Met with him two times before the wedding and made it known we had particular songs we did and did not want played. Gave him a list of songs to play during dinner and for dancing. I don't think I heard even one song on my dinner list. Less than 75% of the dancing songs were not what we wanted. I specified that we didn't want country music or any cheesy line dances. He played the cotton eye joe song, and 2 or 3 other line dances and I had people continually going up and asking him to play songs from our list all night long. Even though we told him the reception ended at 11:00, he insisted that we never discussed this and that we would owe him for an extra 30 minutes. He asked one of my bridesmaids to pay for the additional time. When we first met with him he was trying to beat the price of another DJ and insisted that if we needed more uplighting he would provide it free of charge. When we asked about it later he wanted to charge us for it, and also asked my bridesmaid to pay for the 3 additional uplights. She told him that considering he didn't play from my list and had a "booty contest" at my wedding that maybe he should let it go and so he went and got my husband ( who had been drinking and was a happily newly married man) and had him pay him for the extra fees. I really liked him when we met but he was very misleading and did not at all do what we asked or expected of him. Very disappointing experience. Definitely would not recommend. After posting a fair and honest review, my husband was harassed by Rob as we were trying to prepare for our honeymoon. When we returned I had received a nasty email from Rob taking absolutely no responsibility for any of the aspects of his service that we were unhappy with. Booking this DJ was the biggest mistake at my wedding. BRIDES & GROOMS BEWARE!

Rob was great! He was our DJ at our wedding in June. He arrived early to set up and even added some lighting under our cake table for us. We wanted a classy wedding and he did not disappoint :)

Dj Rob and his wife Michelle were amazing! They helped with things I wouldn't even expect from a DJ. Everything turned out great, and my guests were on the dance floor all night!

Rob is the real deal and we are SO happy to have chosen him to be a part of our special day! He was fun, energetic, easy-going and a pleasure to work with, all the while being professional and putting together a great compilation for our ceremony AND reception! He was very helpful in the planning process as well and took the time to meet with us at the venue leading up to the big day. This helped us plan out each step of the evening (especially critical for us as we did not have a planner or even an on-site coordinator). The uplighting he set up helped bring the perfect mood to our venue and of the course the music really took it to the next level! If you are looking for a personal interaction and someone you can feel comfortable with from the beginning, Rob and Timeless Touch are the way to go!

Rob and Michelle are awesome to work with! From the initial meeting they had multiple ideas that really helped us in the planning process. This was the only vendor we used that replied to us in a timely manner and that the planning went so smoothly with. Michelle really stepped up on the wedding day and helped with coordinating as our coordinator completely dropped the ball. We were so thankful she was able to help. Then Rob really got the party started at the reception! We all had so much fun and I really hope in the future when I have friends getting married they are able to work with this wonderful team! Highly Highly recommended!!

We were very happy with Timeless Touch Entertainment. He was very quick to respond to my calls and emails. His booth presentation was very nice. It blends in with any décor. He was very helpful on suggesting songs for the first dance, cake cutting etc. He arrived on time and was dressed in a professional manner. Our guests danced the whole night! I would use him again for another event!

What made this experience "five star" was not only the professionalism of both Michelle and Rob at face to face planning, it was the responsiveness to our calls, texts, or emails regarding timeline, contract, and music updates. It made working with multiple vendors easy and enjoyable. In addition to their MC and day of reception services, we added their uplighting services to our package. This was a slam dunk for decoration and really set the mood for the reception. They have great deals! If you are considering up lights for an evening wedding... DO IT! You will not be disappointed. Michelle went above and beyond for day of coordination. She was communicative, supportive, and worked with the other vendors with grace. Rob's music selection was on point during cocktail, dinner and dancefloor. He was on point as an MC as well. I have zero complaints with Timeless Touch Entertainment. Thank you, Rob and Michelle!

Robert and Michelle were great! The event went smoothly and Michelle did a great job coordinating everyone while Robert played the music right on cue. They work together as a team and are very professional. Robert even downloaded some last minute songs requested by the guests. I was really glad he was able to adjust so quickly. They are affordable, professional and overall great people to work with!

I had to find someone last minute because a friend of the family backed out. They were AWESOME! They were so helpful with not only the entertainment but the whole last two weeks planning. Not to mention, they played everything that I wanted and everyone had a BLAST! Definitely recommending to everyone I meet! :)

We had a morning wedding and were afraid people wouldn't be up dancing. Rob did a great job of taking our choices in music and feeling out our guests to get everyone moving. The shoe game was a hit with everyone too. Michelle was also really helpful in keeping us on schedule without being too pushy. We would highly recommend Timeless Touch!

