Finding venues, interviewing professional wedding vendors, determining a budget, designing the overall aesthetic... planning takes a lot of time and energy. Time = money, and your time is precious. Genevieve and her team were amazing! Super helpful to keep us on track in the months leading up to the wedding, and then wedding week they went above and beyond to take tasks off of our plates and make sure everything came together for our big day. I can't recommend Time Of Your Life enough for any big event!

Hiring Genevieve as our wedding planner was easily the best decision we made (outside of saying “I Do”) for our wedding weekend! I don’t know if I’ve ever met someone so well-suited to be a wedding planner (and I’ve met many wedding planners)! I am still amazed that Genevieve not only managed to keep all the details of our wedding weekend straight, but that she went above and beyond with every detail. Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect thanks to her, her husband Kris (our bartender extraordinaire), and their various employees. Bozeman was a “destination,” so we hired Time of Your Life Events for our welcome dinner and wedding, and the details, timing, communication, etc. were all seamless. Genevieve represents a rare blend of someone who is extremely competent, and efficient yet laid back and reassuring. She has done a wonderful job establishing herself in the Bozeman community, and her experience is evident in the strong relationships/respect she has cultivated with all the wedding vendors, and also the truly exceptional events that TOYLB puts on. Thank you for allowing us to have “The Time of Our Lives!” on 8.18.18!

STELLAR. Extremely helpful and also really laid back which helped keep our stress levels down. Remembered every single thing we asked for with no repetition and relayed it to all of our vendors and her own assistants. Her prices were also very fair. Can't recommend her enough.

Hiring Genevieve as our day of coordinator was by far the best wedding decision we made. We were planning from afar, so she was especially helpful in making recommendations about local vendors and helping us get things organized before we got there. I was super stressed about setting up and taking down, but Genevieve immediately made all that stress go away. The Time of Your Life team did an amazing job creating just the look I wanted for our reception. It was gorgeous! Genevieve and her team were easy to work with from beginning to end.

Genevieve is amazing and really knows her stuff. She is so easy to get along with, and she will do everything in her power to take on the stress of the planning so that you don't have to. She will do as much or as little as you ask, and she is a huge asset to have on your big day. It is so important to have someone who is informed, assertive, and friendly who can direct traffic and get things accomplished when everyone is running around with wedding jitters. Communication is key! Remember that she is not a mind reader.

Genevieve was a lifesaver!! Not only was she able to communicate with our vendors, she found a mistake on one of our contracts and saved us about $1000! She went above and beyond, even when we had to redo our rental order and find a new caterer with only 2 weeks until our wedding! She is the best and totally saved us a ton of time, money and most importantly stress!
