booked the venue to the wedding day. She’s an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond to make our wedding day dreams come true. I did not personally work with Ryan, their other event coordinator, but have heard great things about him too! We have heard nothing but positive comments from all our guests on how impressed they were with the venue and staff! Timber Banks definitely knows what they’re doing with wedding planning and coordination! You will be able to be fully present with your guests and enjoy your day without stressing about anything going on behind the scenes

I can't say enough great things about Timber Banks and our wedding coordinator, Jordan. We got married in June 2023 and still have guests talking about our wedding to this day! The entire planning process was seamless, thanks to Jordan's prompt responses and kindness. She truly made this stressful time a very pleasant and easy experience! Timber Banks itself is an absolutely beautiful dream venue. From the cocktail area, to the ballroom, to the STUNNING bridal suite, I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful wedding day! Jordan and the rest of the staff at Timber Banks made my dream wedding vision come to life. I looked in the ballroom on the morning of my wedding and cried tears of joy! Unfortunately, we had rain on our wedding day! We had originally planned to have the ceremony outside, but had to change to an inside ceremony days before the event. Jordan made this process super easy and I was even more surprised to find that an indoor ceremony was better than I could have ever imagined! The indoor ceremony was beautiful and elegant; the Timber Banks ballroom is simply stunning. Finally, the food at Timber Banks, aside from its beauty, is one of the things that many of my wedding guests are still talking about to this day. All of the food and drinks were incredible. So tasty, a huge variety, and beautiful presentation! All in all, I cannot recommend Jordan and Timber Banks more to host your dream wedding. It was perfect in every way!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Timber Banks in 2023 and we had the best experience ever. Jordan was one of our coordinators who helped ensure everything went smoothly. She answered all my endless questions promptly and helped us make changes up until the last moment. She worked very hard to make our dream wedding a reality. We are so grateful for everything she did for us! The venue is stunning and classy, the getting ready room is a dream, the food was AMAZING, and the property has great spots for photos. We wouldn’t change a thing and we recommend this venue to anyone who wants an unforgettable wedding!

I cant say enough about this venue! It’s stunning, clean, and they do absolutely everything for you included in the package. Every final detail they had pieced together to alleviate all and any wedding stress possible. Jordan is the BEST. she went above and beyond for us, even with vendor suggestions and helped any accommodations we needed. I highly recommend her to coordinate your wedding day! We’ve been told “best wedding ever” on multiple occasions! The food is also phenomenal. Can’t go wrong!

We got married at Timber Banks in September 2024 and everything about working with Jordan was so easy! She was receptive to all of our requests and helped make everything work. She helped us plan remotely (we live 4 hours from Timber Banks) and was flexible in scheduling our menu tasting around our schedule. I am a type A planner and project manager as my career and I felt the Jordan had everything organized and was great at communicating next steps, information needs, and setting expectations for us. The day of the wedding could not have gone more smoothly - we had a couple of gluten free guests and we found out after the wedding that they had been given a gluten free dessert instead of cake, and that kind of thoughtful touch was emblematic of working with Jordan and Timber Banks.

When unexpected weather forced us to move our ceremony indoors, Ryan and the venue staff made a quick and flawless adjustment, creating an indoor setting that was just as beautiful and elegant as our original outdoor plan. The food was phenomenal, and the venue itself was both practical and classy—truly the perfect location for our special day.
