The property is surrounded by Mediterranean-inspired landscaping and architecture, adding a unique touch to your celebration. Outdoors, you can enjoy an intimate, romantic ceremony amongst lush greenery and lakefront views. Then, you can transition into a cocktail hour with up to 40 guests. After enjoying refreshments as newlyweds, move into the main banquet hall for a grand reception with a maximum of 150. An open floor plan, hardwood flooring, and a stone accent wall give this space a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space is furnished with round tables, a head table, and a dance floor. With a neutral color palette, it can complement any wedding style you have in mind.

providing guests with the ability to take advantage of our beautiful sunrises, sunset and every moment in-between. The venue provides exceptional flexibility
and elegant ambiance to create memorable experiences. Timeless Moments is close enough to all the Vegas action (just 30 minutes from the strip),
yet far enough from the busy city to experience the tranquility of the lake and mountains. The lush Mediterranean surroundings of The Village at Lake

ith any questions leading up to and on the day of the wedding. All their vendors worked seamlessly with the venue and were also so easy and pleasant to deal with. The details and decorations in the venue were also perfect!

ll the vendors and linked us up with Ebony, our coordinator, at Dare to Dream events, and Ebony was an absolutely amazing person to work with and was so great at communicating with me and answering all my questions and helped us pull off the perfect wedding. We had around 130 guests, which is about the max you can have and still have a dance floor. We had 13 large tables, and we were worried it would feel cramped, but it didn't at all. They set up the layout perfectly and with the beautiful courtyard area where the catering and bar was placed it really gave plenty of room for our guests to mingle and dance! We have gotten so many compliments from our friends and family about how beautiful our wedding day was and how perfect this venue was. Thank you Danielle and A Moment in Time for making our special day everything we hoped it would be.
