Time Capsule is an event venue located in the heart of historic downtown Elberton, GA. The building was constructed in 1894 and is steps away from the Samuel Elbert Hotel, Elbert Theatre, downtown shops and restaurants, and the Granite Bowl football stadium. This newly renovated building features a caterer’s kitchen with prep areas, ice machine, sinks, and refrigerator. Care was taken to preserve original features when possible, utilizing the original doors, trim, and ceilings. Exposed brick, elegant chandeliers, and roomy facilities make for a lovely place. This is the perfect location for weddings, receptions, birthdays, graduations, retirement parties, and any other event of your choosing.

We drove 2 and a half hours, got there seen the lady messaged us at 10am on The Knot app and said she is 1 and a half hours away and might not be back at noon. She didn’t come. She...
knew we had an appointment. Why did she wait until 10 to say something? She offered to give us a code to go in, which was super weird since nobody was going to be there. Give us at least a 24 hour notice. The window display was disgusting and horribly put together and there was a dead rat in front of the building. The building in general looked bad. Why would I want to have my wedding there if they can’t even be there at the time scheduled.
