I wish I could give a negative review!! My order took two years to complete and the date kept changing! When I went to pick up my order my husband’s boutonnière was never used for the resin ring holder, they picked two flowers from my bouquet instead! No apology for it being wrong, just a refund. The refund doesn’t help the fact that the boutonnière is now gone forever! Don’t waste your money!!!!!! They are expensive and not worth the price we paid.
I am so in love with my jewelry!!! We renewed our wedding vows for our 25th anniversary and I had Timeless Moments turn my wedding flowers into a matching necklace, bracelet and a pair of earrings. The colors are so vibrant and they are absolutely beautiful. I am so excited to have these for many many years as reminders of a very special day. I didn't even know this was possible until a friend told me about them. Thank you so much Timeless Moments for preserving a very special day for me.
I was told that my order would be completed in July/August 2015. Now January 2017 and I just got the proof. When I asked why it took so long I was told the machine broke. I was never notified. When asked why I was never notified I was told " I'm sure if you were concerned you could have called again". Don't worry, we did call, in September 2016, but was never told about anything being broken. Horrible customer service. The lady I spoke with was extremely unprofessional. No discount of any kind given...insane!
When I dropped off my bouquet to start the preservation process, Timeless Moments let me know that it would take 12 months to produce my preserved bouquet. After 13 months, I called to check on the status, and only then did they ask for a wedding picture to ensure proper coloration of the flowers. I sent the pictures immediately and did not hear back. After 15 months, I called to check on the status yet again, and was told my preserved bouquet would be ready in a few weeks.
When I got the call to let me know it was ready for pickup, I excitedly called and said I would be in later that day. When they brought out the finished product I was overcome with disappointment. My once beautiful bouquet had been terribly discolored - the pastel pinks and yellows replaced by harsh bright paint (I only knew it was paint because their was a white drip on a pink rose).
Ultimately, I decided not to pay the final installment ($250) and just cut my losses (as the deposit and first payment had cost $400), leaving my ruined bouquet and the cash I had already spent behind. This plan was a better option than paying even more money for my ruined bouquet. This was the only memento I had saved from my wedding and I truly regret having used Timeless Moments.
There isn't a day that goes by I don't regret having my bouquet freeze dried here.
Two small photographs of my late grandfather's were on a charm where I held my bouquet and one grandfather's charm/picture fell off during the wedding. When I dropped off my bouquet, I gave the women the charm and the photo to glue back together and add back to the bouquet. She said that wasn't a problem. However, when I received my bouquet the charm/photo wasn't on there and because it wasn't written on the receipt, there was nothing she was willing to do to help...except tell me I could pay $50 to have it opened back up to put the charm/photo on...which I don't have anymore BECAUSE I GAVE IT TO HER.
Additionally, I had given her my husband's boutonniere and it was left off. Again, it wasn't on the receipt so she offered no solution and no money off.
She gave me a window of 1 year for the final product. After 14 months, I called several times without a call back. When I did receive a call, she said t still wasn't ready. It was 18 months after my wedding before I could pick it up.
The bouquet was put back together nothing like the way my original bouquet was and the colors are so dull and drab, that I hide the frame in a room hardly anyone goes into.
All in all, I paid $600 for something that every time I look at, I fume.
