My photos always came back way quicker than the estimated time. I got my wedding photos back 2 weeks after my wedding and I wasn’t expecting them for another 3-4 weeks. Corey is the most amazing photographer!! We have never done professional photos and she was so patient with us when we were awkward or didn’t know what to do. The office ladies at timeless were so quick to answer any of my questions. My photos were so beautifully edited. Me and my family love them so much!!

he very beginning, Timeless Carolinas was so communicative. They responded quickly to my emails and always made me feel like they were so excited to be part of my wedding. When I talked to Briana for the first time, she helped me lay out the timeline for everything with such ease. On my wedding day, Briana was FANTASTIC. She kept an eye on the weather (they were calling for rain to start right before our ceremony time) and adjusted the timeline so well that we were able to get all of our pictures done and had the ceremony before the rain came. She was on top of everything and captured the most beautiful pictures I’ve ever seen in my life. I LOVE them so much that I’m just so thrilled to share them with everyone. As many brides would agree, photography is SO important for a wedding day, and I am beyond thrilled with my pictures. Everyone at the wedding commented on how incredible Briana was during the entire day and how she captured such beautiful pictures…and how sweet and fun she was!! She’s got an incredible eye. And if that’s not enough, I had my sneak peek ready within days after the ceremony AND my full selection was ready way before they said it would be. I highly, highly recommend Timeless Carolinas. From beginning to end, they were phenomenal and so incredibly responsive.

Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for our photography experience. We were extremely disappointed with the quality, communication, and overall service we received from the photographer. Many important moments were missed, directions felt rushed and unorganized, and the final experience did not reflect the level of professionalism we expected for such an important day. As a bride and groom, you only get one chance to capture these memories, and we left feeling let down and frustrated.
While we are grateful to have an incredible wedding video to look back on, we do wish our photography experience had matched that same level of care and attention.

When I first booked, I was hesitent about not personally getting to know your photographer prior to booking. However, it worked out perfectly for us! They got to know us/took the time to ensure my husband and I were paired with photographers/videographers that matched well with our personalities. I also strongly encourage getting a package that comes with an engagement shoot. 100% worth it, and made things more natural on our wedding day! I cannot recommend Timeless Carolina’s enough!
