They were one of the first vendors we booked early on in our engagement. From the moment we booked them, Ashley was excited for us, extremely communicative, and kind. She readily answered all of our questions any time we had them, and she focused on helping us capture the day we dreamed of. We were assigned to work with Melissa for photography and Jorge for videography; when I say their work was *gorgeous,* I don't feel like that does them justice. Melissa and I had multiple Zoom meetings where she really took the time to get to know our photography style and she helped us narrow down shots, the timeline, and everything. Jorge was absolutely *on it* the day of the wedding, capturing every little thing. The final video was absolute perfection! The experience with Melissa that stands out the most, however, was the day of the wedding: it was nearing the end of our large family and bridal party shots, and I was starting to lose steam. She checked in with me, asking if I wanted to go to a new location, mainly because she could tell I needed a break. She, my husband, and I talked about some options to get the best shots, while taking into consideration my waning energy. It really meant a lot because she wasn't just focused on getting all the shots and staying within the timeline, she was also genuinely focused on making sure I was okay and still up for it. It was amazing and meant a ton to me. All throughout the night, she and Jorge were all over the venue capturing every little thing! For only having two people, they captured our day as if we had a team of 5. The amount of things my husband and I missed were beautifully captured so we were able to see people and moments that we may not have seen. I truly could go on for another five paragraphs about how much I enjoyed working with Timeless Carolinas - and Jorge and Melissa specifically - but I'll wrap it up! Book them today!

everything I wanted and needed! The coordinator answered all of my questions quickly and helped me understand the process so there was never any confusion. I opted to go with their photography and videography package because not only were their prices very reasonable but their work looked stunning in all the examples I saw. They did a great job of setting me up with a local photographer who reached out to me to make sure I would get the types of photographs I wanted. She was very easy to stay in contact with leading up to the big day so I never had any doubts that things would go smoothly on the day of the wedding. The day of went very well, the photographer and videographer showed up on time and very very prepared with all the equipment they needed to do the job well. They were very good about communicating the shots they were taking and took a ton of beautiful shots of both the people but also lots of detail shots of the scenery. They also did an amazing job of feeling “invisible” on the day. They were somehow around to get tons of amazing shots but I never seemed to notice them and they never got in the way or were distracting. The best part has been the quality of photos and videos I received. I have loved all the photos I got and they are beyond anything I could have hoped for! I have also received so many friends and family telling me how much they loved all the pictures and videos. I also can’t believe they were able to do all the editing and get the photos back to me so quickly! I was shocked when I got my photos back at week 2 and my videos at week 3! That’s practically unheard of in wedding photography to have such a quick turn around time. Overall my experience has been wonderful and I’m so glad I went with Timeless Carolinas! I cannot recommend them enough!

We met her the day of the wedding but it felt like meeting up with a long-time friend. She made the whole day feel so relaxed and never expressed any hesitation about getting everything done (I was a bit worried about our timeline for the day). She captured all of the moments throughout the day and the photos are so special to me! We received a preview a couple weeks after the wedding with so many photos of the main events of the day. After six weeks, we got the full collection and I was blown away! All of the photos were stunning and it was like reliving the whole wedding over again. The editing style is so classic and timeless. These pictures aren’t some trendy fad that will look outdated in 10 years. Photos are the only thing from the wedding that will last long after it is over so having a quality photography company was very important to us - they did not disappoint! It took about 5 weeks to get our photos back and we are in love with them! Our only hassle was that before the wedding our assigned videographer kept having to cancel, meaning the owner had to keep reassigning videographers to us. We were only assigned our final videographer 2 weeks before the wedding. But it all worked out in the end. We are so thankful to Timeless Carolinas for the stunning photos and videos we will cherish forever!

We can relive our day over and over. Megan Allread was our photographer. We love her. Love. Did I mention love? We had several meetings with her leading up to our wedding and she was kind and supportive. She offered great ideas, listened to what we wanted and made sure we got every shot we wanted. Before our ceremony was even over, we were getting compliments on Megan and how great she was at managing some large family photos. Her enthusiasm is contagious. When we saw our photos, we couldn't believe how good they were. For the ceremony, it seemed like Megan was everywhere at every angle but neither my husband or I remember seeing her at all. She is that good. Megan also is also genuinely passionate about what she does and that shines through everything she does. Luke and Megan were great. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone who is need of photography and videography.

We lost our chosen photographer due to scheduling but somehow a month before our new daTe, she became available again and we were so happy. I’ll be honest we had some concerns about the lighting of black and brown skin based off of previous experiences elsewhere, but this team did an AMAZING job. Everyone looked so good! And we were glowing! In addition the customer service was great. Even through a branding change, they were transparent and courteous. Ashley (the wedding director) is approachable and answers back on texts and emails and everything. Everyone was soo nice and reachable. So..
