athtub that I did not end up using. The bathroom has an awesome Toto washlet that is truly on another level, it was one of my favorite things.
The restaurant was fantastic specially with Juan who went above and beyond to accommodate our group.
From the staff Ayla was amazing, she took amazing care of us and made all the check in process a breeze. She should be promoted!
The hotel is is great shape and it feels new, it is a very nice property and the price was very good. This will be our hotel every time we come to San Francisco!

I’m a diamond member (although maybe not for much longer- Hilton, stop supporting ICE!) so I’ve stayed at a wide variety of Hilton properties and am so glad this one is one I get to visit frequently.
The staff are friendly enough. Not saccharine, but helpful when needed.
I lived on Market Street for 12 years, so the area or noise doesn’t bother me- I didn’t notice any noise, actually.

sign effectively kept water from leaking onto the floor.
The location is excellent. While I did notice some homeless individuals in the area, I never felt unsafe.
The only area for improvement would be convenience regarding water and ice. Currently, once you finish the two complimentary bottles, you have to go to the lobby or fitness center. Adding an ice machine and water fountain to each floor would be a great upgrade for guest comfort.

Recently stayed for a couple nights with an overall enjoyable stay. The location is in a bit of a sketchy area but was fairly safe since it's located near Market Street and they have personnel there. Very close to downtown and Mission Bay area,...
as well as Japantown so location is pretty convenient to explore SF if you want.
The hotel had an overall contemporary style and was clean and modern. The room featured some ratan like furniture. I stayed in a superior king room and it was very spacious and cozy. Just some minor quirks like there were some cobwebs on the lamps and areas that don't get used often and some carpet scuffs, but other than that it was decently clean.
The shower was a definite positive, very strong water pressure for a relaxing shower and the heat adjusts very fast. Overall one of the best implementations I've seen in a hotel. The bath amenities like the shampoo, conditioner, wash, and lotion were very nice as well from Cowshed with some citrusy scents. One night there was no hot water until about 1:30am which was a bit of an inconvenience.
Included in the fee is a $15 daily credit to use in any of the outlets, like the grab and go area or the restaurant. I recommend the Spoke cafe which was fairly good and affordable.

The Timbri was a great stay and the rooms are very functional. I appreciated the cleanliness and the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The coffee shop near the front desk is great on the go or for sit down. The reason why I am rating the stay a 4...
/5 is because of the location and use of the hotel photo. It completely hides what the sidewalks actually look like and doesn't give the full picture that the area has a very high unhoused population. It's very misleading. Valet parking is $80 per night + tax. I would stay here again with a renewed set of expectations.
