Our experience with Timeless Imagery and Media was extremely disappointing. On our wedding day, Heidi showed up with an unprofessional attitude that added stress to a day that shou...ld have felt joyful. Her communication was rushed, curt, and at times dismissive, which immediately set the wrong tone.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. After the wedding, she told us our video would take about two months because she sends it to another team. That seemed reasonable — until months passed with no updates. By May, we still hadn’t received anything beyond the sneak‑peek photos. We finally got our photo drive at the end of July, but still no mention of the video we paid extra for.
When I reached out in September, she told me she didn’t even realize our package included a wedding video. Forgetting one of the most important parts of documenting a wedding is unacceptable. She then promised in early November that she would get started immediately and send it as soon as it was done.
It’s now December 26. I’ve followed up four times, and she hasn’t responded to my last three messages. She also promised a partial refund that never arrived.
On top of all that, she asked for my address twice — including once just days after telling me the thumb drive was already “in the mail.” It was yet another sign of disorganization and poor communication.
Every delay has come with the same excuse about a sick family member, and at this point it feels like a pattern rather than a genuine explanation.
Between the attitude on the wedding day, the lack of communication, the forgotten video, the repeated address requests, the broken promises, and the unprofessional handling of everything afterward, I cannot recommend Timeless Imagery and Media. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I hope others can avoid the same regret.