All I can is Wow! True professionalism starting from my initial consultation until our last song of the night! Michelle and Rob are Amazing!!! They helped us with every detail music and up-lighting of my wedding. They provided me with great suggestions and answered all my emails, texts and calls very quickly! I am so happy that I chose Timeless Touch to be part of our wedding. My venue was on the beach and DJ Rob did a great job providing music on the beach without clashing with the waves. Michelle is an awesome coordinator! She kept me at ease and made sure the whole night went smoothly. This duo team is the best around. DJ Rob kept the dance floor going all night with great music and awesome up-lighting! Michelle even joined in and taught us the Wobble! How Fun! If I ever host an event, Timeless Touch will be the first ones I'll call for sure. If you're stressed about your wedding, don't worry because when the day comes, Michelle and DJ Rob will have everything under control! I would HIGHLY recommended this awesome husband and wife team! DJ Rob and Michelle were a great team. They did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond than just playing great music. The lighting is top notch and showed up perfect on our video and photos. DJ Rob had everyone on the dance floor with his vast selection of music.

I am so glad I chose Timeless Touch for my DJ and lighting! They were just awesome! The lighting was beautiful and the music was great...there were always people on the dance floor. Michelle was super helpful in keeping the flow of the wedding activities going smoothly! I would recommend to everyone!

Our experience with Robb and Michelle was priceless. My husband and I located Timeless Touch via a referral from the Wedding Knot and after working with both Robb and Michelle, consider them friends. Both are professionals in their own right....Michelle is tops in organization, keeping everything on track, and ensuring everything surpasses your expectations! Robb is a music master...you can tell music is in his DNA because he passionately cared that the music reflected exactly the aura we wanted for both our wedding ceremony and reception. It was pure joy having Timeless Touch as part of the team that created such an amazing event in our lives. My son called it an "epic wedding"...and a lot of that is due to Robb and Michelle.

I recently got married on 4/27/13 and timeless touch entertainment provided the music, lighting, and monogram for my wedding. I knew from the first meeting that I wanted them to do my wedding rob and michelle where friendly, easy to talk, professional, and easy to get in touch with. They made my day unbelievable. I don't have enough words to describe how happy I was with everything. I would recommend them for anybody wedding. they are the best

My husband and I recently got married, and our guests are still buzzing about our reception and entertainment! From professional first meetings, to last minute details on the wedding day, Rob and his wife Michelle know how to deliver the whole package. They really do care about every detail of your special day, and enjoy making it memorable for you. We were able to choose from a wide variety of songs to be played, as well as request special specific songs that we wanted as a part of our ceremony and reception. The lighting for the reception was incredible! The room was lit up with vibrant LED uplighting that changed colors throughout the evening. The option to have wireless lighting definitely helped our guests not have to worry about tripping over exposed wires. We were completely 100% satisfied with our experience with Timeless Touch Entertainment! Smooth, affordable, and fun service!

Timeless Touch did an amazing job at my wedding! Planning a wedding can be so overwhelming when searching & searching for just the right companies to be apart of your special day. And lets face it, the music can definitely bring out the party! DJ Rob did a great job & helped make that day as perfect as it could possibly be. Michelle made sure to call before the wedding to double check on all the details. The whole process was very smooth & affordable. Throughout the night my wedding party kept requesting songs & DJ Rob didn't miss a beat! We had a blast! Thanks so much for helping make my night so memorable!!

DJ Rob did an amazing job at our wedding. To start with when we arrived in the room we were blown away with how stunning his booth was. It was all lit up and so much nicer than the usual DJ booth. We spent the whole night dancing. Our wedding was so much fun! It truly was a celebration of JJ and I. He was great at getting people onto the dance floor. I don't remember any awkward lulls throughout the night. Him and his wife Michelle are also great communicators. They respond to phone calls and emails fast, and are great at listening to your ideas as well as offering suggestions. For all the brides out there this is huge! Also, he is so reasonably priced for everything he gives you. Don't waste anymore time looking for wedding entertainment. Hire DJ Rob!

