She helped me pick all of the vendors inside a budget I was comfortable with and helped me adjust budget to make sure the vendors that were most important to me were a top priority. She managed and organized everyone (and I mean everyone) as well as handled some last minute catering situations with ease. Her itinerary for the day is extremely detailed and followed to a tee, so the day goes off as you wanted. The day ran so smooth and when there was a hiccup I definitely didn't know about it! We miss getting to see her on a regular basis! Maybe we will have to plan a vow renewal for a reunion one day :)

The reception was beautiful and she organized all the decorations even better that I had envisioned. The cherry on top was that she was able to get us sparklers on the wedding day that we had forgotten to bring. We had the perfect wedding and it wouldn't have been possible without Jaclyn.

Jaclyn is very responsive and sends helpful monthly checklists with the top items that need to be done by the couple – I found this very helpful for staying on track and also for not getting overwhelmed! We also used some of the rentals she offers to her clients, helping us limit the number of vendors or items we had to keep track of! Day-of, Jaclyn, Linda and Rebekha facilitated a seamless event. The team kept both the bridal and grooms party on time (without stressing us out!), helped manage a multi-location photo schedule and oversaw the room set up. One of our biggest asks for the reception was to ‘keep things moving along’ – we didn’t want guests to feel like they were trapped at their tables just waiting for the next thing. We felt that the pace of dinner, dances, speeches, and cake cutting was perfect. Throughout the night, Jaclyn and team checked on us multiple times and we were never without a drink! They’re truly prepared for anything and I would recommend Timeless Love Weddings to every couple.

She is so much more than a day of coordinator; she talked us through different planning spreadsheets, went to our linen and playing rental appointment, and knew our caterer as well and hosted a final walk through with them over zoom. She had everything planned and executed perfectly and the wedding was more perfect than I could have imagined. Her team also has some decor you can borrow which meant we didn’t have to buy 36 tall votives or any table numbers which was a true value saving aspect. She is a blessing to the wedding community and was such a pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

We gave her some information and things we like and she literally ran with our ideas. Our wedding day, and the days leading up to it, were perfect. Jaclyn is the sweetest person and absolutely professional. She even took into consideration other vendors, such as photo/video and made sure to run out of the shot after fluffing my dress when I went to walk down the aisle. Some of her staff also followed my husband and I during our photo/video session and had food and beverages on hand while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour. This was really incredible attention to detail; we weren't starving or thirsty by the time the reception came around due to this insight. During dinner, Jaclyn also served our food so that we didn't have to go through the buffet line which was a really nice touch. She worked so hard coordinating with our other vendors to make sure our day was perfect. We provided some decorations that were either store bought or DIY and Jaclyn and her team made sure everything looked great and was set up beautifully. All the staff were always friendly, upbeat, and honestly felt like friends by the end of the experience. Jaclyn also responded very quickly to all emails/texts which was really helpful during the stressful moments, especially within the couple days leading up to the wedding. I ADORE Jaclyn and her Timeless Love team. Definitely recommend!

She’s always met with me with enthusiasm and a plethora of ideas and suggestions that I never knew were even possible. If you want to find your wedding fairy god mother, do not look any further than this post. Jaclyn works what I feel like is literal magic to make your vision or Pinterest board come to life. Most importantly, my wedding day was completely smooth because of her. My family is a little chaotic and I had some doubts with everyone making it down the aisle… but everything went absolutely perfectly. If anything happened, I sure didn’t know. She is honestly worth more than what I paid and you can see that through her Instagram, other reviews, and even wedding magazines. She is the real deal and anyone would be lucky to have her as a coordinator. A few months back Jaclyn had a conflict come up and asked if we were open to her bringing someone else on to help with the day-of coordination for our wedding. She was still involved up to that point and would be available if needed via phone on the wedding as well. We were flexible and agreed to let her bring additional help on. Jaclyn decided to have Kaitlin Stammetti (Owner of Rowan Lane Events) work with us moving forward and she would also be the lead coordinator the day of. This is where the mistake took place for multiple reasons and here's why. 1. When I arrived to the venue the outdoor seating for the ceremony was rearranged differently than what we wanted and neither me nor my wife were consulted on this change. I confronted Kaitlin about this and she essentially blew it off. 2. Kaitlin showed up to our wedding with what our guests described as workout clothes and a jean jacket. Not dressed for the occasion. 3. The day of, Kaitlin decided to stick my wife in a BATHROOM to get ready about an hour before the start of the ceremony without any notice. The bridal suite was given to her friends (our caterer) because they said it was too windy to plate salad outside. Kaitlin was well aware of the fact that my wife's father was unable to attend due to serious health issues and she was distraught enough about it. 4. As soon as our ceremony was over I realized that Kaitlin had forgotten all of the guys' boutonnieres (which were paid for by us) and I had to be the one to remind her. She blew it off like it was nothing. 5. Our guests and family were asking us if we even had a coordinator because she was truly non-existent after the ceremony and did little to no coordinating. 6. Kaitlin asked me to leave early despite being paid to stay until everything was over. Instead of being with my bride I spent the end of the evening close down shop. This also led to my wife and I having to come back in 2 days to clean up the venue and take out the trash which was Kaitlin's job. 7. We had plated meals and the caterer got my meal wrong and Kaitlin had no clue this was even happening. Once the ceremony ended she never checked in with us and it was very clear she could care less about us. 8. Jaclyn made it very clear that she was to be contacted if there were ANY issues the day of and Kaitlin took it upon herself to leave Jaclyn out of things. Post Wedding Day: 1. When asked if she would have done anything differently, her response was no. 2. I decided to review her business directly and she disputed this saying the review should be placed under Timeless Love Weddings because that was the business we signed a contract with despite her being directly responsible for all of the problems. She even threatened legal action in an attempt to censor us. Jaclyn has done everything she can to work with us to compensate with both her time and money because she is a wonderful person and professional businesswoman. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. Kaitlin Stammetti on the other hand is in the wrong business and I would definitely recommend staying away from ROWAN LANE EVENTS.

Jaclyn is responsive, creative, calm, and tells it like it is - all super important things for relieving normal wedding-planning jitters and stress, but especially crucial as we planned our wedding from the west coast AND navigated COVID-19. Despite all of the external stress of 2020, Jaclyn seemed genuinely happy to see us whenever we met (and we met a LOT), always had new ideas and creative solutions, and was an amazing liaison and advocate for us when we had concerns about our venue’s rescheduling policies. Throughout our actual wedding weekend, she kept things moving smoothly, made sure that guests understood what was happening and when, and she was a source of calm and light to both of us as we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We adore Jaclyn and can’t recommend her highly enough.

Everyone we know getting married in NC we are telling to hire her! Our original date was in April, but we had to postpone to August because of Covid. Throughout the whole process, Jaclyn was in touch with us and helping us along the way. It was pretty stressful, but having a planner who was so on top of everything was a huge relief. The day of our wedding in August, she completely took care of everything! Jaclyn was in the venue handling all vendors and setting up our decor, while her assistant was in the house helping us make sure everything went smoothly. Any break from pictures, her assistant was there with water for me and my husband and a small fan to keep us cool (and WOW did that make a huge difference for us). Throughout the day, they both helped with whatever we needed, or whatever our family needed. For an example, my Dad had some food spilled on his tie and she was there right away with a Tide To Go pen. Another example was bridesmaid unfortunately got some ant bites, but she was right there with medicine for her. These are just a few examples of how she had thought of everything and was ready for whatever the day threw at us! On top of all that, she was constantly checking on my husband and I making sure we had a drink in hand! Everything went so smoothly and we cannot recommend her enough!!
