eing perfect and everything was taken care of on their end without us needed to do anything at all. The highlight video was given to us the week following our wedding, and the copies of the full videos were in our hands less than two weeks after! When we received the DVDs, the date on the cover was wrong, but after emailing Michael, we had new copies the next week! Their service and speed of getting the video back was awesome, and the videos themselves are amazing. We will definitely watch every year for the same day-of feeling!
