total mess. Things were disorganized and it was clear they didn’t really know what they were doing, so I decided to bring in a professional so I could actually relax and enjoy the day with my family and friends. Alicia completely put my mind at ease from the moment we started working together. She stayed calm through every stressful moment, even when three of my bridesmaids had to back out last minute, and somehow still made the processional go so smoothly with everyone walking down in pairs. She even added my husband’s stepmother and her escort into the processional without missing a beat. What impressed me most was how calm and collected she stayed, especially with all the family chaos happening that day. When the DJ kept playing the wrong songs and I was getting frustrated, Alicia stepped right in and handled it immediately so I could focus on enjoying our special day. I truly loved working with her and can’t recommend her enough!

s promptly to vendors and made sure everyone stayed informed. She focused a lot on documenting the logistics, but struggled on execution. Alicia was hired as the Month of Coordinator and I was not very pleased with her service. Throughout the coordination process, she had trouble understanding and executing on plans. Everything was already planned and all that was needed was execution, she did not deliver. She was 1.5 hrs late to the rehearsal, so I had to run it myself. Even though she was late she did not get the details of the rehearsal to run the ceremony effectively, so the ceremony processional was completely wrong. We discussed how I wanted the wedding party to proceed and she did the opposite. From the moment the event started through the end of the event, Alicia required guidance from other vendors and also me as the bride. I had to continuously redirect and guide her on what to do and how. I hired her to ease my stress, that is not what she did. I believe with a bit of mentorship she could improve. I would suggest she has two other team members to assist and ensure a smooth event as well, as her “assistant” was no help.

I would first like to acknowledge that I fell short during your ceremony rehearsal. My delayed arrival was caused by a traffic accident in my neighborhood that was unfortunately outside of my control. To help minimize any disruption while I was delayed, I coordinated with your officiant in advance so she had the information needed to begin guiding the rehearsal rather than having you and your wedding party waiting. I sincerely apologized for this, and I completely understand how, in that moment, you may not have felt fully supported. That experience was uncharacteristic of the level of service, communication, and care that I strive to provide for every client.
I would also like to respectfully clarify the level of service and support that was provided throughout your planning process and on your wedding day. From the beginning, I maintained consistent communication and made myself readily available by phone and text whenever needed, including during unexpected challenges such as your makeup artist cancelling services leading up to the wedding.
On your wedding day, I was on-site from 10:00 AM until 12:30 AM to ensure every detail was executed according to our planning meetings, conversations, and venue walkthroughs. This included coordinating directly with vendors, managing day-of logistics, and troubleshooting unexpected issues, including matters outside the original scope of contracted services, such as furniture setup and breakdown with the rental company. I also remained through the end of the evening to ensure the venue was properly reset and signed out in good condition.
Providing hands-on coordination, vendor communication, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving is a standard and essential part of professional wedding planning, and I take great pride in going above and beyond for every couple I serve. I stand confidently behind the professionalism, time, and care dedicated to your wedding day. Your DJ, officiant, and caterer all left positive reviews on Google.
While I am saddened that your reflection on the experience does not align with the level of service provided, I genuinely wish you and Clifton all the best in this next chapter of your lives together.
