tour groups, and general site seeing. All of our hotels were smack in the center of the city which made getting around very easy. Our rides were prearranged to and from airports and train stations which really alleviated a lot of the stress of commuting between bustling European cities. This was the European honeymoon we dreamed of and couldn’t have done it without André and Time Travels, Inc. We have recommended her to several of our friends who had amazing trips as well. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! She has been in the business a long time and really knows her stuff. She will give you her honest advise, listen to what you want, and help plan the trip of your dreams!

and fulfills every need I could possible have. She is easy to work with and after getting to know her and spending time on the phone with her she definitely understood my needs. Andre understands how much communication needs to happen between her and her clients and I really love how passionate of a planner she is. I always send my friends to her and they always come back happy!

off like she is an expert but I really do not think she has any idea how to be creative or listen to her customer's needs. We had never worked with a travel agent before and so thought this was how things were done. Next time (though I don't plan on marrying again!) we would have interviewed several travel agents and tried to find one we better connected with. I never really entirely warmed up to her but we were nervous we were losing time on getting our wedding planned. And Andre was a part of making us think we didn't have time when we had more than enough time. Andre is arrogant, completely rude, disrespectful and disorganized. We lost out on incentives due to her mistreating our friends and family and them having to book elsewhere. I have never had anyone treat us as poorly as she did. She didn't understand that having an email trail was helpful and did not understand that some people preferred to email and kept getting mad at us for not calling, but when we called she talked forever and it took too long. In a nutshell: Called me a horrible person Delayed to no response to friends and family multiple times Told one of my friends she can't help him and hung up on him Hung up on me Pressured friends and family to book immediately If you wanted to deviate from the packages she set she was mad or completely unhelpful She also doesn't accept feedback well. When I told her that we probably should part ways (after hearing the millionth complaint from our friends) and I need to find a solution she completely flipped out on me, said some of the meanest things a person has ever said to me and just lost it. Afterwards then she tried to guilt me and said that she really wants to help us, etc. You think I really want to talk to you ever again after you told me I suck? Yeah right. I can go on. I would never, ever, ever, wish how she treated us on anyone. Stay far away.