As a wedding planner, I have worked with many DJs, but even beyond that I've attended a lot of weddings and everyone knows the right DJ makes all the difference. So from behind the scenes as a planner to as a guest trying to enjoy the festivities, as well as being a bride myself at one time, I know all the details of a great DJ and MC. I wouldn't write a review if I didn't fully support this team and who they are as people as well as the service they provide. Rob Boylan is BY FAR the DJ I recommend to everyone in the Central Florida area...and beyond...for their events and weddings to ensure they get exactly what THEY envision and the party they want. When it comes to true sophistication, amazing customer service, professionalism, a great DJ and MC, and just an over all wonderful person to work with Rob is my first choice. His manner is easy to work with, energetic enough to get a crowd moving, and classy enough to control the events of the evening from ceremony into the night. He and his wife Michelle are sweet and awesome collaborators. They truly want your day to be what you want and work with you to make it happen. Call him, you will be so happy you did!! Then write a review and send all your friends! THAT'S how happy you'll be. :)

When planning my wedding, I had asked a friend of mine who is a DJ to handle the music for the ceremony and reception - which he gladly agreed to do. 4 months before the big day my friend bailed on us due to a scheduling conflict. Needless to say I was frantic! I found Timeless Touch online and they had really great reviews so I reached out to Rob and Michelle and met them at my venue to go over what I was looking for in a DJ. They were great from the begining. Super nice and very attentive and explained everything to me in detail. I had no hesitation in hiring them as my DJ. Over the next 4 months I stayed in contact and even had a couple last minute changes to my plans. They never flinched and were so easy to work with. Needless to say I am now happy that my friend had a scheduling conflict. Rob and Michelle were absolutely AMAZING and so much fun. The ceremony and reception were awesome thanks to them and everything went according to plan. The sound and lighting - everything was perfect. I can't say enough good things about Timeless touch. My friends and family continue to make comments about how amazing the DJ was. I will never consider another DJ in the future - all my DJ needs will be handled by Rob and Michelle and I will refer them to everyone that I can! Believe me when I say - you cannot go wrong with Timeless Touch!!!!

Rob Boylan with Timeless Touch was the absolute best when it came to our wedding. They let us pick everything we wanted when it came to the music and when we wanted the music during our evening. Not only was he professional and easy to work with but everyone at the wedding had a blast! He definitely made our day special. I would recommend Rob to anyone planning a wedding.

My husband and I had our vow renewal ceremony and had no idea about the small details that would make or break an event. Michelle stepped in and helped coordinate all of the details, from the schedule of events to the perfect song selections from entrance to exit! DJ Rob and Michelle were very professional and personable. The guests loved DJ Rob and the wide variety of music that catered to the different age groups. Our expectations were definitely exceeded; we never imagined our event would turn out so PERFECT! Our guests are still calling us to tell us how much fun they had and how smoothly everything went. We definitely owe the credit to DJ Rob and Michelle and would ABSOLUTELY recommend them!

Robert Boylan is AWESOME!!! He took the time to work with me and played all the songs I requested and then some. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful! The music that was played when I walked down the aisle was timed perfectly, and I had goose bumps with every step I took. Robert helped me create a ceremony that was both heartfelt and exciting. The Lighting was awesome, everyone was amazed at how gorgeous everything came out. It was beyond our expectations. The comments from all my guests keep coming. Everyone had "The Time of Their Life!!!" A special thank you to his wife Michelle for also helping create a Memorable evening. We could not have picked a better DJ service! Rob and Michelle team were very friendly, organized, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Michelle helped us planned out the evening with scheduling, decor, lighting, colors, and songs to be played. She even called us to remind us of things we forgot and kept in constant contact months prior and more so days before the wedding. We were blown away by that. She truely cared about making sure our special day went well. The wedding day was just as splendid. Rob and his team transformed our ordinary wedding hall into an evening to remember. Rob and his team arrived hours before to set up, professional dressed, and brought high-end equipment. We left the designing/decor up to Timeless Touch and they wowed us and our guests. Pay the money for their lighting package and monogram, well worth it! We also left the music choice up to Rob and he outperformed. We would always see Rob smiling through out the night. He is very friendly and accommodating to us and our guests. Rob made it stress free for us since he was able to coordinate and entertained our guests throughout the afternoon and into the night. We were worried when looking for a DJ service since we live in Texas, the event was in Tampa FL, and we did not have the opportunity to meet any DJ in person. However, we were very fortunate to have found Rob and Michelle (after contacting 29 djs in Tampa and Orlando). We would recommend them to anyone. Many DJ service charge for consultation, however, Michelle and Rob did not and called us constantly to make sure we covered everything...how cool is that? We feel we got a lot more for what we paid. They provided excellent services that were individualized to our wedding and needs!! This DJ service is a husband and wife team, in which the husband is the DJ and the wife is his assistant with the lighting and ensuring that the schedule goes smoothly. She even photographed parts of the wedding for us!
