Kandis and her team made my vision come to life!! They were up against multiple obstacles being at a private residence and the strong wind gusts, but we didn’t even know about any of the issues they faced. Her team was professional and had back up plans for everything. Kandis kept checking on us throughout the day/night to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend them enough- best money we spent!!!!

We couldn't have gotten through our big day without Timeless Styled Events! We chose them for our day-of coordinator and Kandis absolutely killed it! She's so friendly and loving and made our day go off without a hitch! So happy to have hired them and that Kandis was our coordinator - wouldn't have wanted anyone else!

Proposal- I had the pleasure of working with Mary and TSE for my proposal idea. Everything was exactly the way I wanted, not to mention it was completely planned within a week. The proposal location was on the beach and it was decorated beautifully with roses. After the proposal, Mary helped organize dinner with more roses and a bottle of champagne on the table as we entered. It was a night that we will never forget!

Mary and her team went above and beyond for us! We got the full package so she was there with us from the very beginning. I didn’t even know where to begin planning and she swooped in and she got all my ideas in order and found the perfect wedding venue for us! A beach ceremony with the reception around the pool in Duck NC. After months and months of planning, Hurricane Dorian had other plans. TWO DAYS before the wedding, Duck NC was evacuated and they were saying it probably wouldn’t be until Sunday when people were let back on. So my husband and I decided that we would change location to Richmond VA. Did I mention this was TWO. DAYS. Before the wedding?!? Mary was my little angel making calls, making orders, and making things happen. We ended up at a beautiful venue that seemed like we had planned it for months! We didn’t even have a rehearsal dinner since we were expecting severe storms. Everything went perfectly! Except for one thing: my mother-in-law has a massive heart attack one hour before the ceremony. Thankfully and luckily, she is fine. Mary really took the wheel for us when we could barely even think. My husband still didn’t want to see me before the wedding (because of bad luck...........) so Mary was running back and forth between us as our messenger. Once she got the OK to continue the wedding, it was flawless! She really blew us away and we are SO thankful that she was there for us when everything was totally chaotic.

TSE was incredible! Once my husband and I got engaged, the reality of planning a wedding kicked in, and my family and I realized that we had no clue what we were doing! Throughout the whole process, kandis made me feel as if everything was under control and as if i was her top priority as a bride. The day of went perfectly and without a hiccup, and I would hire them all over again if I could!

Mary and her team were absolutely phenomenal. It was the most stress free and wonderful day and I give them the credit. Anytime I needed something they were there. I honestly felt like they were reading my mind because there wasn’t one time when I had a question that it wasn’t answered before I got it out of my mouth. There were also many roles they played without being asked. When something was needed, a member of her team was there to step in without skipping a beat. Just amazing service! Love ‘em!

Booking Tailored Staging & Events was one of the best decisions I could've made for the most important day of my life, and that is an understatement. Inspite of the bipolar whether and my spastic wedding party, they made sure that everything went accordingly and seamlessly, so much so I was able to fully relax and enjoy my day without any anxiety. Thats unheard of considering how controlling I am, lol! These girls are extremely easy to work with and at the same time are tough as nails when the circumstance requires it. I really appreciated that. I'm so grateful for them. Don't think twice about booking them for your next event. If you do, it would be a terrible loss! Sincerely happy, The Mindels

Literally could not have made it through the wedding planning process without Mary. I live a couple hours away from the venue so having a planner was definitely needed. She kept me on track to get things planned in the timeline they needed to be booked and organized. She asked questions at appointments I didn’t even think to think of. When I neeed help finding an officiant in a short turnaround time she sent me options and had checked with each of them to make sure they were open for my date. The most think I’m thankful for with Mary is the week of the wedding and the actual wedding day. Everyone kept asking why I was so calm she literally had handled communicating with all the vendors and had everything under control so I could just be excited for the big day! The wedding day there was some issues at venue getting alcohol back to where the groom and bridal party was. She had already handled it and had it there for us when we got there. I literally can’t not say how smoothly run the day went and how on top of everything she was. She came with her own decor to put in places that had holes that I didn’t even think of. So thankful we booked Mary she exceeded my expectations and my families that were helping with the planning process.

They took on my wedding after my day of coordinator backed out and my wedding had to be pushed back a weekend due to Hurricane Florence! They handled things before I could even ask. I enjoyed their detailed meetings and how collective they were! They were a breathe of fresh air during all the crazy. Come wedding day, it was a dream come true and I couldn't have asked for better people to be involved! Thanks for taking over the dance floor with me, Taylor!

This company is hands down life saving when it comes to event planning (especially weddings). They have taken what was a super stressful process for me and made it enjoyable and stress free. I am so excited for my wedding because I know they will be sure to have everything the way I want it and fix any last minute problems that arise. Their inventory is amazing which is helpful when you are trying to do all of your decorations yourself but don’t have the time. I have been to weddings where TSE is coordinating and the difference is noticible. There are no confusions with venders and everything is how it should be. I will be using this company for all big events I have because they are so good at what they do and will make you look like a pro with whatever event you are throwing! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Trust me when I say, you could not pick a better team to plan your next event. My personal experience with them has not been planning a wedding, but planning a bridal shower for my sister. If you are anything like me and horrible at organizing parties (or anything for that matter). You NEED these gals in your life. They made the process an absolute breeze and not only took all the stress off my shoulders. They also stepped up the aesthetic and fun of the party with their awesome design skills and ideas I never would have thought of! The shower was truly beautiful all around. The way they have handled this relatively minor event with such enthusiasm, promptness, and proffesionalism I would not hesitate to hire them for any scale of event. In fact, I will most definitely be giving them a call when it comes time to plan my big day!
